Poor clothing quality and Pathetic exchange policy, if you buy anything from a particular citykart store you will have to exchange the item from the same store. Multiple retail chain is of no use but only for looting people's money. Extreme level of mental harrasment. They collect your personal information in the name of customer service but doesn't provide any help at any level.

It is nice store ever I found, almost last 5 years I have been visiting this store and never I got servises like Liberty Mahanagar and this is only done by a best management and ofcourse Mr Yadav Ji is best manager of Lucknow Mahanagar Liberty Showoroom

It's a ok ok place no branded cloths you will get there they are just offering your need full accessories and cloths under their roof Well as we all know citykart has their own reputation and chain of branch you can visit and shop as per your choice

The space is like a fish market, there was no proper managment, they dont have clothe bag/cart, no staff came to help. The music was too loud, like a dj party, it is like a local shop.
