Straightforward experience. It's a little cramped and you're always walking around carts or people during busy hours, but that's to be expected. The staff have been nice to me, especially when I had to buy some emergency laundering supplies. A couple of times the machine was out of order and I had to get quarters elsewhere but it's been in service for the majority of the time. I find the prices fair and the location very convenient. I also like how there's 3 different sizes of washing machines for various loads I bring.

The machines do not work well, and if you want to wash your clothes at a high temperature or dry them at a high temperature, as soon as you leave the shop owners change them to a low temperature, especially the clothes dryers so that they do not dry out and put extra money in them and there is no place to sit to monitor your things. When you tell them why you changed the temperature, they say you did not do

Great service my gf has been going here for years and when I moved over in the area this laundry mat was the only one I went to and I move over their 3 years ago. They do next day dry cleaning. And same day laundry service free pick up and delivery ! ! High recommend!!

I was promised same day delivery back to my hotel after my morning drop off due to my early (3am) flight back to the UK TOMORROW MORNING! No delivery back to my hotel despite promising by 2100. Expect to be paying for shipping back to the UK PLUS DAMAGES…
