Horrible place... This was my First and Last Time There. Yesterday I went to wash and one of the washers in the middle lane wasn't working.. By working I mean water wasn't flowing onto to my clothes to wash properly.Now if your the people that just leave clothes there and not watch it completely wash then you have an issue. I told the lady attendant and she just said oh "it will eventually come out" and "oh yea a lil is coming out"! I'm like no nothing there all my clothes just has soap. I had to keep going to the lady just to get her to call her boss to check machine. & so when her assume to be boss came it was a complete waste... Rude a'f, giving me attitude and trying to ignore me. I asked for another cycle to wash clothes in a different machine and he completely yelled saying ""LET THIS BE THE LAST TIME.!""I DON'T EVER DO THIS!"" I'm like WOW! & in my mind I'm like dont worry NEVER COMING BACK! I even offered to pay half of the 2nd wash and he said ""NOOOOOO! YOU KEEP THAT!" And turned his back on me. Mind you this whole time I kept my cool and try to reason with him and all he doing is yelling, Complaining and rolling eyes. NEVER AGAIN!! WORST SERVICE!

My favorite laundry spot so far. Machines actually clean my clothes. There are big machines and some small ones if needed too. Lots of dryers. Usually pretty busy on weekends but weekdays easier to find the roller cart and a folding table. Always a person on staff trying to keep up the cleaning. Always helpful and responsive if I have a question or concern. You can pay to have drop off service if you wish. Can buy detergent here, dryer sheets, vending machines for snacks and beverages. Apparently coffee is free but im super picky so I have not ventured to try it. Its somewhat beat up I guess but its really used well. I love that they decorate for holidays and seasons. Small parking lot and street parking available. Back entrance has sliding auto door. Quarter machines available, cash only. Tvs usually have spanish shows on. Some solicitors but usually small stuff like mexican treats, movies or a kid selling candy for school. Never rude people.

The employees (2 lovely ladies) were very helpful. The place has updated, fairly new washers & dryers. Spotless- CLEAN! I will be coming here twice a month and I live all the way in a suburb, 53 miles one way. I recommend this laundromat and I've been to alot of laundromats in the city, this is by far the best for your money. Excluding detergent- I would not buy from there, make sure you have all your cleaning detergents, bleach... etc. But as for payment on washers & dryers- you'll save TONS

I had to give it a star for me write a review. This laundry mat is always packed not enough dryers or tables to fold. I seen a customers put a towel in a dryer just to hold it even though they are still washing and some will just take 6 dryers not thinking that other people need to dry. Another was holding the dryer for someone else that was still washing by leaving there clothes inside the dryer. I Would definitely not recommend this place. Not worth the hassle.

This is the best laundromat i have went to in the Chicago area. So clean and well maintained. Washers and dryers always working. The ladies who work there are very friendly. I went here when i lived in the city. I still come here now that i have moved. Love this laundromat !!!

Pretty clean and nice place. Before you go, make sure you have bills, no credit card machines. Parking in rear and on side street. Free coffee. Big 55lbs washers 25 quarters = $6.25, 40lbs washers 18 quarters = $4.50, dryers $.25 for 12 minutes.

Awesome place... the lady very nice and have a good conversation with her. Definitely provide good service. Nice place have 24 hours laundry. I reccomend this place is the best for 24 hours. Very affordable, alway clean, and neat.

The washers and dryers work well. I've been going there with my mom and so far, they haven't been out of service. The staff there is very nice and friendly. We mostly go there at night so there isn't many people around.

This is an okay laundromat. They have a machine that converts dollar bills to coins, for those who might not have coins. Some of the dryers do not operate properly sometimes. And it's 25 cents for 10mins of drying.

Clean, Free WiFi & coffee, lots of supplies on sale, very well maintained. RECOMMENDED $5.25 for a 55 lb. and $2.50 for a 18 lb. washer seems expensive but I do not know prices in this town.

Washer machines need servicing, do not rinse properly and will pay double to rinse properly, will not be returning. Service refused to see customers experience as valid.

I've been going for about 5 years now. Clean place. Does get pack after 4pm. Free coffee for customers. They did however raise their soda prices on the vending machine.

This place is clean super nice workers very busy at times but its open 24 hours and offers free coffee very well kept were there weekly

The place was clean and organized. Very good washers and dryers. There was staff on site even in the early mornings.

I love this place it is clean, not busy, well when I go and the staff is very nice and they help when you need them.

Love going here to do laundry. The ladies that work there are very professional and give great customer service.

nice quiet place just chill get laundry done listen to some music. No high prices, no brocken machines.

Clean area, great washers and dryers for the price, just a bit smelly, like moldy or sewer.
