Went to back to coles to return a box of 8 profiteroles that tasted like crunched up ice cubes in the centre than its usual creamy centre. The lady at the desk was soo rude. She rolled her eyes at me and said it's supposed to be like that since it's been kept frozen. I told her that it never had tasted like that before. She then rolled her eyes more, exhaled loudly as if my presence is inconveniencing her. Maybe me being an Asian ticked her off. She then told me she needs to get a manager's approval, and then came back, exhaled some more and began to say she will refund me. At that point I was over her poor attitude. So I told her, I came here because I wanted to express my opinion on the product, and I don't need the refund, just keep it if it's bothering her so much that I am here. I spoke to the manager and said that he needs to teach staff to talk better to customers. I am disappointed in this experience in my local store, which I have been going to for the past 6 years. I don't like being discriminated because of my colur and my ethnicity. These things I cannot change and I take pride being a part of. I hope someone talks to these staff who walk around on their high horses, as they forget that customers keep them in business.

I find this Coles is fantastic. It's a clean and well stocked supermarket. With friendly and Helpful staff. Some staff, have worked there for years. Which is Great. It helps me feel comfortable and relaxe while I'm doing my shopping. Realy when I have need to be doing a quick shop. I have found this store to be Easy to get around. Also I find it's great to have a close Car Park. So we do not need to push the shopping trolly to far from the Entrance of the Center/Plaza. This is one of the benefits of shopping at The Welland Plaza Shopping Center. With the Disable Car Parking. Also being just out sized of the Center Entrance. Which is helpful for when one is in alot of pain. Also who find it difficult to push a full heavy trolley. To far in a car park.

My experience with Cole's at welland isn't a great experience to remember. I've been there a few times to shop. Half of the staffs are very rude towards my friend and I because we asked a few questions. One of the senior lady even have the nerve to grab one of the product that we were about to buy and take it away without saying anything. We felt like the staff there were a bit unprofessional, to the point where when we leave we felt that they were racist. The manager their might consider training their staff again. Especially the red hair lady (self serving checkout) and the gentleman who is bald with glasses.

I come here every week and I’ve never experienced such horrible customer service as I did tonight by the man with glasses working behind the deli when all I wanted was turkey for my sandwich. He treated me horribly, even in front of other customers. Before he served me, he spoke disrespectfully to another customer so i assume he had a bad day, but we all have bad days, no need to take it out on every customer. Do not work in retail if you have no idea how to control your emotions/think it’s okay to take it out on customers who keep you in a job. Train your staff better. Other than that, love it! :)

I was in Coles Welland today with my 3 year old son and after scanning all my items, I put my hand in my pocket and then realised I had left my wallet at home. I explained to the nice Russian Self-Checkout Assistant lady that I'd have to go back home and get my wallet and that I didn't live too far. I started walking off when she said "Wait! I can pay for it. So you don't have to come back." I said "Thank you!" She said "No worries. Just pay for someone else's groceries when you can." I wish I knew her name. She went above and beyond the call of duty.

Always a great experience nothing is too hard for these young gentlemen! Was helped by a most delightful Dimi in grocery offering to get what ever I needed. Then to meat where Mitch was more than happy to look for product in the freezer for me and to complete my experience I was served at checkout by Laz in the most friendly efficient manner. Dimi was more than happy to help me take my groceries to the car. Thank you young men for making it so easy and stress free! I owe the success of my function that night to these delightful young men!

This place has gone down hill !! No tomatoes, no unsweetened almond milk, no honey soy chips, no chuck steak, no small bottles of mineral water !! What is going on ?? Also tried to take some cash out but was refused, why offer a service if you can't honour it. Service is slow and customer service is non existent. I will be shopping at Foodland from now on. Zero rating from me.

Duplicate charge - They charged me for my groceries on Christmas eve and then charged the exact same amount just after 1am on Christmas day. The store wasn't even open. Been on hold to try and resolve it for 15 minutes now. Will have to just dispute the charge if they don't reverse it. Googling reveals they've been doing this for at least 2 years now. Not good enough.

Ok. Clean store, aisle racks a bit dated. But annoying that some items were incorrectly priced and when I raised it at checkout, was told that “they can not adjust it on this occasion.” A bit frustrating, not because it cost me a few extra $s but on principle of it. I thought something would cost a certain amount and then they change the goal posts.

Easy parking and Coles store is well set out , aisles are wide and products displayed well. Only downside is their focus is on the customers doing self serve , by only having one or sometimes two normal checkouts open at peak times, frustrating for us who dont do self serve, and at times has pushed me to go to foodland a few blocks away

Coles at Welland is excellent and always popular. I have been just after opening at 6.00 a.m. and there have been people in the store before me. The staff are really nice in particular the more senior staff over 40 years of age. I visit Welland Coles at least twice a week. Well done for the great work

As a mother of 3 girls it is utterly disgusting to be rudely spoken to at the checkout by a young girl with dark hair and an Asian appearance. If you are going to hire your staff make sure to properly train them and teach them some respect. Will not be returning to this place ever again!

I visited coles welland and bought a few items including a kilogram of strawberries for $6. They were juicy and fresh but should be eaten within a couple of days. Price was excellent. After coles i visted a few other shops at the welland shopping centre. This is a great place to shop

Just another Coles. Lack of service on counter, meant getting served by someone who wasn't sure if ZIP Pay was an option, then tried to tell me to use a Gift Card. Stock fillers, two elderly ladies bumped by trollies. No apology, just plodded on while ignoring them.

I went in today and I was an emotional mess, the girls behind the counter were nothing short of amazing when they saw me fall apart and grabbed me tissues and one even gave me a hug. This is way outside their scope and I thank them wholeheartedly.

The customer service is atrocious this worker swore at me and called me a monkey. My 5-year-old son was crying and the same worker told me to hang my baby. And all I wanted to get was some condoms, and they didnt even have any.

Coles standards for Scotch Fillet stake have fallen away , Charging a premium for a premium cut and it falls well below expectations $21.00 for two underweight steaks , tough as boots pathetic, will never buy again.

The older male working in the express lane this morning was rude and dismissive towards me, a female, yet started polite conversation with the men he served before and after me. Poor behaviour and discrimination.

Terrible customer relations. I did a product enquiry via brief phone call. I was respectful and articulate all the time but the person on the other end of the line sounded very annoyed throughout the call.

I have never experienced such rudeness from staff! The man that was collecting trolleys was the rudest of all- I cannot begin to tell you how disappointed and angry I am by witnessing his behaviour!

Terrible customer service, outdated range. I don’t blame the staff for the service they are obviously very understaffed. There are quite often empty shelves and missing products in range.

Always short on stock. It's getting very annoying now. Can't get all items in one go. Plus have noticed all coles jack up prices and then put up discount stickers; just fooling consumers.

Easy to park, friendly helpful staff. The store doesn't stock all the lines due to it's size but still pretty good. Fruit and veg is good quality and the deli produce is fresh.

This is my regular shopping center. I love how clean it always is and the staff are really friendly. and helpful. It's definitely my favorite coles supermarket.

Coles have a poor returns policy when it is clear that its not a case of buying excess purchases and then returning. Will be shopping at Foodland in the future.

Solid roof on complex. It's my local centre now and I've never for a second been anxious the roof will fall on me causing death. It's nice.

Medium sized store with and easy to navigate layout. Well situated in Welland Plaza next to KFC, The Cheesecake Shop and Baker's Delight.

Convenient location for me but sometimes can sell out quickly items on sale or doesn't have some items found at larger Coles stores

Definitely one of the best Coles in Adelaide. Wish it opened at 12am like city and Kurrulta Park to service North Western Suburbs.

Standard Coles with a messy carpark. The shop's feel is a bit 90s, there's opportunity to modernise the set-up.

It is located inside Welland Shopping centre and is open till 9pm on all days except Saturday and Sunday.

So very, very slow for service. Used to be much better. Some good meat discounts from time time though.
