I came to buy shoes for a wedding but wasn't quite sure about the model and size. Miss Moirum went above and beyond with the service - she was very friendly and helpful and checked for all the models I was interested in. I appreciate her patience as I was trying on quite a lot. She also gave me advice about the shoes and recommended me a handbag. The shoes I purchased in the end I'm very happy with as they are elegant and comfortable.

Jemimah, whi happens to be a wonderful lady,.went through all the available items in my size and helped me choose a great pair of trainers at a wonderful price. Went to the store near Oxford Circus yesterday, got very good customer service from the young lady Chloe. She was very welcoming and always happy to help. Even when I bought a pair and decided I wanted to exchange for a different one, she was very helpful and polite. Great customer service and Would definitely come back.

rude staff, waited for almost 30 minutes to get a pair of boots to try. Left after 30 minutes didn’t even ven bothered to call me back or acknowledge the delay. Worst customer service experience ever had in my life.
