Charged us more than if we booked online. A/C did not work, tried every setting. We did not check in til midnight and our 9 month son was sleeping, so we didn't call after trying it. we called as soon as he woke in morning. They did not send anyone up to confirm while in room. When checking out said they would have manager call us, the manager never did. POORLY RUN. Called the manager few days later, VERY rude and would not offer any type of discount. We were gonna stay here again this coming weekend when passing through but WILL NOT stay here again or recommend to any of our family that passes through regularly. Lots of other affordable options to stay in Sherbrooke. Hopefully you don't have anything wrong with your room as they will not offer any discount of any sort not even on upcoming stays. Like I said MANAGEMENT was VERY RUDE, however the lady running the continental breakfast was very nice and helpful when it came to our son.
I'm on the road a lot and stay in Choice Hotels quite often. This Comfort in is very clean, comfortable staff is very friendly and accommodating. I left behind a shirt when I called they had the shirt in hand and were willing to send t back to me via mail. We ended up having an issue with my address in Ontario, Johanne ended up going to 2 different post offices on this day with no luck. We ended up solving my issue and received my shirt some 2 weeks later. Johanne was very patient and in constant contact, helping me get it back to me I wanted to thank her and recommend this Comfort Inn to anyone staying in Sherbrooke.

This place was perfect for me. My job brought me to the Kingsey Falls area at 4am, where we parked the superload that we were transporting. I needed a place to sleep as the load could only move again at 7pm the next night. I called the Comfort Inn and spoke with Fred. Told him my situation and asked if I could book a room at 5am but check out only at 2pm. He willingly agreed to allow my late checkout at no extra cost and later, after checking in, I slept peacefully. The place is quiet and the cleaning staff respected my late checkout without interruption. Thanks to Fred and this Comfort Inn for catering to my requests. I will certainly stay again the next time I'm in the area for an overnight!
Good location on main road in Sherbrooke, easy to find and get to. Staff not as jolly as staff in Kingston, not as accommodating. We reserved with Visa but requested to pay with Debit and were refused, First time that's ever happened. Pet friendly hotel, we found the rooms small in comparison to other Comfort Inn's. Due to Covid , staff do not clean the rooms until you leave, we arrived to 1/4 roll of toilet paper for a 3 day stay, we used a roll we had in the vehicle, we did not request more toilet paper from staff, You can request breakfast items, they deliver to your room, not much Available , we saw other guests bringing back Tim's .
This hotel has no elevator. The beds were very firm an the springs were squeaky. The room I was provided was directly across the street from an Infiniti dealership that has neon purple strobe lights that oscillated, causing constant distractions when trying to sleep, and they were so bright, they woke me up all night. That isn't the hotel's fault, but the curtains were not adequate enough to block out the light, which should be accounted for in situations where your neighbours have such a nuisance. I will not be staying here again.
Really enjoyed my 2 night stay at this hotel in #Sherbrooke #Canada Its well situated on one of the longest roads in Sherbrooke and is within a close proximity to restaurants like KFC and McDonald's among others. The staff were very lovely despite our inability to speak French. I highly recommend for a quiet and comfortable weekend in Sherbrooke.

Great view, Quiet, Great value
It's a clean hotel in Sherbrooke, a rather convenient location, pretty affordable, nice and clean, rather basic . They have a breakfast and, though there aren't many options, it's also nice. Housekeeping is extremely helpful and kind. There aren't many options on the TV though and the room gets really cold when you turn on the AC. Overall, if you're looking for somewhere clean and affordable in Sherbrooke, I would recommend the Comfort Inn.
Clean room, but had a few hiccups, nothing major, the toilet kept running and the hairdryer was dying. The service in the evening was not very communicative but in contrast in the morning they were very friendly and helpful. Location is a bit far from where I needed to be but not too much so

Quiet, Great value
Hotel was simple, cozy, welcoming and efficient. It was only a short stay (2nights) but beds were great, rooms were quiet. I gave it 4 stars as I think it knows its niche and I got what I paid for. Cheap and cheerful and worth a stay if you are in the area.

Very efficient, helpful and courteous front desk staff, convenient location, seemed to be newly renovated and room well designed - i.e. Power outlets on light bases for computers etc., refrigerator, microwave etc. Very good cleaning staff - everything very nice and lots of towels in bathroom. Best Comfort Inn I have stayed in so far.
There is no elevator so if you want to stay and cant carry your bag up stairs you should take down room and it cost you more money, the smell in corridor was bad, no cleaning survice so as long you stay you should clean your self and go down to take what ever you need. The pellows are very old , no coffee machine in the rooms
our room was clean but small for 4 people yet the beds were supper comfortable and could of sleep all day . The out side of the building was not as expected . The outside slider doors need to be updated it was a bit unnerving having the funky locks on the doors but the inside of the rooms were updated and clean .
We had a great stay in easy striking distance of the show at the university we were going to see. The hotel was cozy, the internet was great, and there were plenty of dining options nearby. We accidentally left a coat behind and they were more than helpful getting it back to us, too, which we really appreciated!
Everything was good except for the staff on breakfast time. The lady was a little rude and she is clearly waiting for a $tip!! I travel a lot for work and I stay mostly in Choice hotels and often at this particular one. But this stay was personal and with my wife. It is the first time I write a review.
The staff were nice and friendly, the room was clean. We stayed in a room close to the side exit and could constantly hear the opening and closing of the side exit door till late at night, we found that disturbing especially with two kids in the room. Location is great with lots of restaurants around.

Having stayed at this facility both before and during the construction phase, I really do hope when it is finished that I am able to change my review to one of extreme satisfaction. However, many, many things will need to be improved for that to happen!
This hotel is well situated close to highway access, is clean, comfortable and quiet. Hot and cold items were available for breakfast in a clean servery. Restaurants are close by as well as other services. Staff were very pleasant and accommodating.
Comfort Inn in sherbrooke city, quebec, canada. The location was great, near sherbrooke university, where our tournament was hosted. They improved their breakfast menu over the years and the rooms have always been satisfying for a 3 stars hotel
Hotel was ok... staff was terrible and wouldnt stay or recomend again. The woman who serves food from what i could only likes people who speak french where i thought i was still in CANADA and the main language was ENGLISh i guess not
This comfort inn was the best I’ve ever stayed at and I’ve stayed at a lot very clean , the staff at the front were amazing and the breakfast was super good. Keep up the good work.

A clean, quiet and unassuming hotel on a major commercial street west of downtown. Does not appear to be within walking distance of any sights but chances are if you are in Sherbrooke you have a car or some other transportation.
Fine. We had a standup paddle board with us which we did not want to leave on the car. We chose this hotel because we could park right outside our room on the ground floor and use patio door to bring board inside for the night.
Overall we found the hotel to be satisfactory to our overnight needs. The staff were kind and helpful. Breakfast was a bit congested as the hotel was full and the rate of toasting bread and bagels and pancakes was slow.
The staff were extremely helpful and friendly but this hotel just seemed old and dingy. The rooms do not smell great, maybe because it's a pet friendly hotel. The patio doors on the ground floor are very dirty.
Location is close do Downtown Sherbrooke, easily accessible. Rooms are nice and clean, microwave and refrigerator in room. Breakfast is ok, they have yogurt, waffles, toast and bagles. Coffee and orange juice.
Basic hotel but clean no surprises efficient friendly service.

Usually a good bang for buck in sherbrooke. Only reason why i’m not giving it 5 stars is because their Covid breakfast options (yoghurt or applesauce) and that they removed the coffee machine from the rooms.
I liked the location, the circulation (inside & outside), the care & concern of the staff, the cleanliness of the entire hotel, and the personality of the staff. I was provided with an excellent experience.
Although our room faced the road we had no trouble with noise overnight. Room was clean, wifi worked. Ask for a room on ground floor if you don't want to carry luggage upstairs to second floor rooms.
It was just ok. A place to sleep, nothing fancy. Breakfast area is way too small. Not enough seating. The beds are way to hard and not comfortable. There is no pool or fitness room. Staff was nice.
The accommodations were clean, room was comfortable. The staff were extremely customer oriented. There was no designated place for breakfast although I was told that was coming in the near future.
The hotel was as expected. The room was clean. It is surrounded by car dealerships, which is fine. If, however, you wanted to walk somewhere, it did not seem promising. The key cards were iffy.
We stay at this hotel every time we visit our son at Bishops. It’s a good location and the hotel is always clean and the staff great. The breakfast is a great way to get started in the morning.
A bit dated and in need of updates, but a nice quiet motel when visiting Sherbrooke. Close to a lot of amenities like Costco, Coras, IGA, etc. The staff was super friendly and accommodating.
Room's had holes in the wall's, and the bathroom was full of mold, but they need to do a lot better than that; and should not be changing the price that they are changing...I also have pic's
Room walls are made out of paper. Could hear the other guest talk on the phone for hours. I could repeat their life story. No bueno on sleep. Surprisingly threw that no traffic noise haha
The Staff was nice but the room was below standards and the horrible smell of the room was awful. I would never stay here again and I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.
The bed is fine but the smell in the room is just awful. It smelled like rotten fish in the room.

Dirty room, cigarette burns in the bedsheets, cigarette smell in room, heating system didn't shut off all night. In the daylight the next day I noticed how dirty the carpet was.
We found Comfort Inn very clean overall. The room & bedding were very comfortable. The staff was very helpful and friendly. We would recommend Sherbrooke Comfort Inn to others.
The breakfast was very poor

Very nice! Will definitely stay there again. I was very happy with the cleanliness of the room except that the coffee pot was still dirty from the last customer
I remember this hotel from long ago and so I was expecting a very dated, old motel. It wasn't. Quality/price was great. And pet friendly is a huge bonus for us.
Very happy with the cleanliness and overall experience. The front desk was kind and charming. The parking set up is a little weird but not a significant issue.
I had a great stay. The front desk was also great at recommending where to get some good local food, and I was very pleased with her recommendation. Thank you.
Smells old, not confortable, AC made alot of noise. Price was in the right range, but there are other value hotels that are newer and more confortable.
The hotel room was clean and upscale; however the fact it didn't have an elevator was depressing and hard taking the stairs. … Read more on Comfort Inn
Overall experience was not up to Comfort Inn standard. Disappointment could have been avoided with a small effort on the part of the reception staff.
Great rooms-renovated but walls thin and if busy the hotel gets loud. If up early great place to sleep but if you want to sleep in go somewhere else.
A lovely, efficient, clean hotel. Great value for the money. Wonderful central location. Ample parking, right outside sliding glass door to room!
Hotel is very clean, room and bathroom nice, clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the hot breakfast they served. Staff very friendly and polite.
Was tight for 4 adults! Double beds just don’t cut it for us. But everything else was good. Shower Pressure in room 101 was a 5 star rating
Convenient and close to major point of businesses. Service was ok, room was clean.

Good location staff were friendly and efficient Breakfast nook was rather small Non smoking rooms had previously been used by smokers
Clean rooms with adequate breakfast. The hotel has no elevator, so could be a problem for those with special needs or heavy luggage.
The rooms were clean, the breakfast was tasty. A bit hard to understand how the heater works in the room but still a good night
The Comfort Inn hotel chain no longer offers value for the price. Rooms are dated and breakfast is boring, standard fare.
Excellent hotel and staff. You have to book early, this hotel tends to fill up. Staff extremely friendly, very convenient
The hotel was very nice. The beds and pillows were so comfy. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Enjoyed our stay.
Very clean and close to the highway, not many dining options in walking distance. Friendly staff and comfortable beds
The location and comfort of the hotel were exactly what I had hoped for. No disappointments my expectations were met.
The staff was friendly and accommodating but the daily upkeep of room was poor. Water stagnation in the tub for days.
This was the best Comfort Inn we have ever stayed at. The cleanest by far. Had the standard Choice Hotel breakfast.
room was pleasant, clean and homey decor, Breakfast was tasty. All employees were helpful friendly and courteous.
Clean and nice but not sound proof at all. Medium size continental breakfast but in a very tiny and busy section.
My room was nice and perfectly clean. I liked the windows that can open and the power outlets on beside the bed.
This hotel met our expectations well. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We'd definitely stay here again.
Fairly average hotel stay, staff were helpful when we forgot an item in the room and we returned to pick it up
Overall a good place, a bit pricey. The beds were old need to upgrade, the room was clean and it was quite.
Nice place for a quick stay. Breakfast ok but a bit limited in variety. Clean and relatively new rooms
5 stars great value, great service Thank you!........................................................
Great place to stay , room very clean and staff excellent. I will be back next time I'm on holidays.
Our stay was excellent, great service. Very modern and clean. The staffs are courteous and helpful.
This hotel was clean and the staff was very helpful. The location was perfect for our small group.
had a nice stay !comfortable and clean. hotel staff is friendly. no elevator to the second floor.
Decent and well located hotel. Competent and friendly staff. Continental breakfast is included.
Even if this hotel was a shanty I would stay there again because all staff were exceptional!
A perfect place to stay on my journey east to the Maritimes. Good value for the money.
Hotel was clean and staff were very pleasant. Great breakfast. Rooms a little dated.
The staff was very helpful in every way. Gave us great directions to a park & pub.
7 out of 10: good marks for cleanliness and friendliness but not a lot of extras.
Hotel was clean and staff was friendly. Location was close to our event location.
The hotel was not accessible. There was no automatic door opener. No elevator.
