Mj was very helpful, had a tire blow out in the middle of the day. They were able to get us right in, source a replacement tire, and have it installed within 15 minutes. They did a great job, and had a comfortable waiting area. John and Andy were also quick to help by inspecting whats wrong with my vehicle and report back to me while they rest of the crew attended to my vehicle. when i come to complete auto its more than excellent service. you actually feel wanted here! highly recommended

I went to get an oil change and alignment. After the work was completed and I drove off I did not notice much of a change in the way my vehicle drove so, I turned around immediately and shared my concern with the service man. I was then told that I needed parts...never told what parts or did he inquire if the may be something I would address at that time. Also, I had to request a reminder sticker of next oil change recommendations. I will NOT revisit this service provider.

I bought my car from Easy Finance (terrible place) and it was smoking before I even made it home. They told me to take it to this shop. I left it for 4 days and they did nothing to it. They cleared the codes and put JB Weld on areas of the transmission and motor to try and hide the oil leak and there were a ton of bolts missing, tires are bald. No way it passed a legal inspection. Not safe to drive at all. I will be filing a complaint with the state.

Took my truck here a year ago. They had my truck sitting in the back for months. I tried calling but they kept giving me the run around. Spent $1800 to get a new transmission in. After months they finally put a new transmission and it broke down on the road... they warranty and put a 2nd one in but say they can’t warranty it if it fails a 3rd time.... and guess what my transmission just croaked on me not even 6months later.... waste of $$$$

Prepare to be scammed, in this workshop they have the most ineffective staff, the owner does not have many customers and needs to steal customers from wherever he can, he makes false diagnoses to charge more, they do not know how to change parts professionally, and above all, they have a lousy service, if you want to give away money, this is the perfect place, 5 star customers are only from oil changes, they ask to be rated well, beware

Wish there was an option for 0 stars!! Took my car there to have my front brakes and rotors replaced and they ended up scraping one of my rims....then had the audacity to get an attitude when I told them that they needed to pay to get it fixed. Tried to lie and say that the mechanic didn't do it until i had them run the video back.. First and LAST time doing business with these guys....but they will fix my rim!

I came for a oil change since it was one of the cheaper options for me and really close to my house. While they were working they took the time to take a look at the rest of my car and noticed that my air filter was completely clogged up and offered me a filter at a discount. A worker, MJ, even helped me understand why I needed that filter. Will definitely be coming back if I ever need anything.

Ladies! I got a very good deal. Matt really took care of me and my cars needs. Showed me what was going on the whole time I was their. I felt comfortable and confident when I left. Most auto repair places that I have been to have taken advantage of me cuz I'm a girl. This place didn't!!!!! I will be back with any other issues that might come my way.

I am not to impressed with this repair shop. I paid $70 for a front end wheel alignment with the promise that I would no longer have wheel drifting across the freeway...wrong! I experienced drift on the local road at a low speed. They never provided a precise and post alignment measurement. Not to sure if the alignment was actually preformed.

Just had the best experience ever! Soon as pulled up I was greeted. They really do have great customer care.! They were able to help me out. I needed new tires so while we were there waiting they made us feel welcomed and kept us up to date on everything that was going on. I highly recommend Complete Auto Repair there awesome!!!

I had such a fantastic experience at Complete Auto Repair! Andy is accommodating, professional and is constantly communicating with the clients. I usually wait very long at other shops for my car to be fixed, but I waited 35-45 min max here, they were very efficient. Anyone that goes there- ask for Andy!

They are a complete rip off! Don't recommend. They make y buy parts for your vehicle then end up placing used parts. I found out the hard way. Paying in advance! Then another mechanic told me my vehicle had used parts having bought them brand new to install. Dont trust these people!

Very reasonable price came to get a wheel alignment done because I had 24 inch rims on my car And some shops were charging me way more than what this shop is charging me. Also came to get a oil change done on my Dodge charger very reasonable price I would recommend the shop thanks

I woud give Andy and his staff 10 stars if possible!! I was quoted $750 at a different shop . Andy did the job for $200, in less than an hr. As a female, it is so refreshing to find an honest mechanic. We will use him for all future mechanical issues. HIGHLY recommend!!!
