I would not recommend this business. I called prior to showing up for my scheduled appointment to ensure that I would receive the special rate they were advertising for that day. This was the reason I scheduled for Thursday. I was reassured by whomever answered that I would receive the special rate. When I arrived & checked in I was asked to pay before I received my massage because the lady taking payments would be gone when my service was complete.(Unprofessional) I then reminded her that I was promised the special rate & was told I had to pay a higher rate because I wasn’t paying cash. I paid the higher amount just to go ahead and get my massage but I should’ve left then. I filled out the intake form and noted the areas that needed attention and headed back for my massage. William clearly didn’t read anything I wrote, but I honestly think it should have been read to him because he didn’t understand anything I tried to explain during my massage. THE LANGUAGE BARRIER and his inability to understand anything I said made an already miserable experience that much more miserable. The least they could’ve done was explained to him what I wanted prior to my massage starting and even sharing with me that he wouldn’t be able to understand anything I said or communicate with me during my massage. Apart from, “good”, “yes” and “no” there was no other clear communication in my complete dissatisfaction during my massage. Elbowing someone in the back for over an hour is not a deep disuse massage and I could never get him to understand that. What’s even more unprofessional is he said “no tip”? after I asked to speak with someone regarding my service on the way out. Unbelievable….my worst massage to date. Again, I would not recommend especially if you’re accustomed to describing your specific needs for a massage. I sincerely want my money back

I've come to Cloud 9 before and while I appreciate the convenience and affordability, I was severely disappointed this visit. I scheduled a 1 hour foot massage which included body work + foot massage. My therapist was falling asleep during my foot massage REPEATEDLY. I won't name her name because I respect that she has a job & needs an income, however, on multiple occasions during my massage she just stopped massaging my legs/feet. I could see her through my face towel dozing off, head down. She did this at least 5-6 times. I was so embarrassed for her and didn't want to disturb the other guests so I would cough or wiggle my foot or act like I was stretching to get her to wake back up. During the body massage part, she was so rough massaging over my bones. I don't know what type of training she had, but having had many massages before, you don't massage over the spine, you massage the muscles and tissue. I couldn't wait for it to end. Lastly, Cloud 9 PUSHES the tipping in cash heavily. I get it - and yes, I even tipped this therapist despite her snoozing - I was prepared with my cash tip as the website requests. But as suggestion to Cloud 9, it becomes offensive to customers at some point. The website, texts, emails, AND then when the receptionist asks THREE times if I tipped my therapist after I already said yes, is unprofessional and rude.

I was looking for a place to get a good deep tissue massage and was eager to try out Cloud 9. I booked a 1-hour massage for 7:30p using their online portal and received email and text message confirmation. The email confirmation even requested that I reply black to confirm receipt. Well, at around 7:10p, I received a call from the front desk staff saying that I was late for my 7p massage and that I could still come for a half hour massage if I wanted to. When I explained that my appointment was for 7:30p with email and text confirmation to back it up, she said that there was nothing else that could be done since the masseuse that I booked with had a scheduled 8p session and no other masseuse was available. She further stated that an issue like this never occurred before and it must have been an error with their scheduling platform. As a business that touts its professionalism, I cannot understand why there was no true attempt at service recovery to rectify an issue that was made on their end. I could have certainly understood if I booked for 7p and was late, but that was not the case. Instead, the receptionist was extremely blasé and matter of fact. With that aside, I still decided to rebook the next day. The session was good but certainly not an hour. I will not be returning

Hands down the BEST Massage Spa I’ve been going to for over 5+ years! I’ve tried several Massage spots, I mean several and I was a member too, but I find Cloud 9 clean, professional, and great for last minute appointments with my busy schedule via the app or a quick phone call. I always get either a foot or body massage as it relieves a busy week; therefore, I opt for either a foot and/or massage package which is an excellent option for frequent visits. The reception desk Angela, Gaby or Scarlett are very accommodating and understanding and work with you on appointments. For health safety, they placed medical grade air purifiers all over and in each massage room for the safety of the customer and the staff. They take health safety as a priority and ask each time of any COVID-19 symptoms and take temperatures from everyone even if you’re a VIP, which is comforting. The staff is utmost professional and they retain their employees for years versus someone new each time. My go-to therapists are for several years now: Wendy - for a relaxing, zen and firm massage. Barry - for a firm massage plus stretch which is equally important. Mark or William - for a deep tissue massage. I HIGHLY recommend Cloud 9, you’ll feel relaxed!

Advice on massage choices...stay far from Cloud 9 foot spa. Had such a horrible experience there today where I booked a foot massage that includes a body massage and did not get my feet even touched. The body massage ended with no foot massage at all. When I asked the front desk about this, she said I booked the wrong massage (that by the way is the only one I’ve ever had here) then said I could add foot massage for another full price. When I explained my confusion , she called the manager and the manager then accused me of lying but offered 10% off then 20% off AND said I needed to take responsibility for the mistake. The “mistake” by the way is on the website ...all that available was “foot massage” which is exactly what I booked. Instead, I payed for full body massage that included no feet. what!!! the name of this place is called “Cloud 9 FOOT spa” by the way. Ended up saying no thank you to her 20% discount. I’m happy to pay in full but you just lost a loyal customer. What a nightmare and horrible customer service. Will never be back.

The place is very clean and they make it well known it isn't one of the happy ending places, which I appreciate. I am short, 5'1, and I could not get in to a position on their table/chair that was comfortable. Kevin, my therapist, changed the position of the chair once trying to make it to where my feet reached the water without being incredibly uncomfortable. It wasn't going to happen, so he just went ahead with the massage. The pressure was so incredibly light it was more like having an annoying little sibling poke at me. He did very little skin on skin work, as he pushed through the towel most often. When he worked on my neck it was amazing, but he only did for about 20 seconds. Overall, the massage was not good. When I was paying and they asked how the massage was, and I very hesitantly said "okay??" with a clear question mark at the end. She just said "your total is $50." I've had probably 30 foot massages before, and this one just was not good.

Im a person who gets massage pretty much twice in a month thats 30 min drive from where I live. Being so close to where I live, i opted to try cloud 9. My masseuse, Jenny did a great job wifh my massage. She understood the certain degree of firmness that I want BUT your time will be robbed. Previously, there were reviews in this spa being so quick with their time and I just did not pay attention to it. I opted for their 80 mins foot and back combo. I started 715 and should have finished 835 but we were done by 8:28. Not to mention there were few mins of changing rooms in between. They do the foot on a big room with multiple bed then hurry you up to move to their private room where you get the rest of the massage. Anyhow, the back massage is mostly the use of their elbow technique, i barely felt combination of pressure points and other techniques on my back. Suffice to say, will not come back and will not recommend.

Cloud 9 Foot Spa in West U is unassuming when you drive by and I was a little uncertain when I first walked in. However, it is very clean and professional. The staff at the front desk is very welcoming. The massages (both foot and body) have been exceptional - very strong hands by all massage therapists. However, there are a few areas to be improved. When you call, most of the time you will not get an answer. To book a massage, the best way to do it is online. Which means you need to create an account. Sometimes, I just want to call and speak with a person. (last time, they noticed they missed a call and called back, but by then, I had gone online). The massage therapists do not speak great English, which would be no problem, but when you have to explain more than pointing to where you are sore, it can be a bit frustrating. There is no pampering here, but you will get a very good massage.

I have been to Cloud 9 several times and found it good for the price point. This time I was very excited to take my boyfriend (6'2, 245lb, and Black). When the massage therapist (WENDY) saw my boyfriend she was VISIBLY displeased. After, we tipped my therapist $10 and Wendy $7. When she noticed this she expressed displeasure and then walked over and complained to the receptionist about it. She got very huffy, letting her breathe out and stomping off. The massage therapist asked how the massage was we said "great." We didn't feel like calling Wendy out for being RACIST, it is usually not effective and results in denial. I've noticed now that the majority of the negative reviews are written by people of color. Coincidence? I think not. UPDATE: Cloud 9 called us, refunded the money, and apologies. The gesture is appreciated.

I have been going to this location for the 90 minute foot massage for about two years. I have had this service provided by Jenny and William. They are both amazing. I take all my out of town guests there for the same treatment and I think they come back to visit me so they can get another treatment! Yesterday’s treatment with Jenny was over the top. My body needed it badly and her magical hands knew exactly what to do. I felt great afterwards and had a good nights sleep. My friend had her treatment with William for the second time and she was delighted too. One thing I really like about Cloud 9 is that many of the therapists there have been there since I started going there. That speaks volumes to me in an industry where I imagine there is a lot of turn over.

If it wasn't for the clean office, the front desk girl, and the fact that I have only experienced one of their massage therapist, I'd give this place three and maybe even just two, stars. Like I said, the front desk as well as the office was very clean and tidy and the woman who sits at the front was nice and friendly. My massage was anything but. I had Alice and although I asked her to be firm in her delivery of my massage because I had some pain in my legs I was dealing with for a few weeks now I didn't ask her to use her elbows. It was painful and I couldn't even enjoy the massage half the time. In fact, I'm still feeling discomfort the next day from the "elbow" massage. Smh I may go back to this spa and if I do I'll definitely be asking for someone else.

I was excited to try this place yesterday. I booked a same day appointment with Ling. She was professional but not friendly. She applied very heavy and rough pressure. After telling her to go softer, it was just ok. She didn't work out my knots the way I would have expected. I almost felt like she used her arms alot instead of her hands. She would throw my arms and legs when she was done with them. It was just a disappointing massage. To spend that amount of money, I should be treated with care. Also noticed she walked all over my shoes that were near the bed. I also noticed that my bra fell and she was walking all over that too. Idk she may be new but that massage was not it. I'm disappointed in my experience.

This was the first time I ever had a massage and a foot massage and I have to say this place was great. I went with Eva based on a previous review and I must say she was great. Even offered me a cup of water at the end. The place is clean and the price is affordable. They have specials on Mondays and Tuesdays for foot massage 25 dollars and Wednesdays and Thursdays for 45 dollars. You have the option of choosing who want to be with when making your appointment on their website. It's a great place to go to. Haven't tried out others in the area yet but then again everyone has their own personal preferences at the end. This one is a go for me. I'll be returning more often as possible, that's for sure.

Me and my fiancé went for a couples massages and the experience was just horrible! My guy was super light despite I said more pressure and my husband‘s guy was super super rough despite him being so tense and saying several times he wanted lighter, the next day he was even sore from the massage because the guy was so rough! they didn’t communicate even though we asked them for different things and they were even laughing at at my husbands feet and massaged his feet with a sheet, they also rushed on each body part despite us telling them which parts to focus on! it was just an overall bad experience the lighting was also pretty bright in the room so we were unable to even relax fully

Wow!! This place is amazing!! Several nurses in the medical center recommended this gem to me and I thought “hmm must be too good to be true”. But everyone was right - THEY ARE TRULY THAT AMAZING!!! I felt genuinely cared for and pampered during my foot massage and already can’t wait to get back. I am so thankful people told about this gem and now I have been recommending it to everyone I know. The front desk greeted me kindly and explained the process swiftly. William was wonderful!! Very personable with just the right amount of pressure for my sensitive muscles and sore feet. I can’t wait to go again after another long nursing shift to just let go and relax

My boyfriend surprised me with a day of relaxation and I couldn’t have been more happy for the surprise. To highlight the day my overall experience with Jenny was absolutely wonderful. Not only was she very professional but she made sure throughout my time that everything was up to my standard, from the temperature of the room to the amount of pressure I received during my massage. Her overall massage routine was fantastic and she even adds a few stretches which was great. As an athlete getting a great massage is great but when a therapist also adds some stretching it’s just icing on the cake. I highly recommend Jenny and will be using her services for future appointments.

I was staying in town and saw this foot spa nearby. I have never been to one, but I love massages. So I checked them out on yelp and saw all the great reviews. Let me just say, it did not disappoint. My sister and I went and didn’t really know what to expect, but you walk in and get a Wonderful 40 minute massage just on your calves and feet, then a 20 minute massage on your neck and shoulders. It was seriously heaven. These people doing the massage understand reflexology I’m sure, and you leave there feeling as if you’ve had a full body massage for an incredibly low price. They’re meticulously clean, professional, and I can’t wait to go back. Can’t recommend enough!

When I first moved to Houston I was in search of my new massage place. It took a while, but I've found my place at Cloud 9. The massage therapists are talented and do such a wonderful job providing therapeutic work while at the same time being totally relaxing. Trust me, I'm a massage therapist myself and have gotten LOTS of massages, all over the world. There is the option for getting clothes off, full body massages in private rooms and also for getting clothed, foot/body massages in the large common room; both set ups include great ambience and atmosphere- relaxing music, calming aesthetics and the perfect combo of light/darkness. I highly recommend coming here!

This place was amazing. I’ve been once on my own and twice with a friend. The atmosphere is very tranquil. They keep the lights dimmed, play calming quiet music, and everyone pretty much whispers to communicate. The foot massage was so relaxing I fell asleep during my first visit. If I remember correctly, a scalp and facial massage are included in the body massage, so wearing make-up and having a neat hairdo is not recommended. Although I’m sure you can ask that they work around it. The full body massage was so thorough that I left feeling as if I had shed several pounds of tension. I would definitely recommend this spa for a day of relaxation.

I have had mostly good experiences here, especially for the price. However, I booked an 80 minute deep tissue combo massage and the service was basically stretching my arms and legs around and trying to pop my joints out of the sockets with no semblance of massage. I told the receptionist at the end of the service that I was very unimpressed and she said she would make a note in my chart not to pair me with that lady again. I responded that I would probably not be returning and she didn’t even make eye contact and just said “I’m sorry you feel that way.” Terrible massage and even worse customer service.

The quality of the massage service was excellent, and they help the staff/client communicate what areas they want more attention on, or to avoid. The therapists communicate a good amount to make sure they are using comfortable pressure. Communication also extends to the front desk - they have a sign showing what range of tips are conventional. They also have clients sign a release that they will not request or mention sexual services. What a great and simple way to protect your therapists and front desk staff. It doesn’t hurt that massages are affordable! Overall a great experience.

Excellent service, clean facility, very good value. I have been coming here regularly and enjoyed it very much. Ms Scarlet at the reception desk is very helpful and efficient. Ms Jenny did a great job, she was very knowledgeable and attentive. Ma Lili is a new therapist at this facility she has extensive knowledge in acupuncture and uses it and acupressure to release the contraction she has been excellent! Ms Amy was my therapist in other occasions and was very thorough, professional, attentive . Both therapist are excellent and I recommend them wholeheartedly .

Called last minute for an appt and was accommodated. I needed a deep tissue massage but they only had a therapist that was more swedish massage proficient. I will say Hellen rose to the occasion and worked out my tension. I could tell it wasnt her strong suit but she managed to get the job done. If you are in need of a less firm massage, she is perfect and very kind. Rita would be a good choice for firm and deep tissue. Wed/Thurs they offer a $55 hr which is $10 off. Very clean and welcoming place that offers long term package deals.

I am not going back again. This is the first time i feel worse after a massage. It has been two days since i had it and my entire back, shoulders, neck and arms are very sore. Despite telling my therapist from the beginning that I don’t like deep pressure massages , she would not listen. I had to stop her multiple times and remind her about that. She even noticed and asked many times if i was ok,but she would continue with her deep pressure. I didn’t enjoy the treatment and now i eveb feel worse. A waste of money for me.

Update August 2019 still like this place. Staff is kind. William was pretty good tonight/last night. Grateful to have this place nearby. The 35$ foot massages help me cope with recovering from work. It fits my budget. When i get a higher budget ill try the deep tissue they offer. I recommend going here at least once a month for health and well being and remember to tip the massage therapists. I went on Friday Feb 23rd for a 1hour foot. It was 7pm when I went. I had Lucy. She was rude and did a total rush job. I sent in a complaint but as of yet no response. When asked how my massage was I simply said it was ok because their were other patrons around. But if you ask a customer how their massage was and you get an "ok" then you need to follow up and find out why it wasn't a good massage.The last massuse I had was Anna and she was great but she was not available. Next time I will speak up and tip accordingly.

The best and most amazing massage parlor ever!!! This was my second time ever getting a massage after my bf took us to one in Colorado for my birthday and this one takes the cake! I had Helen do my 1hr deep tissue body plus a 30 min foot massage only $75 cause they have a cash deal on wed/thurs! She was very sweet and knew exactly how much pressure to use on my problem areas. Very attentive and professional. I would highly recommend this place to everyone you just can't beat the customer service and the price!

Been going here for years! Overall, the experience has been a positive one. Nothing's perfect in life,.so sometimes, there might be a small snag, like a massage that didn't mesh well, or front desk people who don't belong in that role.. but management is always gracious and truly listens and cares about feedback, and I've witnessed Angela make things right consistently when needed! Pricing is reasonable -- I always get a package deal.. more vang for your buck! The place is always clean and serene.

Horrible staff. Always wanting a tip after u hv paid $100+ for a 90-mins massage. What makes u think u must get a tip after the client has paid full price for your service. Horrible place!!! How does it make sense that a client that spends $70-150 monthly (wife included) is made to feel bad cus of $5 tip...so the business loses a $150/month client cus staff didnt get $5 tip. Horrible customer service. Wont return and would make sure to tell everyone about how bad the customer service is at this place!!!

I’ve been going to massage remedy for about a year now, cloud 9 recently Bought them and I honestly haven’t been happy with the conversion. I’m giving a 1 star for cloud 9 but a 5 star for the masseuse. I got a massage yesterday and my massage was amazing. The lady at the front desk told me I could tip nothing less than $5 and I tipped but I don’t like being told what to tip I think that’s rude and unprofessional. Other than that I truly enjoy this place but I’m not sure I will return unfortunately.

Both my GF and myself had to tell our therapist more than once to back off on the pressure. I realize that I have a few tight spots that require some deep tissue massage to work out the knots. And I appreciate a good therapist knowing where they are and working that out. But that needn't be the sole focus of the massage. I want to relax and enjoy some of it too. I only mention this as it has been a recurring theme at Cloud 9. Unless you like deep tissue, this may not be the place for you.

I’ve had dozens of massages but this was my first time going to a foot spa. It was the absolute best massage experience I have ever had! I was so relaxed I don’t even remember half the massage but when it was over I was more relaxed than I have been in a very long time. The spa is very clean and has a very relaxing environment. It was extremely peaceful. Special thank you to Lina who was amazing. I will definitely come back on a regular basis for a mid-week stress relieving foot massage!

Great Massage!! I'm from out of town visiting UT for work and I will definitely be coming back whenever I am in town. 35 dollars for 1 hr foot and body massage if such a great deal. Everytime she did something I thought to myself it couldn't feel any better but then she did something even better. There is a good size parking lot in the back. The foot massage was done in a communal room. next time I will wear a tank top so she can get my shoulders easier but thats on me.

We love Cloud 9!! My husband and I have been going there for several years. They are friendly, clean and very professional. William is an excellent masseuse and takes wonderful care of my husband. Amy and Jenny are my go to technicians and they are both wonderful. We are so appreciative to have this business nearby and look forward to every visit. Staff retention is excellent. I went for a foot/ body combo massage . It was in the communal room where you stay fully clothed . The spa itself is very clean and the masseuses are nice but the massage was mediocre . They use their forearms instead of their hands and fingers for most of it so I left with the same knots that I came in with. . The foot massage wasn’t firm enough . If you’re looking for a deep massage don’t do the communal room option. This one is more geared for relaxation .

I’ve been to many different places for massage, and now Cloud 9 Foot Spa is my go to massage place in town. If I could give 6 stars I would. All the staff and therapists are amazing and very professional. Clean massage rooms and you can’t beat the price and quality inside the loop. The massage was extremely relaxing. My massage therapist-Jack is the best! I rave about it to many of my friends, and they all feel the same. I definitely recommend this place.

40 minute foot massage plus 40 minute Swedish body massage for $60 was a steal for their Monday special but my masseuse was all knuckles (on feet) and elbows (on body) when it comes to technique. So it just was not very relaxing at all. Elbows and forearms on bones/ shoulder blades continuously just was not comfortable. I wasn't asked about pressure or preference or anything. Would come again for the deal but would definitely ask for a better masseuse.

Anna was my massage therapist today for a 1 hour foot. She was great. I’m a long distance runner and a research coordinator so my feet get really tired and sore. Unfortunately I’m also very ticklish and it’s hard to get my feet taken care of because well meaning therapists think they are hurting me. Anna didn’t seem to mind and my feet feel so good. I’m pain free for the first time in months. Will definitely incorporate this into my wellness regiment

Cloud 9 was recommended to me by a workout friend. I had my first foot massage a couple of weeks ago, and I'm eager to go back. I liked the music, babbling fountain, and warm water for my feet in the massage room. The decor is very attractive. My therapist, Annie, was strong, so I asked for light pressure. Parking was easy and the price is reasonable. I like the online reservations and think you should make one!

My friend Patti Heimlich invited me to her birthday and I had my very first Foot Massage with Eric. It was an amazing experience! I loved the atmosphere and my Massage Therapist! He whispered in my ear at the beginning of the session to make sure the pressure was good and let me relax the whole hour. I just bought a package of massages and am looking forward to my next experience! I am a very satisfied client!

I got a 90 minute body massage for $75. It was very good value and I really liked my massage which was perrormed by Eunice, she did wonders for my upper back pain and my body felt like dough the entire day. The place was better than your usual massage parlor. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because their speakers were skipping a beat every few seconds which affected the tranquil experience.

I booked a 2 hour deep tissue massage. Upon arrival I was asked to tip and pay for my services before being completed. I was outraged! The Margret the little girl in the front was very rude and spoke in a condescending manner as she stated you people never want to tip. Racist establishment!!!!! I’ll take my money elsewhere. It’s sad to say we are still experiencing this type of treatment as people!

I have tried both body massage and foot massage. My therapist was Wayne who works only on Sundays. He was amazing and was very kind. I felt really comfortable and relaxed at the end of the session. I liked the fact that despite being just a footmassage they work through all your body starting from head , arms neck and toe. This will be my go to place and my hunt for a massage place ends here. !

I LOVE this place. It is the best deal in town for a 1 hour reflexology massage. I love it even more than an expensive massage at a fancy spa. It's more comfortable to me to wear comfy clothes than being stripped down on a table. I love the pressure points massage and always leave feeling so relaxed. I dare you not to fall asleep. I always try to stay awake and haven't been able to yet!

Sophia is amazing. On the rare occasions I've splurged and paid $200 for a massage at upscale establishments, I find myself unable to enjoy the massage, because I feel like I paid 2-3x the price to get tickled. Don't come here for ambience. Come here to get a really good massage that works out your soreness and tension in a clean and utilitarian space for a really reasonable price.

I got the best deep tissue and reflexology by William, highly recommend him as a therapist! Not only does he use various techniques when massaging but he really knows his stuff. The reflexology can be painful but keep in mind, usually the tender spots indicate a problem area in another part of the body. :) Can't wait to come back, already feeling amazing and rejuvenated. I’ve been to Cloud 9 now on multiple occasions and every time it’s been awesome! I’ll never need a regular massage again - seriously the best thing for a quick one hour “get yourself back in gear” stop. This last time I wasn’t feeling well - allergies and sinus - and after the facial massage part, I’ve been breathing FAR better than I’ve breathed in days. Highly Highly recommend!

Great price for the 1hr foot massage which I definitely needed. I suffer from neuropathy in my feet and hands and desperately needed some relief. Highly recommend for the unbeatable price I wish the space wasn't fully opened because all the tables are in one big room and had a pretty noisy group that came in after me that made experience less enjoyable if you are trying to relax

Friend recommended this place and so glad I took her advice to go. This was my first foot massage and I am 38 weeks pregnant; despite how ticklish I am it was amazing. They were able to recline the furniture so I wasn't flat on my back. They also massaged my face and neck; I ordered the 1 hour foot massage. Everyone was nice, everything was clean, and the ambiance was relaxing.

Cloud 9 is a great place to get a message! I've gotten deep tissues, swedish, and hot stone masasges here. They always have lots of availability and great masseuses. Jenny and Mia in particular do a great job. It's clean and they do a good job of making sure you feel comfortable. Their prices are also very reasonable compared to many other spa/massage places. Highly recommend!

I have been frequenting this place for past couple years every time I was in Houston for Dr appointments. I have always left a 10 tip. Last time I was told that if I didn't tip more I would be dropped as client. My response is charge what you need to buy don't depend on tip. 10 dollars on 45 bill is generous gratuity. It was rude and ridiculous. I will never go back

This is my favorite place to go to for massages. Lina is AMAZING. I am pregnant and she worked out all my aches in my hips and back and wasn’t afraid to apply the pressure I needed. I highly recommend Cloud9 for anyone looking for a massage. They give you a bio on each of the therapists so you can choose which would be best for you, I love that added feature.

Cloud 9 is my go-to for regular massages. The staff is great - always polite and professional. The facilities are clean. And for the services you receive, the price is awesome. On top of their already good prices, they run slow day specials often too. I just referred a friend yesterday and I'm taking my fiance as soon as he will let me. Love Cloud 9!

I was here for the first time today and did a combo foot/deep tissue massage with William! It was fantastic, and I would highly recommend. He was professional and clearly very skilled, and somehow was able to target every knot in my back. Also very reasonably priced, and has a quiet and calming atmosphere. I’ll be back!!

Wonderful! Cloud 9 is aptly named. I had a gift card for a one-hour "foot massage." It turned out to be foot massage plus some head and neck work, front and back, and a little on arms and hands. And the foot massage hit a lot of pressure points that really needed it. It was lovely. Terry was terrific. Much appreciated!

I've been here a couple of times, the massages are pretty good. I am rating 3 stars because the last time I went they had started a new requirement that the massage tech had to wear gloves. The guy that massaged me also smelled like cigarettes. I don't like the smell of spoke or the feel of plastic gloves on my skin.

Thankful that I found this place on Yelp. Angela was very helpful to schedule me for an hour body massage. Kevin was my masseuse and he thoroughly worked out the knots throughout my body. Definitely the best and most relaxing massage I've ever gotten. All I could say afterwards was Wow! Highly recommend this place!

I used to go to massage envy but had a very bad experience with them especially with their customer service cloud nine I've been going to for 8 or 9 years and I have been very happy with them and I especially like their masseuse by the name of Sam he is very good good technique good pressure I highly recommend this

I hadn’t been massaged in a while and I was very tense but he worked out my knots and didn’t hurt me in the process, best massages hands down! Bring cash for tips, they work hard!

Last night, I had a one hour foot massage by Eva. She was great! I have been here many times and highly recommend it. It is so nice to be able to go in when I feel like having a massage. This is a nice spa. My wife took me here for a couples message. I received the WORSE massage ever there. The man did not know what he was doing, he did not listen to feedback or requests. My wife has gotten several massages there that she liked--for me I will not return given that terrible experience

Mia was fantastic with her massage! I highly recommend her. She was attentive and effective in addressing the stiffness on the right side of my body. The team has you fill out a needs chart upon checking in. I recommend filling out your appointment before walking in. You also save $5 this way.

Anna was an amazing masseuse. I typically like my massages light to medium and I always have to keep telling the therapist when to lighten up but the pressure was literally perfect the entire time and it was one of the best massages I’ve had in a while. She’s definitely one of my faves.

for a foot spa, i really like this place. i got a 90 minute hot stone massage and was in a very comfortable room for my service. the masseuse was awesome and there was water in the lobby for after. it’s not as nice as a 5-star regular spa but for a foot spa it is very nice!

My experience at Cloud 9 was exactly being on Cloud 9. Barry was great and very nice. His hands are magic. He got all the knots out of my feet. So I was very grateful for that. I am also 7 months pregnant so I was a little nervous but I was so well taking care of.

I went there last week, chose Cindy. The experience is bad, she has smell from her body when she get close to me. Also, the part of the body that I marked she did not focus on that. She only touched the place that she should not to.(You guys know it....)

I just had Alice at the Holcomb location and she was AMAZING! She massaged but incorporated stretches! I have never felt so flexible/loose after a massage! I’ve had trouble with one of my shoulders and now I can bend it more than I could before!
