It’s rather embarrassing that a company that calls itself ‘Complete Physio’ fails to provide basic hygiene materials like couch roll, especially since we have just been through the Covid pandemic. Although I’m happy with my treatment, I’m appalled by the lack of planning on some practical matters. Seeing a physio is not cheap and treatment is only for 30 minutes. I therefore expect most of that time to be utilised on treatment. Last week, my physio, Alexei had to waste my treatment time to go upstairs as there was no couch roll in the room. Personally, I think the physio who had used the last of the roll should have ensured that the room was stocked for his colleague or at least told him. This week, there was no couch roll at all and Alexei had to clean the couch, both sides of the two pillows and both sides of the neck support before he began treatment. I am sure an NHS physio would have something as basic as couch roll. If, in future, Complete Physio is not going to provide basic hygienic materials like couch roll then there should be a 5-10 minute gap in between seeing patients so that our treatment time is not wasted. Finally, two of the light bulbs have been out for months.

Not a great experience for me. Before coming here, I’d had a foot injury back in August which I went to physio for, and it had completely healed. I’d been training on it very comfortably for months. I came here after a completely unrelated issue of having discomfort in my feet after wearing the wrong trainers. After I’d told the physio about my previous injury it was all he seemed to be able to think about and he told me that I had a potential bruised bone or even stress fracture from my last injury, which as I’d mentioned had been healed for months according to my last physio. Obviously being given this news right in the middle of my marathon training made me terrified of running in case there was something wrong, and it did affect how well I was training as a result. It turned out not to be a bruised bone or a stress fracture, and one session with the osteopath pointed to problems with my gait rather than a bone issue. I’m now running 20 miles with no more issues with my foot but am not impressed that if I’d followed the advice I received at this clinic, I might have lost out on weeks of training.

A very helpful service that cut out several months of wait time on NHS. I chose the service as I wanted to time this steroid injection safely between my Covid vaccines. As part of the same appointment, Emerson first did a clinical diagnosis to confirm my frozen shoulder, reviewed my reports, and administered the injection as part of the hydrodilation procedure. I was kept fully informed of what was coming throughout the experience. We ended with a few physio exercises I was to do and asked to follow up in 2 days on how I was progressing. Although I was pain-free by then, my range of motion was limited. Emerson suggested I persevere with the exercises, at a reduced frequency and report back 2 weeks later. Great value for money. Would highly recommend this service.

I have booked an appointment in this "clinic" after reading all these raving reviews on TrustPilot, which I now seriously doubt are real. Came to their so-called Angel "Clinic" which turned out to in a back door in a tiny, smelly gym located on the first floor of a dubious local business centre. When called the clinic the guy on the phone couldn't explain where I need to go because he has obviously never been there. When finally found, I ended up waiting for 15 minutes in front of a shut door in corner of a crowded gym although I have phoned the clinic twice and was told that someone was coming to open the door. No reception, no bell, nothing. After waiting for 15 min I left. Seriously, how is this "a clinic"? Avoid!

I recently saw Dave Baker for Diagnostic Ultrasound at the Angel Clinic. My injury is complex and long-standing but Dave took the time to review the considerable history and after carrying out a thorough ultrasound examination, made relevant recommendations as to the best way forward in order to improve my condition. Dave was very honest, clear and logical in his approach and I’m very grateful and trust his opinion. He also gave me a recommendation for a podiatrist in London to have my gait assessed etc, another example of Dave doing his level best to help his patients in any way he can. I would most definitely recommend the services of Complete Physio at Angel and in particular that of Dave Baker.

I had developed frozen shoulders severe enough to not just restrict my movements but to almost stop movement. I could not even dress without help. After weeks of heavy duty pain killers that did very little an acquaintance of my wife suggested steroid injections done at Complete Physio. I had an appointment with Dave Baker on 1st feb ,he used ultrasound to guide the injections to the right place . Today is the 3rd of Feb. 90% improved I have almost full movement . I can't thank you enough. I have been booked for a couple of weeks' time to have my hands injected . I have no hesitation in recomending Complete Physio and will be at every opportunity. I went to visit Alexei after months of suffering plantar fasciitis. I first visited my GP but instead of being provided a solution, I was prescribed an anti-inflamatory cream, which did not help. I then got recommended to visit Alexei and I am so glad I did as he performed a full check to ensure that my issue was planter faciitis. Excercises were demostrated that will help strengthen the areas affected and eliminate the pain, approximately 2 weeks have passed and I can already feel improvement. The experience was fantastic and he was extremely professional! Very confident to recommend Alexei as he is professional and knowledgable.

Ok..... I overdid my home workout during lockdown and ended up with frozen shoulder ! Which was agony, particularly whilst asleep. But in a global pandemic ... what to do ?? Luckily I googled Complete Physio and only a day after a consultation with reception I found myself in the capable hands of David Baker. He used ultrasound to examine me and administer a guided injection. He told me loads of things about my condition, gave me exercises to do and was just lovely! I also received a letter for my GP. I was recommended to Emerson at Angel Clinic by a leading consultant orthopaedic surgeon after I fell and broke my arm while out running. When I first saw him, I was just out of plaster, in a lot of pain and could hardly move my wrist or fingers, but over the past 6 months, by gentle manipulation in the clinic, and by teaching me progressively more demanding exercises to practice at home, he has helped me regain almost complete normal function. He is highly professional, competent and kind, and I would have no hesitation in going back to him should I ever have another injury.

I attended the clinic in extreme pain with severe lack of motion in my right shoulder and arm. Great clinic. I've been experiencing recurring knee pain due to damage of my knee cartilage. I had an appointment with Emerson. He was attentive and efficiently examined the problem. At the end of the examination I decided to go for injections. I really liked that there was no sugar-coating and all the possible outcomes of injections were discussed. It's been a bit more than a week now and the pain, and swelling has gone. Now I'm ready to start the strength and conditioning program. I will definitely recommend this clinic to my friends.

I contacted Complete Physio because of chronic pain in one arm, similar to the symptoms of calcific tendinitis I had about 8 years ago. Using ultrasound, Dave Baker quickly found three calcium deposits in my upper arm/shoulder and injected the sites with a steroid solution. The whole process was quick and painless. My upper arm was a little tender for a week or so. I stopped taking the strong painkillers I had been on, and my arm is now back to normal. Excellent service.

I’ve had a great experience with Pedro Dias, treating various problem - shoulder, neck, lower back, from years of desk work and general inactivity. He swiftly diagnosed frozen shoulder and referred me for prompt and appropriate treatment. Dave (Baker) was brilliant and very thorough. He listened carefully to my story concerning possibly outer knee Bursitis. However as soon as he ultrasounded my knee he spotted a tiny object (little rose thorn) and showed me the swelling around it that was causing me pain and worry (I am a runner) That was my own original rather obscure diagnosis. Dave laughed. I felt very happy and relieved. Thank you so much. Taking antibiotics now and hoping I’ll be back running soon.

Got a very quick app and couldn't wait to get my injection. I met David who was very friendly and asked all the medical history he then cleaned the whole knee ready for the cortisone injection. we saw my meniscus tear, which is causing a lot of pain and inflammation, and then in went the needle. It was all over within minutes, obviously a slight discomfort, but no hesitation in going again I would highly recommend David.

Alexei was recommended to me by my work colleague. I was getting a numbness in my right hand, stiffness when typing and freaking out about what could be causing it. Visited Emerson with shoulder pain and limited movement. Emerson diagnosed that I had frozen shoulder. After discussing the options I chose to have a cortisone injection. With a set of exercises Emerson showed me the pain has gone and I am back at work fitting meters. I may need another injection in a couple of months to help the healing process but it will be worthwhile

Went to see Dave at complete physio after 6 months of pain in my shoulders. He quickly diagnosed an additional problem using ultrasound that hadn’t been picked up and injected me for that rather than the treatment I’d originally booked. I was very pleased with the efficient and painless service - had 2 in my left foot, which was the worst one. The pain in my left foot has subsided. I will be going to Dave for the right one soon. Alexei treated my issues effectively Complete Physio's administration is difficult to negotiate. Comments on my treatment: I had two issues. One was a long term issue which Alexei treated and also taught how to manage effectively moving forward. The other shorter term issue and was fixed quickly.
