Absolutely awful brand. Would give 0 stars if I could. Sent an item back for a replacement and the customer service team kept giving delay tactics and promising the item would be shipped asap. It’s been a month and I’ve not seen any item OR money. Don’t shop with them. Absolute scammers.
I am very dissaponted with this brand. First I was sent the wrong dress, then on the second attempt the dress came, but with a big stain on. Waste of money! This is not what is expected when paying alost £200 from a garment, and not even Zara delivers dirty clothes.
