I originally saw Dr Chugh via Maple and had such a great experience with him that I remembered the clinic name when I had a medical emergency and couldn’t reach my GP. I was easily able to book an appointment to see Dr Paul within a couple of hours, who was just as amazing - very kind, patient, didn’t rush me and had empathy and great bedside manners. I was in and out in under an hour. Their nurse is also fantastic, he came to do my bloodwork at my home for a very reasonable fee and works at the clinic as well. Clinic staff are super friendly and it is a nice spot. Dealing with Cloudmed has been the best medical experience I’ve ever had and I cannot recommend them enough. Thank you to the whole Cloudmed team!

I brought my mother, who has dementia, to Dr. Chugh after she was hospitialized from a terrible fall. The front desk staff were so kind, sweet, and professional with us. Dr. Chugh was so kind with my mom and so thorough with his exam of her. He very clearly and thoroughly explained all the reports that had previously been written by other doctors. He really took his time and his attention to all the details was so impressive. The care provided at the clinic by Dr. Chugh and his staff is exceptional. I have never seen anything like it. If you are looking for a really good doctor there is no one better than Dr. Chugh. I highly recommend his clinic.

Fantastic doctor (Dr. Paul), got my appointment quickly. The receptionists are so sweet n kind. The doctor is very knowledgeable, listens to your problem first, then checks you and then tell what’s going on. He also explains the cause for your illness, future possibilities and plans in advance if further treatment is required. Wanted to give 5 stars but, only thing which made me give 4 is that my results for the blood test took longer than expected. It took 1 week and I was informed 48 hours… overall I would recommend it to everyone! ✌️

J’ai rencontré une adjointe médicale exemplaire et un médecin (Dr. Chugh) comme il ne s’en fait malheureusement plus beaucoup au Québec. Le Dr. Chugh m’a écouté, comprise, expliqué, guidé et rassuré sans calculer le temps de la visite et tout ca dans l’humour! Une expérience à mon avis qui n’a pas de prix. Merci à toute l’équipe!

It was our first visit to CloudMed. Dr Paul was too good at his work. He checked the family history , current medication and also gave suggestions to ensure proper control of health issues. He used the basics and right way to check a patient which was the best part of his treatment. I would revisit everything and will consider him our family doctor. Apart from doctor, the Clinique was very neat clean. I would highly recommend this doctor to my friends and family.

The doctor did not contact me to follow up on my test results. I called the receptionist to check and they said they were sorry and that he would call but never did. I waited then called again. Receptionist apologized again and said he would call but never did. Was left with no choice but to switch clinics/doctors to get more tests done and start the whole process over again. I would have really appreciated follow up and a plan for further testing.

Excellent rapid service. Great Dr's who go above and beyond. The fee for appointment structure makes sense. Office is super modern, clean, welcoming and centrally located. Did I say personalized service. Also, the online consultation worked flawlessly and is so convenient. Was still on line when my pharmacy advised me that they had received my prescription. Wouldn't hesitate to book a visit with them in the future. Thanks so much!

I have never in my life had such a pleasant experience at a medical clinic. The booking system online was very easy, the front desk staff and technicians were simply delightful, and Dr. Paul was so kind and caring. It was truly amazing to be treated like a human being with care and compassion. I genuinely look forward to the next time I need to see a doctor and I will not hesitate for a second to book again with CloudMed.

EXCELLENT CARE! I went to doctor Paul a few times and was always satisfied with the level of care and his kind calm demeanour. After going to CloudMed Clinic again this morning I decided that it would be a disservice to other patients if I did not share my experience. My experience here was the best I’ve ever had getting blood work done...meeting was fast and easy sent reference immediately and wasn’t rushed...these days a doctor taking 10 minutes is a lot here you’ve got no rush! dr Chugh took the time to go over all my concerns and never made me felt rushed! I was in extreme pain on my right arm when Dr. Chugh examined me. he found liquid in my right elbow . He started by explaining me what he was going to do to remove the liquid from my elbow and put me at ease. Did not feel any pain at all. I would recommend him to every body I know. Great experience. It was an appointment for my boyfriend. The reservation by telephone experience was amazing, the receptionist was full of patience. And the Dr. Paul is so professional with full of attention. He knows what he is doing and was friendly too! I've lived in a number of Canadian cities and have had numerous doctors, both family and otherwise. I've been seeing the doctors at Clinique CloudMed for a while now and they are absolutely astounding. They take the time to listen and are the most knowledgeable and caring doctors I've ever had the pleasure of knowing. If I could give 6 stars I would. Highly recommend this clinic.

Dr. Chugh was tremendously professional, knowledgeable and easy to talk to. I really felt comfortable with him and did not feel rushed like I have with other doctors in the past. It was easy to get access to Dr. Chugh which is very comforting in these difficult times. This is a wonderful service that I am very happy to have access to. Highly recommend.

This time last year, CloudMed charged $159 for a 20 minute consultation. Earlier this year, they raised their fee to $199, and now (July 2023) a consultation costs $219. That’s a 31% increase within the span of a year! Yes, there’s inflation, but this strikes me as greedy, particularly at a time when our public medical system is in shambles.

The booking process, location, reception, and doctor visit were all the best experience we have encountered. Dr. Chug was patient, kind and so welcoming. The medical system in Montreal is generally very frustrating. My husband and I had always had problems getting medical attention until we found this clinic. We got quick appointments, attentive staff, understanding doctors with impressive follow up and easy access to phone calls from our doctors to adjust medication or ask questions.

Dr. Paul is amazing - kind, patient, accessible and knowledgeable. I dreaded going to the doctor, but now I look forward to it! The clinic is really good, everybody is really nice and polite. Dr. Paul is a fantastic doctor, he listen and walk you to all of possible treatments. He walk me through the treatment plan and checkup on me to see if the treatment was working. Very caring and very human doctor that cares for his patients. Really recommend!

Wonderful doctor. I have been a patient of Dr Rishi Chugh for a number of years now. Dr Chugh is very thorough. He will spend all the time needed to examine you, explain follow up procedures, renew prescriptions, schedule tests or email in referrals. You leave knowing that you are in in excellent hands.

Recently i burned my hand which became infected. I was unable to obtain an appointment at any local drop in clinic or CLSC. I called dr. Chugh. I received a phone response immediately from him, i photographed the wound and forwarded it to him. He faxed the pharmacy for antibiotics .THAT IS SERVICE.

I agree with the comment sent previously. My partner consulted Dr. Chugh and needed a referral sent to him. After several calls to the receptionist, we were told that they were sorry and that the clinic would call us back, but no call back...

Dr. Paul is the only doctor in Montreal who is always available when you need him the most and he would try his best to give you the best treatment. He is surely one of the exceptions in Canada and we deserve more doctors like him.

Very good experience! I injured myself cooking, and after sending pictures through email, they made me go to the clinic immediately. They cleaned up the wound and it healed in a couple of days.

Great experience with Dr. Paul; medical care how and when I wanted it, what a novel idea. Very proficient and pleasant phlebotomist, receptionist is delightful. Don’t bother with the RAMQ.
