BE CAREFUL! Updated: Yes it was a private sale. You probably wanted to sell in private so your company wouldn’t get troubles with it, because you knew already that the car was STUFFED. But I bought it in your workshop from one of the workers (co-owner?). I have a text message agreeing to buy this car back from the business card. Now I’m blocked, $6.500 short and a stuffed car. So I hope you’re happy with “stealing” $6.500 from a backpacker who worked hard for it. And the RWC mechanic wants nothing to do with me since saying who I purchased the car from. You should fix all the things by yourself what you had to do from the RWC. But you didn’t DODGY! ~ Purchased a vehicle through here. On the way home the engine light came already on. Car come unroadworthy having a secondary inspection while I bought it with RWC. Poor communication now and want nothing to do with me anymore. $6500 of my hard earned money is gone now and I’m stuck with a broken car

As I can see others have fallen into the trap of purchasing a car sold by this family. Call themselves Subaru specialists yet the Subaru we bought has a broken differential and the clutch needed replaced. Total cost of repairs would of been over 3k but we were told it was in perfect order. Seemed nice at first but then lies and deceit came out. They will try and tell you the car is sold privately so they can flog awful cars to unsuspected victims. Luckily I got my money back but only because I had an international transfer and it took over a week so I could stop it or I would of been robbed like others have been in the past. Also came with a RWC from across the road that was also dodgy as.

Just picked up my car from a service today and the improvements they made were amazing! Mark and Grant would have to be the most knowledgable Subaru mechanics in Melbourne, and the quality of their work is top notch. They always do a fantastic job on my 1977 4WD Subie wagon, and I have been pleasantly surprised by the price. Can't recommend them highly enough, I've heard they do great work on other makes too but their passion for Subarus really shows!

Could not be happier with the outstanding customer service from all staff members & the efficiency of the quick turnaround. These guys were honest and explained everything to me really well, I purchased what I needed for the job and they had the car back to me within a few hours. 10/10 thanks again. Tried other workshops after I sold my Subaru - No one could replicate the honesty, quality workmanship and sound advice of Mark & Team. I have now returned with my Honda and will continue to bring all my vehicles here. The team at Combined Servicing did a splendid job. I'm so impressed with how our Brumby is running and how clean the engine is now. They even fixed the broken door handle, which was such a wonderful surprise. Their professional, experienced approach with such attention to detail is second to none. Very knowledgeable blokes when it comes to Subarus. Great to deal with and very honest. They go the extra mile with customer service which is very hard to find these days when most other businesses want to do the least amount of work for the most amount of money. Really dissapointed; staff let me down and were unable to meet the time line that they set, and did not complete the work that I requested and was quoted. Rude, and would never take my car back.

Sells car with dodgy driver's window motor, breaks in a week. Take back, works after but still runs slow and struggling. Breaks again in a month, no return to contacts at all.
