The most un experience agent i ever experienced Poor management Very un friendly He promised me that he can sell my property for $270k i told him my property worth $240 max if you sell it for $240 i am happy. Colin said no no your property worth more than $240 k good quality building anyway than we signed for $270k after 2 weeks he came back to me he said to me the price to high again i said to him sell for 240 k. Again he told me if I drop the price 30k no one will come Anyway its been in the market for long time He could not sell than start picking up on house He said to me that elizabeth is abad area i invested in the bad area Also the real estate agent "colin "said to your house has a big problem with shower one inch water set on the floor and the house is too small he was trying make some excuses I told him mate i am builder i don't care what you are saying for me elizabeth is the best place on earth this house is like taj mahell I 100 % sure that there is no fault in the shower i lived in this house for 2 years and the the builder is my best mate i have checked my self the shower is 100% comply with australian standard.

Colin and his team managed our rental property for about 8 years. We had 3 different tenants during this period. The current tenants decided then to not stand up to their responsibilities. However once again Colin and his team made sure we had a very smooth sale of the property. I said ( I can see some cracks in the walls) (Colin said what else you expect from 1960 property) I said 1960 properties can be good as well and I am just confirming that is there some crack? He said what else you you want me to say if you are trying to reduce the price for that crack is not going to happen) I understand the reason you guys are getting only one kind of properties.. and is very amazing to not accept his fault and replying saying my mistake.. Would not recommend to ANYONE! The house I moved in to was filthy and falling apart. Had a leak to the shower that after a year, still never got fixed. Broken air-con that wasn't discovered 'til the 'three day Adelaide heatwave lock down' but was clearly already known by the landlord. Crystal is very pushy. Would give zero stars if possible.
