Seller is a scammer. Changed delivery dates on amazon and as soon as I made my order, after posting a really fast date. I requested a refund and he assured me that it would still arrive by the original date, blaming amazon for the issue. I relented. He took an extra day to ship the package but was quick to submit the shipping label to amazon. He then blamed canada post for the issue. Further he changed the order to require a signature further delaying the order. All in all, this should have been a 5 min purchase and a 3 day wait. We are approaching 10 days with nothing but rude responses and a total lack of responsibility. Avoid purchasing from this seller. He's posting aggressive dates to drive up sales and then changing / blaming on the back end if people complain about the delay. Based on this I wouldn't trust the authenticity of any of his products.

Ordered 1 box of MTG Modern Masters 2013 online with no hassle. The parcel was shipped with tracking and a hold-for-pick-up, which I appreciated very much. Canadapost has a tendency to lose these parcels, and this shop did a great job making sure it arrived safely and securely. Sadly though, the product I received was not to my satisfaction. The factory seal is completely broken on the bottom of the box. As this is intended for a collection, that damage to the item makes me regret this purchase. +2 stars for care with the shipping, but -3 for calling yourself "Collector's" Avenue and shipping something not MINT or fit for a collector's collection.

I bought a playmat online from this store from my home in California, because it was impossible to find in my area for less than $50, and they had one online for $15. Shipping was completely reasonable, in fact much less than I thought it would be, and I received my package promptly, in great condition, and with no hassle. Honestly one of the best value purchases I've made for my Magic hobby, and I'm incredibly impressed that this store gave me such a great deal from down south across the border. So happy I came across this shop! Excellent communication and customer service. The prices are beyond competitive. I’ve cross-checked all the shops local to me as well as a few others I browse online, and the Pokémon center website, and I just can’t get over how good of a deal I got on everything. I made two large purchases (a little under 1k) within days of each other, purely due to my excitement, and it was SO MUCH product. Already got another cart full and ready to check out.

I purchased a gift for my wife’s birthday and the box came destroyed because of the courier. They were responsive and diligent on getting the matter resolved by sending me the last one in stock! This store may not look like much from the outside, but the inside looks like a sport card temple. If there's a card form of something; be assured that Jimmy and the boys carry it. Plus the staff is super friendly and knowledgeable — they have years of experience. Their website is super efficient too; and they offer the best NHL hockey breaks in the country!

I have been coming here for years for many of collections. They have always been extremely friendly and very knowledgeable but the best part is that in all the years I've been coming here, they have never not had what I was needing. While other shops have had low inventory, Collectors Avenue has always stocked with what I've been looking for.

I looked up as many board game stores as I could find, not just in Montreal but in all of Quebec to compare prices. This place is literally a handful of stores offering the cheapest prices, on par with the retailers in Toronto. I appreciate the fact that they could be jacking up the prices like all the other stores but they don't.

I ordered online, and had some troubles at checkout. The customer service is top notch they were quick to respond as well as helped me fix the problem. With the customer service along with there there prices I will defiantly be buying my cards and accessories from Collectors Avenue for now on.

Best prices Vs any game store in Montreal and compared to any online retailer. Difficult to browse the Decarie store for board games but the West Island store is fantastic for popping in and browsing the board game collection. Awesome place. Thank you.

Has a very large variety and supply of magic the gathering, pokemon, yugioh, and other trading card games. My only recommendation is to have visible prices and display the products better, the store is full piles of brown boxes
