Agree that it's an inconsistent bunch but they try their best to contact insurance quickly. Not their fault that insurance has long holds. Keeps busy really quickly and no seats . but if you're here in the downtime, it's less frantic and less yelling across the room . Maybe some interpret this atmosphere as rude but it's a small place and they get things done a little faster when they can yell to the other person rather than stopping/delaying what they're doing to go to the back

Sometimes rude sometimes polite very busy and alot of seniors so they have to deal with alot. Overall dependable and i think they deliver.
