You meet a receptionist downstairs, they give you form to fill out, put it and envelope and drop it in a bin. Hopefully someone will either call you or email you. Maybe I will be proven wrong and everything will go smoothly. Time WILL tell!

From endless traffic cams to absurd parking tickets to a permit office concerned solely with cash, the priorities of city hall in Nola is a joke.

Not too many people were there besides the employees. I was in and out. Went to the 4th floor, assessors Office. The lady that waited on me that's very kind and helpful. There was one other person to see someone in there. City Hall has never been so quiet. But when I had to do did not take very long. That was a blessing.

Been to New Orleans and man, it's crazy how you neglect the residents and their needs. Fix the residential roads because they are giant craters unlike anything I've even seen and I've been to almost every state and Canada. This is an absolute disaster. Why don't you care about your people? Why do they pay tax?

It's a far disappointment when no one in the city police department enforces handicap parking on private property why even have a sign if you're not going to enforce it That's a shame the city doesn't know what they're doing doesn't know how to run the city or make laws

I went to New Orleans City Hall to update my address as I recently moved. There was a security check upon entrance. I found the voter registration office with the help of some friendly city employees. The update of my address went pleasantly quickly. A great experience.

How do you justify a 9.45% sales tax? Where does this money go? The streets are filthy and there are homeless mentally ill and/or drug addicts roaming the streets. Not to mention that the roads are horrible and a laughing stock amongst New Orleans citizens and tourist.

OMG! I always dread going to City Hall. Today I had the most fantastic experience. Everyone, and I mean everyone was over-the-top nice friendly and helpful. The office that I was in, the assessor's office, was also clean, neat and organized.

City Hall was customer friendly. I was able to take care of my business. The people in property management( Ava Mone), assessor's office and in code enforcement ( Ms. Lucille) were very knowledgeable and directed me to where I needed to go.

Inaccurate hours. They were closed on the Dec 30th when Google maps said they were open. I’m sure there is a city website that says they were closed but most people use Google maps. It’s usually a good experience though when you can get in.

I got a ticket for doing 27 in a 20 mph zone a car was passing me in the picture going the opposite way at the same time. A police officer writing the ticket makes sure that your in violation of the law, these computers make mistakes this

I had not been to City Hall since years before Katrina. I do recall then staff/personnel were always friendly and helpful. I recently attended a City Planning Meeting and the staff/personal continue to be very friendly (5 stars) & helpful
