We have a gaming laptop that was overheating and the fan was grinding so we brought it in. We tried to explain these issues and let them know that we thought the thermal paste needed to be replaced and the fans may need to be replaced as well. It seemed like he understood this. When we picked up the laptop, we were charged $165 and made the assumption that the issues described were fixed (it was a bit difficult to communicate in detail due to language barriers). We did not receive an itemized receipt so we do not know what work was completed. When we brought the laptop home and tried to use it, the same exact issues still occurred. To get better clarity this time, we emailed them to let them know the issues persisted and asked how much fan replacement would cost. We never received a response on the cost; they just told us to bring it in again. We ended up taking the laptop to another repair shop who let us know both the thermal paste and fans were worn out, meaning that Cloud Electronic We Repair never replaced them. To this day, I’m not sure what the $165 charge was for and I will avoid this shop in the future. Update for owner response: I think I made it pretty clear in my review that we didn't want to bring it back because we never received a reply on cost estimate for replacing the fan. I didn't want to be in a position again where we had no idea what it would cost and be on the hook for it, ultimately for the laptop to still be defective. The pictures don't tell me anything about what service was done. I'm not a computer expert, that's why I brought it in. Normally I would expect a business to provide an itemized receipt or some sort of documentation saying "we cleaned out X, replaced Y" etc. Not having that documentation means I don't know what specifically the charge was for, and we didn't know what to tell the other computer repair shop because we have no idea what was done.

In early March 2023, my Xbox Series X, worth around $500 USD, broke. I took it to Cloud Electronic Repair, a well-reviewed shop, where the owner assured me he could fix the HDMI port for $250 cash. He didn't provide a receipt, but he made it clear only the HDMI port needed repair, and no internal damage was done. After the initial repair, the port failed again within a month. I asked for a free fix, considering the previous work was faulty. However, the owner blamed me for damaging the Xbox's internal components, despite being the only one who opened it. I requested a receipt and a list of the repair work, but the owner claimed not to have any documentation and hung up on me. After heated arguments, he finally agreed to repair it for free, but it took a week for him to examine the machine. When I called to check on the status, he told me to meet him at his store. During the meeting, he again blamed me and demanded an additional $165, which I reluctantly paid. Exactly one month later, the machine broke again with the same issue, and he blamed me once more. I'm frustrated with this unprofessional repairman who refuses to provide refunds or proper documentation. I demand either a $400 refund or a new machine, as his actions have caused irreparable damage. His lack of receipts and his yelling at customers are unacceptable. There's no contract stating that refunds are not allowed. Be wary of this conman! Update : I got my system repaired by a real repairman and this clown fixed my mother board with tape. DO NOT GO HERE. Back to better business bureau

I spilled coffee on my MacBook Pro and Remzi at Cloud Electronics fixed it! It's an older laptop that I rely on. When its CD-drive failed 3 years ago, Remzi replaced it for me and it has not failed since. This week I got distracted and spilled coffee over everything, including this laptop. I managed to save my files and shut down promptly before shaking out as much coffee as I could. But it was soaked. I took it over to Remzi at Cloud Electronics right away before corrosion or rust set in. Remzi promptly disassembled it and got it cleaned out. It took a day for all the parts to dry before he reassembled it. Some of the back-lighting on the keyboard no longer works, but mechanically the keyboard works better now than it has for years. I have not noticed any problems with any of the drives or ports. I had to reset things like the clock and network passwords. But all of my applications and files are intact. Remzi is from Turkey. His English is improving but it helps if you speak slower and use shorter sentences when talking with him. He's been an electronics technician for over 35 years and has excellent repair skills. I've watched him repair broken screens on many phones and tablets. He may ask you to bring in your device to have a look before he can give you a price. But he's honest and fair with his assessments. He can often repair quickly if he has parts in stock. His shop is by the bus stop just north of Goodwill on 8th NW in Ballard. Support 'Right-to-Repair.' Back up your files. And don't drink while you type!

This was a fantastic experience (repairing MacBook Air after a sugary liquid spill into the keyboard that east noticed for days), and as long as they are nearby, I will take all of my tech repair business to Cloud Electric. They were incredibly flexible and understanding with me on timing, even though I failed at communication. The prices are straight up reasonable, lower than Apple’s flagrant price gauging market abuse. You get the feeling you don’t need an invoice etc., because it seems like you’re in their home and they are just trying to do an incredibly good job and run an A+ business. I’m so happy they are in my neighborhood. Also, this couple are recent immigrants (5 or so years) to the US. I saw some customers struggle a teeny tiny bit with the cultural divide and communication and business standards, not from a quality standpoint because that is top-notch, but from the standpoint of just whatever you’re used to here. Every customer I saw come through while I waited was generously and honestly helped and with the most earnest intent (and legit professional effectiveness/success- all repairs were successful that I saw today). You just have to be a teeny bit flexible and you’re going to get the best service and care and prices you ever expected in tech. Bring your repairs here!

TLDR: service was slow, not communicative and my kindle came back worse than I brought it. Dropped of my Kindle with a glitched screen 31 days ago and he said he would call with a quote the next day. Almost a week later he called and quoted me a reasonable price and told me it would be fixed in a few days. 20 days after my initial drop off he texted to say he couldn’t get the right replacement screen, so the next day I went to pick up the Kindle. He told me that it was too old of a model to be fixed, but when I told him that I bought it new in September he said he could fix it. I gave him the model number and screen size, and he said he would call in a day or two. Today, 9 days later, I went to the shop to see what the deal was, it was on his desk in a few pieces and he told me that he couldn’t find a replacement screen. I asked if I could have it back and he put a few pieces together and gave it back to me. The screen is no longer just frozen on a glitch but is cracked, the on/off button doesn’t click (as if it is not touching anything internal), the screen isn’t flush with the case, and I can see the glue at the edges of the screen where it was taken apart. If it could have been fixed before, it definitely cant be now. Bummer.

Brought my phone in because it got water damage and the screen wasn’t turning on. The phone worked and i could make calls, i just couldn’t see anything. I guess he replaced my motherboard, but my screen was still broken. When i picked my phone up i told him my screen was still broken, and he told me to change it in settings (???). He charged me $100 for this. It completely broke again within a couple days, so i took it back in. Didn’t hear from him for almost a week, so I emailed. No response. I went in and my phone was ready to be picked up. Everything seemed fine, he replaced my screen, but now my phone is glitching and i am getting the “pink screen of death”. He charged me $150 on top of the $100 i already paid to fix his mistake. I didn’t find out until today that it would have only cost $99 to take it into Apple. I thought this place would have been quicker and easier. It wasn’t. Complete waste of my time.

I've had my laptop for over a year and I've pretty much had audio issues with it since it arrived. The audio output and input would adjust on it's own. A previous IT repair shop recommended that I reset the entire computer, when I did that it took out the audio input overall so the internal microphone no longer worked and I could only use an external microphone. I brought my laptop into Cloud Electronics and they pinpointed the issue and fixed it right away. They tested everything before giving it back to me, and it took a day or two for all the system I use to adjust to the new audio (Zoom & Google Meet), but overall the inconsistent audio cleared after a few days and everything works perfectly now. I also dropped off my laptop during a time when I was going to be out of town and they were very flexible with when I picked it up.

After reading many positive reviews, I directed my husband to Cloud-Electronics when his phone had trouble charging. It was a very successful experience. He says this: The owner quickly assessed my need (replacing the charging port), told me to return in one hour and the simple repair would be completed. I ran my errands and upon my return the phone was ready. He demonstrated how the phone plug connection was now secure and that the phone was charging. He actually lowered the original price he had quoted me. It was very reasonable. The shop is small and crowded, but the owner is warm and his young son is a real charmer. Of course I hope I don't need future cell phone repairs, but if I do I'd be very willing to return to Cloud-electronic. Sent from the all new AOL app for Android

I was very pleased with the fast service and attention to detail. I panicked when I dropped my phone and the screen was broken and the device failed to turn on. I was able to drop in Cloud Electronics and have my iPhone in working condition within a couple hours of the incident. I'm glad a friend referred me. I would highly recommend Cloud. It was a little more money than quoted probably because it was more than a screen repair as the device would not turn on and had been repaired previously with a home kit. Good price, nonetheless, and it was 100% worth it. Just keep in mind that cash is preferred here. It's great that drop in is welcome and they are open until 8 pm. Thanks so much for your service. Great job and thank you for offering a screen protector.

  • Nicholas Goodwin-Stanley

I came to the store at the end of the day. My iPod had a stain across the screen made by cooking oil getting spilled over it. I knew going in the screen needed a full replacement. In under ten minutes the cost, the time it would take, and release forms were discussed clearly and filled out. The next day at around the same time I got my device back in working condition. Had there not been parts readily available I would have received a text telling me when to bring in my device in for the repair. (No waiting for the repair with the device in limbo) This was my second experience with 'Cloud Electronic We Repair' and both times were streamlined with positive results. I will be using this location's services again as the need arises.

Got my Google phone battery replaced here. I called ahead to inquire about the price and process and spoke with Remzi, the owner. His price was $30 lower than other quotes I received. I went into his shop which had convenient street parking out front and paid up front for the replacement battery. He called when the part arrived and I went back and he replaced it on the spot while I watched. He made sure I understood there was risk in cracking the screen during the process, but he was so careful and meticulous during the entire process, my screen came out unscathed! The entire process took about 30 minutes and I was very pleased with the work. I'll definitely be back if other issues arise and would highly recommend!

My 1 liter water bottle leaked all over the bottom of my bag and I didn't notice until the water started pooling in the bottom of the car. The bottom inch of my laptop must've been totally submerged. I frantically called this business, the closest place from where I was driving, and the owner encouraged me to bring it in right away. Less than 24 hours later my computer was fixed!! I honestly couldn't believe it. The screen is still blotchy but it would need a replacement which he helped me find at a reasonable price. It's run by a sweet Turkish couple. I would highly recommend this place, I truly had lost all hope for my laptop and it was also priced very reasonably.

  • Anisa Ashabi

Wonderful owner. A defective phone charger broke off inside my iPhone 11 yesterday and I tried everything to get it out (tweezers, SIM ejector tool, etc) but nothing worked. Since it was Easter, no stores were were open and I started panicking, thinking the charger would never come out and that I'd have to purchase a new phone. I stumbled upon Cloud Electronic in Google and called. Remzi picked up and he told us to come in. He got the charger out of my phone within 15 seconds and refused to take payment since the job was so small. Great man and great service. He also sells some cool-looking phone cases so I plan to come back and grab one of those in the future.

My wife's iPhone XS was unresponsive and it looked like she was going to lose some stuff she should have backed up. An hour and a half later, all good with a new screen for a LOT less than Apple would have charged for even looking at the thing. About half the cost or less, and fast and kind. UPDATE: Since my first repair, I've brought two more iPhone and two Mac laptops with dead screens to Remzi. He fixed them all, the phones either same day or next day, and the computers within a day or two. All at a very fair cost and with good followup by phone and text. Highly recommended and I will bring other stuff my family breaks for repair.

  • Jeff B

I had problem with my laptop and picked cloud electronic because of reviews and proximity to me. He was friendly and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain what he had to do for repair. The repair he told me was going to be completed in about 5 days so I was very surprised when I received a call later that afternoon saying it was done. Laptop now works as it's meant to. Which is good as it was bricked prior. I will whole heartedly recommend Cloud Electronic to anyone needed electronic repairs. I'm not sure if rates are good as I have no experience but it was cheaper than buying new laptop so I'll go with it is fair price.

  • Jake Nelson

I went to the Xfinity store and some lady said I had to probably get a new phone because my processor was not working and some dude there told me to go check out cloud electric before I spend all the money on a new phone. so I was like why not may as well try to save my self $1000 that I didn't have for a new phone. well I go there the guy was very nice I sit down for less then 10 minutes and he had it fixed! It took the Xfinity store about 20 to tell me I needed a new phone. I will most certainly be coming back to cloud electric and recommending it to any of my friends that need phone repairs. (Highly recommend)

  • Lauryl Zenobi

I found Cloud Electronics at a friend's suggestion, after I accidentally put my phone through the wash... I originally talked to one of the major fixit chains, but they wanted essentially the cost to replace the whole phone. Cloud Electronics was able to take my phone that afternoon and got it back to me first thing the next day. This is a humble shop with grade A+ service. The proprietor is straightforward and direct, but incredibly talented. He fixed (good as new!) what the other place wanted to replace, which saved me hundreds of dollars! I will definitely go back next time I unintentionally launder my phone.

  • Layton Miller

Don't be offput by the appearance of the shop or demeanor of the proprietor. I had some trouble communicating with him and despite a bit of an out-of-the-ordinary demeanor in dealing with customers, he is: 1) Direct and honest - prices are fair, he tells you parts and labor cost (he showed me the raw cost on the screen as he ordered my part) 2) Fast once the part comes in 3) Does good work - I shattered my screen and destroyed the LED components behind it, and he replaced it all perfectly within an hour. You can't even tell my phone ever had issues. Excellent service for a fair price.

  • Alexandra Gobeille

Fastest, cheapest repair place I could find (much more so than apple & goebits). Remzi, the owner, was very responsive, kind, honest, efficient - replaced my macbook air screen in a few days, for $335 (hundreds less than apple/other places.) It all works perfectly now, 100% fixed. (fyi he says he uses all apple products, and showed me online; though there is no apple logo on my new part. that's not as important to me as it functioning perfectly. also, had some miscommunication due to language barriers, but the most important things were understood & resolved.) Thank you Remzi!

  • Topher Smith

I'm so glad I stumbled upon this place by mistake! Very friendly and the price to replace the screen on my phone was reasonable. My buddy had recommended a different store at an intersection I evidently misheard. Well, I found this place and I'm very happy I did. My phone was ready on time and, after having it back for a day, is working beautifully. I'll definitely go back whenever the need arises. And I'll be trying to convince my buddy that maybe he should maybe give them a try too.

  • Mark Williams

Terrific shop. Highly recommended. I took my daughter’s iPhone 12 here to have the back glass replaced. This is not an easy repair, as the whole phone must be taken apart. The owner showed me the price he had to pay for the expensive part, which is difficult to get right now due to supply chain issues, and charged me a very fair price for excellent work. My daughter was so excited to have her phone looking new again. I’ll be back for other repairs! Thank you!

  • Martina Bartel

This place is awesome!! The owner fixed my busted screen (going completely black, blinking and lines everywhere) in just ONE HOUR, and charged me a very very reasonable price. Also, I didn't think he was going to fix the cracked screen/I didn't ask for that, but he fixed it w no extra charge! I am broke and post-grad, and was crying worried I wasn't going to be able to afford a new phone. Instead it was fixed! Highly recommend this locally owned business!

  • Michelle Barboza-Ramirez

Wonderful small family owned business! I brought my phone in thinking it was broken, turns out I just needed new charging cables. Since cables and other phone accessories are sold on site, I walked away with two new apple chargers for 20$. The business is conveniently located in an area of town with lots of cafes and the Ballard Goodwill, so you’ve got a nice space to wait while your electronics are repaired. Will be returning!

  • William Saxbe

I had an unfortunate drop with my Pixel 6 Pro into a gravel bed, and the screen was badly damaged. Remzi at Cloud Electronic was able to order a replacement screen that day and install it the following evening. He was fast and the phone looks and works great. He was awesome with my kids who dropped off the device with me; they left with charm bracelets and pockets full of nuts. Great repair! Thanks Remzi.

  • Taniya Singh

The owner did a fantastic job on my laptop. It kept shutting down, even with a full battery. I dropped it off around noon and he had it ready later that night, around 7pm. When I came to pick it up, the issue was resolved but the charger was no longer charging the laptop. He fixed it right away, while I was still there. I'm writing this the next day to say my laptop is working perfectly fine again!

  • Rowan Octane

Exceptional service & pricing is more fair than Apple. Had two iPad pros, one with extremely shattered screen, the other nonfunctional charging port. Both were repaired promptly. The screen needed a part ordered, so waiting a week or two (forgot how long) was something I certainly expected. The port repair was very speedy. This was months ago, so the repairs have held up well. Thank you so much!

  • Tiff Rhoades

So happy to find an electronics repair expert in my neighborhood. I smashed the screen on my OnePlus phone, and Cloud Electronic fixed it in a couple of hours (after ordering the part online)--now good as new. Pricing was fair and transparent, and I enjoyed meeting the kind Turkish owner and his wife. Highly recommended--here's to fixing our electronics rather than throwing them in a landfill!!

  • Jen Pritch

Incredible, affordable service! My iPad Pro screen cracked out of nowhere, rendering it impossible to use for my work. He overnighted the new screen, and replaced it the next day! I have an odd schedule so he worked around it, and was very responsive. I'm so happy with how quickly he was able to fix it. Very kind family and reasonable pricing. I cannot recommend Cloud Electronic highly enough.

  • Nancy Bryant

While visiting from the East coast, I needed a new screen for my severely cracked one. Cloud Electronics encompassed my situation, did a timely repair and would have rushed it even more if I had needed such. Extremely courteous and professional, this business receives high accolades from me. Customer service was a priority here. I will definitely be a return customer if the need arises again.

  • Sam Furseth

I brought my computer in when I had issues with the touchpad. I thought it'd be at least a few days before I'd get it back, but the owner had it back to me by the end of the day. Not only was it working as good as new, but it was also a reasonable price that was less than any other quotes I could find online. A great small business that's worth coming back to and recommending!

  • Todd Matthews

Wonderful service from a wonderful business! We had a new phone have it's screen showing only static one week after the return period had expired. Cloud Electronics fixed it up good as new in just a few days. The shop itself is more workshop than retail space (Wonderfully quirky and eccentric). And the owner is a gem. I'd take my phone to them again without hesitation.

  • S R

I broke the screen of my OnePlus7T and they were able to repair it. It was not an easy repair. The replacement screens that came kept being defective and they had to order three until one finally came that worked. Despite having to essentially fix my phone three different times, they still charged me the originally quoted price. Really sweet family. Highly recommend.

  • Mackenzie Guthrie (Mackenzie G)

The nicest gentleman owns this shop with his wife, and he truly does wonders! My computer was unresponsive, caught in a loop between the restart and error screens. It was fixed and I was able to reboot all of my files previously on it within 12 hours of visiting Cloud Electronic. Thank you so much- and Happy New Years to both you, and your family!

  • Tamara Shroll

Trust Cloud Electronic Repair to provide fast, no-hassle service! I just got my iPhone XR cracked screen replaced for a very fair price within an hour. Their location is super convenient - right at my bus stop, but there is also ample street parking in the area if you drive. My screen is now crystal clear; it makes me feel like I have a new phone!

  • Asif Delawalla

I had a 2016 MacBook Pro that needed the screen fixed/repaired, as everytime I opened it the screen would work for a bit and then go black. They took a look at it and were able to replace the screen entirely and I've got a working laptop again! The screen looks brand new and it saved me a lot of money from having to buy a new laptop. Thank you!!

  • Ssoccerbuddy 18

My Samsung S10 needed a screen repair, which was able to be completed quickly and at a fair price. The service was excellent, pleasant, and I appreciate the flexibility they provided when parts were not initially available. I hope I won't need too many repairs in the future, but I am glad to have this business nearby when I run into trouble

  • Erick Martinez

My MacBook Pro had some issues with charging and battery so I brought it to Cloud Electronic and he did an amazing job to repair it. He replaced the battery and cleaned the interior. He was great and easy to do business with. He knows what he’s doing and I will 100% return if something else happens to my electronics.

  • Maggie Hamilton

Lovely family-owned small business in Ballard. Remsy, the owner, is very kind and helped back up two old laptops that I no longer could power on or log in to along with some old CDs of wedding photos - all onto an external hard drive. Having these photos, files and memories in one place has given me peace of mind.

  • Sydney Carroll

Remzi was helpful and kind! I came in without an appointment and he was able to replace my phone battery in a hour. I popped around the corner to the cafe, and when I can back the job was done. He offered to recycle my old battery for me, and charged a fair price. 10/10 recommend you check out Cloud Electronics.

  • Jason Preston

My kid's iphone screen cracked months ago after she removed the protective case when we warned her not to. We finally decided that it was time to fix it because she probably learned her lesson by now. I called and asked about it. He said he could do it in an hour if I brought it in. He was right it's fixed now.

  • Christopher Driver

Came late on a Saturday evening and Remzi was able to completely refurbish my daughter's distressed i-phone 6 to like-new condition . . . all in the space of time it took us to go walk the dog . Brilliant ! And for a totally reasonable price She is VERY happy to be back texting with her friends

  • Joshua Conner

With a MicroSD card stuck the wrong way in our digital camera, we stopped by Cloud Electronic. Within 15 minutes, they got the card out and then inserted correctly into the camera, and everything put back together good as new. Will definitely come back the next time I have any issues. Thank you!

  • Tom Stolz

I was looking for a nearby repair shop for my samsung tablet and an old cell phone when I came across some positive reviews for this shop. I'm happy I chose this guy. He was friendly, got my repairs done in a couple days and charged a fair price. Would definitely recommend this shop to friends.

  • Allison Sheafe

The owner of this store is a kind, and knowledgeable gentleman. I will continue to go to him with complete confidence. He replaced the on/off switch on my Apple Mac Pro in 2 days at a fair price. Cloud Electronic is easier, faster, and more accessible than the options available in Seattle.

  • Leah Wheaton-Straub

The owner of Cloud Electronics was absolutely amazing to work with! Not only did he repair my destroyed surface pro screen perfectly in a short amount of time, but he also was super accommodating to my weird work hours! I highly recommend you use his services, you will not be disappointed!

  • Jake S.

The fixed what they needed to but forgot to reconnect the wifi antennae to the wireless adapter, leaving the lines tucked under the motherboard. I was able to ID and fix the problem with a few hours of troubleshooting and $20, but for most people that would be a trip back to the shop.

  • Ian Buchanan

Literally walked in at 2pm and he said it would be done in an hour - my iPhone 11 was cracked beyond recognition and within an hour, it was ready and brand new -> highly recommend this place, especially if you find it important to support hardworking, honest small businesses :)

  • Erika Malone

Amazing service! Reasonably priced, quick and trusting. I had my iPhone screen replaced and when I tried to pay, the card reader wasn’t connecting correctly. No problem, the proprietor said, just come back tomorrow and pay. I will! And will return for any compre repair I need.

  • Antoinette Zeigler

I had a great experience with this business. My laptop wouldn't turn on, and all the quick fixes weren't working. It was returned same day, and the people are really kind. They even gave a present to my baby, which was so sweet. I would work with them again in the future!

  • paulofseattle

I went in to fix a hardware problem with my laptop. The shop owner, Remzi, asked for a couple of weeks to fix it, but it was done in just a few days. He even charged my laptop all the way before getting it back to me. The price was very reasonable, and he did a great job!

  • Bob Connor

I thought my older PC system had failed. I had read other good reviews which was why I brought my PC in. Mr Bulut assured me that the system could be fixed and by end of the day. It was. Very easy guy to interact with - very reasonable prices also. Thanks again Mr. Bulut

  • Beth Herman

Fixed my IPhone charging port same day. I’ve passed by this place countless times and only felt brave enough to try it after a friend had her laptop repaired here. Don’t let the building fool you, this is a quality electronics repair shop. The extra character is a bonus.

  • Robin Russell

Motorola phone stopped charging (wouldn't hold a usb-c cable anymore). Stopped by to see if it could be repaired, I was told 1 hour. One hour later I had a working, charging phone again! Thrilled to have found this resource. FYI card is taken, but cash is appreciated :)

  • Whitman Ultimate

Good work for a good price. We've taken 3 laptops to him, one was not worth repairing (Apple), Second one was repaired for a cost effective price (Apple, spilled drink and wouldn't boot), and the last was a battery replacement (Surface Pro). It is a nice little shop.

  • Deborah Ellison

The tip of my charger broke off inside the port of my computer. The owner was able to figure out how to fix it, order what was needed and my computer is back to normal. He was very kind and I appreciated the turn around time and price. Highly recommend coming here.

  • Ross Coble

I’d always heard you could get something fixed fast, well, inexpensively… pick two. This was not the case when I sought to have my iPad screen replaced at Cloud Electronics. My expectations were exceeded in all three areas and friendly service thrown in as a bonus,

  • Sarah Sinnema

I've had an excellent experience with Cloud Electronic We Repair. The screen on my laptop needed replacing, and Cloud Electric had it repaired within 24 hours. Price was fair and service was great. Will definitely come here for future electronic repair needs.

  • Brian Williams

Dropped my pixel, and its screen went black, flickered, didn't respond to touch, but otherwise still worked. Cloud Electronic pleasantly surprised me with the reasonable repair price and quick turn around. It looks and acts new like nothing happened. Thanks!

  • Liam Whoopsie

Very kind and friendly with the air of a small, family owned business. They took my laptop and fixed it right up in only a few days (probably would have been less if I had asked, but I was good with whatever) and only charged me minimally for it.

  • Dana Mastrovito

I dropped my phone and the screen was inoperable. After the replacement kit arrived to the shop, I dropped my phone off for repair and it was returned to me fixed with a new screen in 2 hours! Good as new! Great service! Definitely recommend!

  • Alexandra Nicolopoulos

I thought my computer was broken because the keyboard stopped working, but I’m so happy I brought it in because the owner was able to fix it in just a day. I recommend his services to anyone and I’m very grateful that he fixed my computer!

  • Hillary Newman
