You might want to open your eyes and look at the next shelf , which consisted of half a dozen Red HALF CABBAGES seeing like staff can't be bothered to assist a customer I will take my 300 dollars a week elsewhere it may not worry you as a big chain but I'm sure I will feel a whole happier shopping where I get good service"

I don't usually shop at Coles but they had the soft drink I was after on sale so I decided to get that and a couple other things while I was there. One of those things was saveloys which I went to the deli for. Saw they were on sale for a bit over $3/kilo but they only had 2 but I needed 8. Told the gentleman behind the counter I needed 8 and he went into the storeroom, came back out and looked at the price and said "Not at that price". He then gave me pre-packaged saveloys which contained 8 weighing 750 grams which cost me $7.40. Three times the price I would have paid if he gave me the loose ones. Very poor. Never would have happened at Woolworths. They would have happily got more for me regardless of the price. Learnt a lesson there. Just to add some context to this. I contacted Coles over messenger and they initially went by the price match guarantee route. I explained that the person serving me flatly refused to give me a product on sale. They responded with we've taken it up with the relevant teams, sorry for being a hassle. It's 8 saveloys you cheap pieces of garbage!

I attended the Coles store at Munno Para around 11.30am on Sunday, 2nd April 2023. Whilst attempting to find a park, I encountered a Coles employee named 'Tim'. Tim was collecting shopping trolleys in the car park. I turned into a vacant car space, to fimd Tim attempting to push trolleys through it. No worries, I'll back up. Tim immedately begins gesturing and shouting at me. I understand that not all staff are selected on the basis of their customer service skills, but Tim should be reminded that the customers he abuses are the same ones that pay his wages. I walked up to the entrance of the Coles store, saw Tim there and asked him his name. He clearly recognised me, as he immediately started throwing his arms up and abusing me again. I walked away, disgusted at this display. I'm sure Coles will be able to review the video footage of this incident, as it occurred right at the entrance to their store, in full view of other customers. Please pass this message on to Tim: the customers you abuse are the same ones that pay your wages.

Excellent staff.Always helpful and polite. A gentleman by the name of Nathan helped me heaps when my wife's handbag was stolen. The young lady couldn't find the phone i needed to buy ( a basic Optus prepaid phone on special ).He checked and there were x amount in stock but not in the locked cupboard. He asked me to please wait and around 10 minutes later came out with the phone i needed. He has been helpful whenever needed along with all the staff at Coles Elizabeth. Thank you.

Never in my life have I ever experienced such poor service. They never answer their phone, they can't get their click and collect shop right. Half of my daughters groceries were missing, then they don't want to compensate nor refund her for the items she never received. And to top it of the Coles customer care line is just as useless and just as poor with their customer service. Absolutely disgusting. Never EVER AGAIN will we shop with Coles. Doesn't even deserve 1 star

More like... click and wait 30+ minutes for your order.. why say a time, message when your on your way and when you arrive, if you still have to wait for ages.. I could have gone in and bought the stuff in the time I wasted waiting for the terrible click and collect. Btw customers come second. The guy said we priorities door dash so I have to wait longer again. Pathetic service coles.

I'm a Coles kind of guy, so my judgement may be slightly biased... however I find this is the best larger sized supermarket in the area. Good prices, good range great selection of meats, good layout, friendly staff, very fast check out staff compared to surrounding stores. Medium to large sized store.. looks small to medium size from the entrance, but it's bigger than it looks

They’ve added prison gates to the store checkouts now. If you go through self-checkout and the checkout attendant is busy with another customer you’ll probably be standing there waiting for a few minutes. Also seems like a serious safety hazard for people in wheelchairs or with prams if there were a fire. What were you thinking Coles. Won’t be shopping here again.

Very angry and upset. I was waiting for my click and collect for 50 MINUTES before I decided to drag my sleeping baby out of the car to go inside. I called 4 TIMES with NO answer! I was told that their phone was “glitching”. I received a box of chocolate as an apology, this is not good enough! Will never do click and collect at this store again!

Good store, does seem a little muddled for a few things but, it comes down to what fits. As we don't shop here often it is a little painful. What would help is more Coles staff around to ask or list on the ends of aisles. They now have put up lists. Stock levels are either low and on some specials, out of stock.

  • Gregory Mackey

This stores managment could really do with training in customer service. It appears that serving customers at the checkouts is the last priority even at 6.40am in the morning it is not unusual to be queued up for 10 minutes whilst other employees are walking around doing menial tasks.

Like all coles needs a touch up but variety is like all stores clean tidy competitive pricing can get very busy especially after school times ground floor helpful staff has liquorland next door afew changes in self serve checkouts been updated

  • Sarah Binns

This place is always messy. Often empty shelves, unhelpful staff, food and boxes on the floor, and I just hate going there. Good to see they have set up a kids book swap, though. I wish you'd help fix all the produce in plastic, too.

  • Franca N

I usually can't fault the place until today when I was told that I had to use the self service checkout as a staff member refused to open the register at the main desk. Why should I scan my own items???

  • wendy Menz

I feel nothing but disappointed in Coles, with the lack of Checkout facilities! Not delivering junk mail. If ever they stop checkout service I will completely stop shopping there!

  • Tina Chaffe

My son bought fresh bread today and it’s 2 days old .. feels terrible Unfortunately I need to use it - I wanted and paid for fresh bread but had to toasted as it stale

  • Mark Penney

I asked for a bag three times and the woman was too busy talking to a coworker and just scanned all my stuff without offering me one. Extremely rude poor service.

  • Theo Zadow

Pretty decent store. A bit smaller than some other Coles but everything is at least laid out nicely and there's lots of self serve checkouts

  • Beryl

Should open more checkouts when to many ques form also have extra staff where the cigarette/phone cards counter . Counter for 12-15 items.
