If you call them and ask for home delivery they may say yes but wont deliver. Even if you go there and ask them to deliver they will say yes but wont deliver on time. They will take their own sweet time to deliver. IF you go to them and remind them that they did not deliver your stuff they wont react or feel sorry about it. Very unprofessional people

Good produce, better discounts. Small place but it has all necessary household/grocery products. Mostly crowded but not much wait. Service is not so good(also has very good attenders at times). The cashiers are mostly arrogant. Always double check your bill before pay, I have experienced an additional billing couple of times.

The employees don't have much idea about the goods kept in the shop. For example, they have tens of different types of rice on display but are clueless when asked about the difference among each. Sometimes items needed are not available.

Place is good for a one stop grocery solution. Most of the products are good. A few are old packaging I guess. Especially cereals and pulses. If not used immediately after buying, you'll find them mostly unusable.

It's small and stuffy. And the staffs don't know English and Hindi so the customers have to search every corner just to get that one particular thing. Also the staff don't know what is basket or trolley.
