Went to get gas, and the machine malfunctioned and locked my credit card in the pump. The worker there did not know how to reset the pump to give me back my card. Instead of trying to help me she rudely told me just wait for it to let go. Went back inside and ignored me. After 10 minutes when it still had not given my card back, I told her to call someone that knew how to reset the pump. She acted like I was the biggest pain in the butt in the world. Finally another worker showed up, used a pair of pliers to force my card out of the pump. He then turned around and told me it was all my fault! Worst customer service in the world!

Had a customer rudely talk about where I was parked( I was just parked at a pump) and then the people behind the counter were agreeing with him on how i was rude and needed drivers ed just because I was “wrongly” parked at the pump. Never been talked to like that just because I had to use the restroom and wanted something to drink. Learn some manners

Seems like a great place to stop. As I was looking for drinks and snacks inside, the staff was overly helpful. This station has propane, ice, all the foods and toiletries you can think of. Gas is a decent price. The restrooms were pretty clean. I’d come back here and fill up again.

Food mart in this gas station has all the essential items. We were staying in a hotel near to this station and we were able to buy all essential food items from this food mart. Good customer care. Beware of touts roaming around this area especially during nighttime.

Clean bathroom. One of the worker name Big Kay was very nice can kind. I have a special need child and he was understanding and have awesome customer service.

Tried to overprice chewing tobacco saying they don’t sell logs (5 cans) as a unit and each can had to be individually paid for. Lady was extremely rude

Rude employees. Very dirty store. Drink coolers are not very cold and have a musty smell. Better choices in both directions on woodlawn.

Friendly and attentive staff. Clean. Convenient location. Prices are very much average in comparison to other gas stations.

This location #1. The nicest staff in Charlotte. Very clean store. Always cold beverages. And, a clean restroom.

Love coming here I feel like family I will always come here and give my money here wonderful people

It isn’t 24/7 I paid for an Uber there just to find out it was closed. Luckily QT WAS NEXT DOOR.
