"I find it frustrating how customers are left standing around bewildered with their trolleys full of shopping, because there aren't any registers open"
"Went shopping there the other day and I immediately noticed how friendly, happy and helpful the staff were, the store looked inviting, sad to see there was no more service deli and noticed that there were no organic fruit and veg anymore, however, I loved the atmosphere, and I didn't have to ask to have a checkout open, the eagerness and willingness of every staff member I came across was simply outstanding!, lift your game Parabanks, there are other stores in town, great job Coles Paralowie, you deserved this rating***"
"Like Coles stores everywhere, good range of products, reasonable prices, friendly knowledgeable staff, very clean store"
"My 5 star rating is for the employees there"
"Would give it a 5 β but unfortunately the fruit and veg produce isn't always that fresh"
I find it frustrating how customers are left standing around bewildered with their trolleys full of shopping, because there aren't any registers open. Last few times I've shopped there I've had to either ask for a register to be opened, or stand around waiting until a staff member notices there's shoppers requiring one to be open. Even then only one opens up so there is a long line up. Why is it so difficult to have register/s open for those who have too many items for the 12 items or less sections, or for the self serve? I refuse to use the self service checkouts unless you're going to pay me to do their job? Whatever happened to customer service? Oh that's right, cost and staff cuts.

Like Coles stores everywhere, good range of products, reasonable prices, friendly knowledgeable staff, very clean store. Once you get used to a store's layout things can be found again but there are still times I will need to get directions. I enjoy shopping there. I dont enjoy their policy on register staffing. I refuse to go through the self serve registers. I don't work there, why should I do their work for them? They make huge profits, employ enough staff!
My 5 star rating is for the employees there. They all know me I love going there for that reason. The store itself could definitely do with some love. It looks inundated compared to the bigger stores. Not all items r available as other stores have which means I have to go else where also. Otherwise always a good shopping experience.
Would give it a 5 β but unfortunately the fruit and veg produce isn't always that fresh. Also, plz bring back the fresh bakery item white choc chip and macadamia cookies. This Coles store often has a LOT of cheap specials too, which is great for those on a budget. The staff are always friendly.
Good location, great specials, nice friendly atmosphere and wonderful assistance. I went through the checkout with half price chicken mince that was overdue but they could not sell me however they honoured the price on new product - I'd say that's exceptional service
Coles has a favourite style of paini rolls that I cannot obtain elsewhere. Close to my location and readily obtainable. They also have my preferred Deli meat packs so it is worth dropping in on my way home from work to purchase as I need.
Its okay but I find it a bit pokey, I know they're a little smaller but they don't seem to have a lot on hand. The carpark and trolley bays I don't imagine are their issue but I believe they need to chat to the management about it, the
Still trying to find my way around the store, changed it around while i was away. Staff are pleasant. some need to be retrained on how to pack groceries still. Frozen food with other frozen items and not with packet foods.
Store has changed a fair bit over the years steadily improving the place it's in a good area for stopping in at if you're passing through and need something in a hurry staff are friendly and more than willing to help
Close to home can't complain but they should open more checkouts and have more people during their peak period working behind the service deli. It makes the worker stress and customers impatient.
Fix the cramped up rabbit warren carpark. But big mistake removing 2nd disability park near front entrance. Also later in day young fit people park in disability parks & I have had to park
Good service, prices in line with close by comparison. Some items that others don't have. Unfortunately the Deli section has been removed so I now shop elsewhere. Need Deli section back
2 minute walk from home. Always handy to have Coles so close. My local for 10+ years. So convenient being so close, especially when I have ran out of something and need it right away.
Terrible store. Everything was half price, staff was so kind, unique products and cheap products??? I expected better. Highly recommend going there to see what itβs like.
Today's staff were lovely at the self serve. I didn't feel like I was being WATCHED in case I stole something.!!! Not sure of her name but she was very polite. Thank You
Staff name Andrea was very poor customer service. Busy talk with someone when service customer. Or she was rude with me because the colour of my skin?
A nice tucked away Coles. It's smaller so doesn't stock all lines and varieties so look online if you want something that's not a staple.
Coles altogether a bunch of dogs, they have a charity trolley with less value in it than the bins everyday, shame Coles, avoid big bizzo
Only problem I had was the minimum item checkout they had no one working it so I had to use self serve checkout.... DISSAPOINTED
The staff doing click and collect simply don't care about the customers in store 3 times i have had them ram the cart into me
There was no vegetarian meat products. And very little other vegetarian items. Other than that it is a good store
I love visiting Coles because they have a great range of products and I get reward points from my Flybys card.
This store could do with better stocking of pantry items as there were many things with low or no stock.
Nice staff, generally has everything you need, also in a good location, very close to a bus stop.
Nice to shop at but they don't have a deli apartment, otherwise nice staff so friendly
Small sized Coles but it is easy to find what you want here.
They left me alone and it was wonderful haha
Everything you need here but smaller store
Lovely staff but nothing else positive
