The one time I forgot to remove my cuff links (Manschettenknöpfe), they "lost" them. They refused to take any responsibility or acknowledge the loss, saying I cannot prove anything, and were extremely unfriendly and rude about it. Since then, I took my business to another place around the corner, Washerei Angela. It's a small business, not a chain, so the prices are more expensive, but I am more than happy to pay the premium: I forgot my cuff links more than once and the owner always gave them back to me. She also cleans the shirts very thoroughly if she sees a stain and takes customer satisfaction very seriously (unlike Cleaning Store Company AG). I would never go back to this place.

Unhöfliche und seeehr langsames Service, Kleider stinken bestialisch nach chemischen Reinigungsmittel, mehrmals Pullovers und sogar Hosen "verkleinert" und wegen Geruch nicht mehr brauchbar. Die Letzten zertstörten teueren Hosen habe ich heute (leider) weggeschmiessen. Wie ich aus den anderen Kritiken sehe, bin ich nicht der einzige. Das einzige gute war das Automat, aber seitdem ich die Karte im Automat vergessen habe, werde ich dort nicht mehr gehen. Auf die Frage, ob ich eine neue Karte haben kann, wurde mir eine Kiste mit hunderten Karte gezeigt und gesagt, ich soll dort suchen, ich "bekomme sicher keine neue", und dies mit einem bösen Lachen. Adieu.

It is now for the second time that they loose one of my clothes, so I don´t have to explain that I am not satisfied with their service at all. What makes me the most angry though is the fact, that no one really cares about the loss, because mistakes can happen in every business. They tell you to call you to let you know about the status, but you will never hear from them. If you bring your clothes there, make sure that you take pictures of every item - and expect a loss. Unfriendly staff and mass processing. You better bring your stuff down dufourstrasse (167) where you will find an outstanding service.

Ich habe hier 2 Jahre lang regelmässig Hemden und Anzüge hingebracht und war stets sehr zufrieden. Leider hat sich die Qualität des Services mit der Zeit verschlechtert und es kam zu 2-3 Situationen wo einfachste Flecken nicht aus Hemden entfernt wurden (konnten von anderer Reinigung problemlos entfernt werden) und doppelten Bügelfalten in Anzughosen. Alles schön und gut - Die Höhe war ein Vorfall wo das Kleid meiner Freundin zwei Grössen kleiner zurückkam (deutlich eingegangen) und ich nach mehrfachem Fragen immer nur abgespeist wurde mit „die Chefin meldet sich“. Bis heute ist nichts passiert.

After a complaint, which was handled very well, they admitted my wool suites seems to have been washed in water, and they have paid for 1 of the suits I thought is not usable anymore. So while unhappy about overall situation, they have handled it very well and changed from 1 to 3 stars. ==== Previous review: terrible - washed my 2 suites probably in water and washing machine, and destroyed them - the suits have got quite a bit of pilling / fuzzballs on them, pockets were not ironed, the suites are more wrinkled after the cleaning than before. terrible. Don't go there if you value your clothes.

Ich war drei Mal da. Jedes Mal war das Personal höchst unfreundlich! Offensichtlich werden Sie sauer, sobald man Ihnen Arbeit bringt. Das letzte Mal fragte ich, ob es einen Express Service gäbe. Die Antwort war, dass ich dann aber nicht erwarten könne, dass es sauber wird. Der Umgangston ist wirklich unangenehm. Leider ist auch der Waschschservice nicht so gut. Es wurde ungründlich gewaschen und spezielle Flecken brachten sie nie raus.

One of the worst stores (of any kind) I have been in Zurich. Clothes were not completely clean when collecting them, and also lost an expensive item. Apparently I was not the only one that got an item lost reading the reviews. After 3 attempts to find it at the store during 2 months, they were laughing at the phone saying they will surely call back. Poor show, I give a star as is not possible to give 0.

They stapled their tags onto my blouses and dresses, putting holes into the labels and sometimes even into the clothes themselves. Why would they purposefully damage clothes—with staples?! The ladies at the front desk are kind, but I was not impressed with how my clothes were handled. As my clothes were damaged, I will never return.

Good service and "high tech" (automated shirt delivery from the back end), I've never had a problem in several years of being a customer. They have good tracking for clothing items and if for example, a shirt is delayed or takes longer to clean because of its materials, they'll easily find it in the system.

A very cool "self-service" cleaning shop. You get a member card for free then you can pick up your order even if they aren't open by using their automated laundry delivery robot. They do a good job and make sure that they ask you in cases where they think you might want to give a garment extra attention.

Leider muss ich den Kritikern hier recht geben. Bei meiner Hosen (Aus Schurwolle) Mit Kordeln zum zu Binden. ... war die chemische Reinigung zu aggressiv. Dazu haben sie beim bügeln an den Kordeln gebügelt, mit dem Resultat, dass nun meine Hose jetzt defekt ist!! Einfach unverständlich!

Sehr freundliche und effiziente Bedienung. Die Reinigung ist schonend, giftfrei und umweltfreundlich, da mit den neusten Methoden gearbeitet wird. Die Preise sind im Vergleich mit andern Reinigungen sehr moderat. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Die Arbeit wird schlussendlich gemacht. Leider sehr unfreundlich und schon kleinste Flecken bleiben in den Hemden. Die angrenzenden Reinigungen bekommen diese dann jeweils problemlos weg. Kostet dann aber auch etwas mehr.

Der Bezahlterminal am 24/7 Automat funktioniert seit Monaten nicht. Ich habe es schon dutzende male gemeldet und erhalte jeweils die Antwort, dass dies bekannt sei…

Sehr freundliches Personal, Kleider einwandfrei gereinigt, Kleider sind stets pünktlich abholbereit, der Preis stimmt, geniale Öffnungszeiten, passt!
