Rude staff. We repeated the beer bucket consisting of 5 beers. The waiter brought beers which were not even cold and just kept them in the ice bucket. He opened one bottle and served it without checking if it was chilled. The beer was at room temperature and when we explained this to him, he got argumentative and telling he ll keep that open beer bottle in the fridge and give after sometime but never accepted their mistake of giving bucket of beers which were at room temperature. After arguing with him, his Manager replaced the open beer and the entire bucket with chilled beers. Music band is extremely noisy and loud . Not recommended and will never visit this place again. Management has changed and least bothered about customer service.

The beer is WATERED DOWN. The music is terrible, be it the songs played or live music, it's all terrible. The service is good. there are many screens showing different sports but it does NOT make up for the fact that the beer is WATERED DOWN. I've been drinking for a while, and I know how beer is supposed to taste. This tasted like water mixed with beer. Don't go to this disgrace of a place if you're looking for cheap beer and decent music. Shameless ripoff. I wish I could give it less than one star.

I came here for Sports match specially IPL and Football matches which was disturbed by live music. Live music is too loud and they seriously need to improve on sound system. Hard Rock doesn't seem to be working with all the crowd, they might have thought of some regional music instead. Drinks are very expensive if you miss happy hours. And loud unnecessary music will annoy you. Apart from everything staffs were friendly. One star only for staff.

We went to the hotel there was no valet parking, we must find the parking by yourself, in the late night we been to club Everest it was full of vomit in the staircase no one care in the club the server never smiles very strange faces , if you want anything out must go to the bar counter and paid and minimum you have to wait 15 minutes and followed up which is really disappointing I will never recommend it’s “out of no where”.

I usually do not review places..but this was the worst experience in the UAE. We drove from AUH for a night out. The place is located midst congusted alleys and roads. Worst thing is there 's no parking, At all! The absolutely unfriendly security guard was heavily drunk at 11.00pm on a Thursday and when asked about valet parking, we were directed to a wrong road. Will never ever come back even if its the last place standing.

Terribly shady place filled with old men. The band was playing some boring old Hindi songs. Sad choice for a weekend. Food could have been better . Ambience isn't that great. The very location of the hotel itself defines it's class. We literally left and moved to another place. Never going back there again. Not recommended for women.

A really nice place to spend your evenings. The place is spacious and equipped with TV screens showing different sports. The drinks and food menu is good. I ordered Momos which I think is reasonable for the price. The quality and quantity is worth the money. Will definitely try out the different types of Momos very time I visit.

I ordered chicken chilly & Bhutan for take away but they send mutton fry, and the taste of mutton was very bad, no taste at all & the service was supper poor don’t know how to open the cap of the beer bottles I don’t recommend to visit the place

Probably the largest night club in Bur Dubai area- seating capacity of 500+. Good place those people who love partying & clubbing. Good customer service. Good ambience. Reasonable price. Quality food.
