Edit: I was not requesting medication of a different strength to be dispensed. I had specifically phoned ahead in the afternoon to enquire whether you had the script and dosage I required, as the dosage was changed during a recent hospital stay. I was told that yes you did, so arranged someone to collect it. I was then informed, after 5pm, that you actually did not have the script I had enquired about after all, at which time it was too late for me to follow up and organise the script to be sent. To top it off, the lady on the phone was belligerent, unhelpful and unapologetic for her mistake. My family has been a customer of your pharmacy for years, but we will go elsewhere in future.

My 8 months pregnant wife went their to certify a document. Saleswoman told her it will cost her $5.00 or else go to some other pharmacy or go to police station. How can you expect care and customer service..when they do not have a fraction of humanity left. Even after paying $5 she asked her to come back after 5 pm...When my wife said..I am 8 months pregnant and i cannot come again after 5. Than that saleswoman said - " that's not my problem dear ".

I have been going to this pharmacy for years to refill my bottle of "Foot spirit". Today I wanted to do the same but all of a sudden I was required to present a doctor's script. The pharmacist asked how long I have been getting the "spirit" and I told him for years and I have never had to present a script. He looked up his computer and told me he only had one entry last August, implying I was lying. A very unpleasant experience overall.

Medication is over twice the price as at chemist warehouse. Even with generics. $40 for something that should be $12. Requests given to cashier who took my prescription weren't passed on to pharmacist. Staff were pleasant which is the only thing making this not a 1/5. Edit: changed my mind, it is worth a 1/5.

I had a sprained ankle and stopped by after seeing the doctor. I asked a very friendly staff member what she'd recommended to compress and ice my injury. She was knowledgeable and recommended a Thermoskin Elastic Ankle Wrap Support and a reusable ice pad. It did the job. The thermo wrap is great. Thanks.

Very friendly and helpful staff, my asthma inhaler was broken and I was having trouble breathing, they were really kind and offered me water and looked after me as I was quite a way from home. They allowed me to buy a new inhaler even though my prescription was at home, Very grateful

Very kind, knowledgeable pharmacist Vanessa is always willing to go out of her way to help me and other customers. Generally very good customer service provided by the staff. Keep up the excellent service!!

Staff here very friendly and caring for their customers and I do appreciate it. Im regular here i come here very often and pick up my medication say once or two month. And a, amazing service too!

There's always someone around to help you and things get done quickly. My Only criticism is price-items much more expensive than chemist warehouse, even for generic medication

They charge a huge premium on the price of medicines, just charged me 15 dollars for a medicine that costs 10, it's 50%overcharged!!! Don't go there, find another pharmacy.

Very poor service especially the white ladyreceptionist is very impatient and shows racism.I don't know how can a pharmacy hire such impatient people in billingcounter.
