This store has become the WORST kept store I've ever been to. Coffee station is a complete MESS and no cream.. no tea.. its really not that hard to empty the grounds in the coffee machine or stock them with beans. You would think they would pay attention to that seeing how its 6am in the morning and people want COFFEE. You have hired a bunch of high school drop outs and then hired their friends and family to go along with it. POOR mangement leads to POOR employees. FIX IT or continue losing customers. Watch what happens when they put a QT up in the area. You'll be sorry.

This place looked nice as we we're driving by so we stopped in to grab some fountain drinks and slushies. When we parked the parking lot was a little messy but we didn't think it was too horrible. Once we went inside though I was not impressed. The floors were covered in sticky dirty spill marks, the slushie machines were full of liquid but none of them were actually icy. All the fountain drink machines were covered in plastic trash bags and out of order. Not impressed with the cleanlyness of this place or the lack or working machines. It was a total let down.

Went today and no signs of store being closed, walked in and (Charlene) proceeded to yell at me that they were closed and that I broke in and that she was going to call the police and have me deported! After some words I walked out and she then put signs of system down not that they were closed. Honestly looks like they hire anyone just to have a body at the store!

I Was attacked by one of the workers earlier morning which was completely unessesary he did not need to grab my electric scooter from me just to push it into my chest. He bruised my leg along with deep cuts along with bending my thumb back trying while I was try to grip my bike. I didn't do nothing but ask for freaken water

If you don't want to be judged by your color, then don't judge me by mine. There is no reason to be so rude when someone who just spent over $50 can't use your restrooms that you are allowing others to use. Then to speak to me so rudely is uncalled for. Tonight will be the last time anyone in my family goes to a Circle K!!!

I'm just unhappy now this is my third or fourth time coming after 10:00 p.m. and the store being closed due to system errors I don't know if there's actually something going on, or if they have a lazy employee either way it's extremely frustrating since I'm staying at a hotel and this is the only convenience store near me

Several times in the last few months I have walked to this store at night to find it closed, for no apparent reason. I was there at 11:30 this evening, and yay, it was closed again! I do not live very far but I do have foot pain which makes it a long walk just the same. Why do you advertise 24 hours when it is not?

The backup clerk (Mexican) rang up the Mexican in line behind me and left me standing in line. I got gas one night and the pump said "see cashier for receipt", so I went inside and for some reason, the cashier was unable to give me a receipt. Every time I stop there I'm pestered by someone asking me for money.

Filthy disgusting gas station. Do not use the rest rooms in here. They are beyond Filthy, disgusting, filled with graffiti and several racist words. Rarely is there toilet paper, hand towels or soap. This store is far to busy for the employees they have on staff. Normal Circle K prices and policies.

Este lugar en particular no está limpio devido a la gente va y hace cochinero, los baños no funcionan seguido devido a la gente que los descompone, últimamente los cajeros no están muy bien entrenados y la linea es poco lenta. Devido al punto que tiene en las mañanas tiene bastante clientela.

Whoever does the inventory and merchandising at this store needs to be fired . . . . . . Or it seems like maybe they need to think about hiring someone to do that because the shelf's and coolers and everything only gets stocked maybe once a month once every 2 months no joke it's atrocious.

This circle K has went downhill. Besides not being able to use the bathroom and the fountains sometimes working, the biggest problem is restock. I constantly have to ask for stuff I see clearly is not out of stock but not on the shelves. Also there’s never any hot food.

Place is literally always closed in the morning. Employees just walking around in the store. Donut case gets pushed in front of the door and is locked from anywhere from 30 minutes up to 2 hours. Rude employees, place is a mess.. turn this location into a quik trip.

So slow service, pumps constantly out of service. Receipts don't print. This place continues to go down hill. Due to covid, the washing of hands is prohibited since the restrooms are closed. Nice way to spread germs and viruses in a place that sells food

It was the South Side Circle K it was a gas station and I mean it was crowded. But didn't take too long to get gas. You can only use associated, unless you're buying lottery tickets EBT or cash back something like that? Just keep that in mind I guess

Just getting off of work again to go down there and yet again they are closed I'm going to start keeping track of how many times I go there after 10:00 p.m. and that they're closed. At this point I'm wondering if I should just report it to corporate.

Employee was rude and spoke to me in Spanish when I can speak perfect English and told me restroom not in service but I was going to buy something from the store instead I left and told the employee I spoke perfect English and the employee is black

Fake gas receipts! Pumped $100.00 CASH of diesel fuel and they hand out a debit receipt (duplicate) for regular, wrong pump# and from 40 + minutes earlier. Then argue about it! Nice way to scam the register out of the $100.00 bill. 9/23/2022 8:32am

Stopped by to get drinks before working and they are closed at 4am although advertised as a 24 hour store. This is the 3rd Circle K I have been to this morning that was closed with no signage telling when they would reopen or why they are closed.

The new pay system is ridiculous. It took about ten minutes to pay cash for gas because customers don't understand how to work with it, including me. In spite of being overwhelmed by customers, the employees were patient and helpful.

Charlene is so very friendly Whenever I come into the store, she always has such a line and has such great patience and super customer service. I enjoy stopping at the store and walk in and see her working! Amazing employee!!

I HATE Circle K !!!! BE GLAD WHEN QUIK TRIP put yall out of business. 335am this is 3rd store I have been to and they were ALL closed. You can never used the restroom if and when they are open. The stores are ALWAYS dirty

Honestly, this may have been the best experience I’ve ever had in any Circle K. The store was nice and clean and Antonio was incredibly helpful, respectful and kind. This will be my new favorite circle k in town.

My card info was stolen at this Cricle K. People be cautious when using the pump to pay. Thats what I used and at midnight I kept getting notification of my debit card being used without my consent.

Well maybe if they were open I would be good been here for close to 1/2 hour and still no one moving around inside. Went again today and surprise they are closed for cleaning. Till 4

I always try to avoid going to circle k, cashiers are always rude and unprofessional. Circle K literally hires anyone off the street without any basic customer service training.

Get new employees that know they are there to ring the items you put on the counter up. I didn't realize it was the customers job to make sure employees are working correctly.

Thieves don't go there gave two lottery tickets each for 10 dollars total twenty she gave me 12 dollars. So I gave 8 dollars to never set foot in a circle k again in my life.

Cheapest gas around for returning a rental car. The pump I used was well worn and it was hard to see the screen. Close to the Rental Car Center.

Went to use the restroom with my son. Not only was the restroom trashed, there was even a dirty magazine on the floor. Never going back.
