J'ai vécu une très mauvaise expérience avec la ville d'Ottawa. Ma voiture a été endommagée suite à une remorquage pendant les travaux de déneigement. J'ai fait une demande d'indemnisation pour que la ville répare mon auto ou bien pour me rembourser. Le traitement de la demande a duré presque 1 an et demi pour me répondre finalement que la ville a rejeté ma demande à cause que c'est une compagnie privée qui a fait le déneigement et qui a endommagée ma voiture. Je trouve que c'est vraiment ridicule parce cette compagnie travaille pour la ville d'Ottawa. Ils auraient dû s'entendre entre eux pour régler le problème. Finalement c'est moi qui a subit les conséquences :(
