it would have been a nice experience if one of the security guards didn't become rude to me this afternoon. I went back to this shop this afternoon 1st of may 2020 because I just checked my receipt that I have been charged twice for the beer that I bought and basically one of the clerk assistant deal with the situation and she gave me the one that they were extra charged in me and it was all fine for me instead for asking for a refund and when I am going out the Security guard the Black one with Faded curly haircut told me that "next time I won't be allowing you to get back for 2nd time and make sure check your receipt first before going out of the shop" which he does make a point but I was going home from my night shift when I went to buy beer in the morning so I am too tired and can't bothered to check actually the clerk assistant even asked me if I want the receipt or not and I said Yes and grab it went out of the shop to realise when I check the receipt during this afternoon there was extra charged. I hope the security guard doesn't need to say anything that isn't nice to the customers especially he isn't there during the time that I bought the beer this morning. It was annoying to hear what he said like it was my fault that I was charged twice.

I normally don’t review Retail Stores but i felt i had to tell about this, the manager at the store Prashant is so unprofessional and aggressive, i came the other day to get some brown sliced bread i asked him for his assistance at first I couldn’t understand a single word he said then he was so rude he is telling me something we don’t have any bread or something like that! Then i had a word with the till Worker he was polite enough to apologise for that manager’s behaviour, and then the guy said about that’s how the manager speak with the team members as well! I am completely disappointed by the co op for such an unprofessional customer service by Prashant.

Extremely poor customer service received by a male store clerk today which is most unfortunate as has always been a pleasant experience shopping here until now. I can only guess he was having a bad day, but no excuse for treating a customer in this way. Other staff go above and beyond to help, so I guess it's a bit hit or miss! Most disappointing.

Local store with great assortment of products. I, particularly, like better some of the ready meals from this retailer. The staff is friendly and the store is always supplied. Pros For Crisp Lovers, nice assortment. Regularly supplied. Friendly staff. Cons Lack of fresh green vegetables. Lack of diversity of fruits.

At last, so glad we have a Co Op local to us. Friendly staff, more convenient opening and closing hours, easier ways to make a payment ( I can use my card for Paypoint payments), trustworthy cash machine, offers on groceries and a Self checkout to avoid queues. Oh forgot to add love the bakery!!! .

I've popped into this Co-op a couple of times. It's not really Cricklewood as there is a Co-op almost on Cricklewood Broadway but this one is small and neat and does the exact same line of stuff you get in all the Co-ops. Useful if you

I went today morning 07/03/2021 at 7:00 but it was not open and I was waiting for 07:16 still not open and I tried to asked with security officer but he was busy on his phone and he answered me with signs and he was very very rude.

Yes, friendly staff but a little messy now a days. But, what is the reason that from 6pm to 11pm there is no bread available? And it is not from time to time but almost every day! For months!

Polite and helpful staff with lots of grocery options. The only problem I have is.sometimes some of essentials are gone (eggs, bread, water …) and not refilled.

Really convenient store with a nice selection of food and friendly and helpful staff - also it's so handy that you can park directly outside for 30mins free
