Im absolutly fed up with coles craigmore how can you hav chicken that is totally off! with one day left on its BEST BEFORE date so not even use by , its sunday arvo 5pm shops are shut now im just about to cook dinner and i open the packet of the alleged in date chicken and its bloody rank, now ive gotta find somthing else to cook cheers for the stuff around coles craigmore, im a regular there and this would hav to be the 3rd time ive bought off meat from them which is still supposed to be in date this is a disgrace and somthing needs to be done about this! , im sorry but its just disgusting sort it out!

What a horrible little store with no range,poor service even though they appear to be over staffed,I seen plenty of chiefs and very few indians.the store has a woke vibe and appearance about it.also they don't have any prices on the cigarettes or brand types.tuesday the sixteenth and the crumpets had mold on them and a best before date of the 13 th.somebody is getting paid for this job is the scary part, luckily I looked before I put them in the basket.as a customer I shouldn't have to check for dates and mold,maybe I should be getting paid to do the person in charges job.

The customer service is truly outstanding, you'll feel like royalty as soon as you step foot in the store. But be warned, the parking situation is a real pain in the rear. But hey, all good things come with a price (literally and figuratively), right? Overall, I highly recommend giving this place a visit, just make sure you leave enough time for parking.

When I entered the establishment I was extremely exuberant about the carpet cleaning service in my hotel room. However the good vibes in my apartment was swiftly depleted, as Brodie James Balls entered my apartment, he served me my lobster and I was in hysterics. My lobster was undercooked, off-tasting, and had a horrible texture. due to Brodie James Balls extremely rude nature in this establishment i am going to have to give this 1 star. extremely disappointed in this hotel.

One star is too much for this coles Horrible people working there I’ve never seen such rude, cold and arrogant employees... i demand change or fire the grumpy old drug addicts with no manners and no education. Who do they think they are to serve customers with so little respect. Sick ... leaves you with a sick feeling What do you expect from the northern suburbs, coles craigmore must take a trip to the east and city to learn real customer service.

This store is well stocked and staff are happy, polite and helpful. Public toilets are inside this small shopping centre, near Coles. Ask for the ♿ to be unlocked for use. Clean facilities although not updated. ♿️ Close to the centre entrance. Trolley and hand sanitisation available. Staff are happy to pack lightly at the checkout for me as I suffer with arthritis. Nice fresh produce.. Even potplants for sale.

Unfortunately Coles at Craigmore seems to be neglected. I live locally and only go there if I am in a hurry, otherwise I travel to Woolworths at Blakeview. This Coles store seems to always be out of stock or not stock as many items as their other stores. This store is in need of a revamp to attract more customers, as well as ensure they stock enough products to keep customers.

Very disappointing that the Bean Counters of Coles Craig more are removing the Deli section, people want fresh meat not packaged stuff and like to be able to nominate how much they want. Very poor form, definitely not looking after the Community that has supported Coles for years. Clearly profit over people, Shame on you. Don't complain when Customers shop elsewhere.

Staff lovely polite and helpful Found what we needed No waiting at checkout. Store clean and tidy. Carpark needs work done it But this is the centres fault not Coles My one complaint with Coles is that they have to much no name brand goods Needs more Australian products and less their brand This happens in all supermarkets not just Coles

I am very curious as to why we are packing our own bags. It makes no difference the checkout girl puts the products on the counter or puts them in a new bag that you supply.. its just laziness it has nothing to do with the covid 19. You need to change this or i wont be shopping there any more.

I wont be buying deli products there ever again. In there wisdom Coles have closed the deli and so now everything is behind refrigerator glass doors. My wife and I will now be doing our shopping in future at Foodland Munno Para were we are served by a human being . Bad move Coles.

Only use this store when I can’t be bothered driving further from home and need only 1 or 2 items. It’s outdated, has very limited (or no) selection of stock on everything, bakery section is hopeless, deli section is now a complete joke. Would give zero stars if I could.

Some staff here are not very friendly. No 'hello' at the checkout, not even a 'thank you and have a nice day'. They do have good specials on chocolates sometimes. I only shop here for convenience, which is rare. There is plenty of parking which is close to the Store.

It's convenient because it's not in a massive shopping centre but that also let's it down because it's not as big as other Coles so doesn't have everything you need, I would like to see this Coles have all items that are on sale in their catalogue.

In the few months I've been shopping here I've already had to make 3 complaints. Black rotten eggs, off prawns and plastic amongst fish I purchased tell me there is poor management and stock rotation. I need to find somewhere else to shop …

Coles Australia, how can Cole's Craigmore charge $4.50 kg for , when at Cole's Munno Para they are changing $3.30 kg for , when your sale pricing doesn't change until Wednesday. Cole's Craigmore is my preferred shop, Good friendly staff.

I personally think it is probably the best Coles supermarket. The staff are very friendly and helpful . The supermarket itself is clean and i can get all the family shopping done with ease. A,staff member is always willing to help if i need it.

Good shop smaller than others ive been too but can usually get what i need the only thing i can pick is they dont have a huge range of the coles ice cream brands here other than that the staff are wonderful and always pleasant to chat too

Been coming here for years just walked out. No deli counter any more. So I just asked for 3 different items to b3 told we don't sell that anymoe. That's ok I don't shop here anymoe. Great staff pitty about the money grabbing management

Beautifully laid out store, clean self-service checkouts and floor. The dairy products section could use a clean, the iced coffee milk bottles tend to explode from time to time. Lolly selection (gum, Mentos etc.) could be extended.

Could definitely do with a few extra brands in the stock department,this store doesn't do Kraft dip and a few local brand products that other supermarkets do.and the self serve cold meat deli doesn't look very advertising.

Lovely store, shelves always stocked, great layout and clean. Day staff amazing, but your night staff need more customer service training- mostly the cashiers. It is a completely different vibe / experience at night.

Always low on stock. Staff stand around talking while shelves are empty. I used to come here regularly because it's next to my son's school but I now go out of my way to another Coles because this one is always empty!

Proably wont go here again as couldnt go in or out without breathing in cigarette smoke from everyone smoking around doorways cmon coles do aomething about it! Peeps can smoke in their cars or out on the road

staff helpful and friendly, sometimes though still have to go to a different shop as this one being a smaller coles does not stock all the products of the larger coles stores, otherwise great as not as busy.

I enjoy shopping here, easy parking. Has nice cafe shop, newsagent, Doctors, cheap shop, I think called Spend a penny. Coles always clean and is well stocked, everytime I have been there shopping

Friendly, reasonably stocked supermarket in a smallish suburban shopping complex. The parking facilities leave a bit to be desired but it is convenient for us as "newcomers" to Craigmore.

Great customer service however hate that the deli has been removed makes it hard to find what you want with everything behind glass doors, in cardboard boxes and wrapped in plastic.

Yuck, never clean, staff suck, produce isn't fresh, not good selection of brands, cold meats didn't look nice. Only go there when I have to. Badly in need of upgrade.

Over priced, below average fresh produce, not much range, feels cramped and dirty, deli section removed a replaced with prepackaged selections.

Hands down the worst Coles I've ever been to! Staff always seem rude. When you enter and leave self-checkout, they will simply stare at you!

This is a small coles but they still have a good selection of products. They also habe a pick and mix mochi, macarons and bambino cones.

Staff very friendly, It is a small Coles so not the full range alright for basic quick shop. I could not get my large grocery shop.
