I am someone who absolutely loves coffee!!! I am a barista myself, and I always look forward to making a connection with the baristas I am giving my time and money. I can't say I had a pleasant experience with this place (even though I so badly wanted to). I gave this coffee shop 2 chances, since I am attending anime Dallas (and visiting multiple days in a row). Overall experience wasn't that great. Baristas were cold and rude, didn't want to help, but I still tried the next day anyway. I asked my boyfriend to order me a coffee while I was working, and he is not a coffee drinker. He asked for a recommendation with Hazelnut because he knows it's my favorite syrup. When he received his drink, immediately he knew he wasn't going to be able to drink it because it was just a black coffee with syrup and not at all what he meant to order. I went back to see if there was anyway I could possibly exchange it for something else, or if maybe they could just add some cream. I didn't want to be too difficult because I know what it's like to work customer service, and I by no means was trying to get a free drink. I was working the convention from 11am to 12am and just needed coffee that would keep my energy going. The manager was the one who actually took me at the counter. Let me just say...I manage a coffee shop, and would never have treated someone the way he treated me yesterday. I know it's easy to get overwhelmed in situations where there are tons of people coming up to your shop. If you are bothered that easily by someone just asking for some cream...please reconsider your position. All I can say is wow...from a manager at that...please do better.

Probably the rudest coffee shop I've ever been to in Dallas. 10 out of 10 wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemies, before you even begin to order and have a human connection with the person on register. You can already tell they have snarky attitudes. I even saw them pointing at lots of people dressed up at the con and just laughing at them behind the counter. There coffee is definitely no prize winner, at least they could learn a manner or two. Sad that this is the only place to get coffee in this Hotel, I think I'll just walk 2 plus miles next time and give my business elsewhere.

Nice shop in the Hyatt to grab something quick to eat or some forgotten essentials. A lot of the items are over priced but what you would expect for a market inside a hotel downtown.

Great breakfast spot in Dallas historic district. We arrived around 9 am on Sunday as we read that this place does gets packed early. There was a line out the door but the staff was very organized and quick to bus tables and serve new guests. As we sat the line picked up out the door again but as before everyone was taken care of in a timely manner. As far the food it was great food, we tried the egg Benedict Dallas style, the Belgian waffle and the breakfast croissant all where a hit.

This coffee shop is located in the Hyatt Regency hotel and stocks an array of snacks, drinks, and convenience items. We stayed at the hotel for 4 nights and each morning we would grab a coffee. The coffee was consistently delicious and the staff always greeted us with a smile. Tersit was especially sweet and made our mornings brighter.

My first visit for lunch with my friend Coffee's Post is open for breakfast and lunch with a wide selection of items. I had a Salmon BLT. Never heard if such a thing, but since I like salmon and BLTs, why not? My friend had a Poched Egg on a Croissant. Both absolutely delicious. Order at counter, find table inside or outside....and wait for very quick, friendly service.

Coffee's post is a coffee shop located in Hyatt Regency Dallas is the lobby area. They have the best coffee. They also have tea, bottled water, chips, pastries, candy bars, juices. You can also get items made locally in Dallas. Je'sus was the cashier and he was so nice. Belinda was very nice as well.

Cashier was very rude and didn't even ring me up for the items I asked and when I told her what I asked for she was very rude and exhaled deeply and said okay definitely a place you do not want to come ever the hotel is beautiful though but this area zero Stars if possible

This place does not allow people to consume and enjoy the Cafe after 10pm unless you have a room there. They use Starbucks cups, but it is not a Starbucks. Their prices are steep. All most $4.00 for a brewed coffee. $2.50 for a refill. No available internet.

What an awesome Coffee shop. The staff is friendly, the place is spacious, and if you want to post up and do work or meet with friends, this is a great neighborhood place to do that. They also have donuts and burritos on the weekends!

Great food and coffee. Perfect gathering spot to meet co-workers before the conference.
