Been going to CiCi's now for 6 years. It's a great neighbourhood pizza joint - they have consistently focused on a fast turnaround from order to walkout. Their pizza is made in front of you, is hot and greasy and salty (we almost only go for pepperoni pizzas so I can't comment on their ingredients). Even cheese and sauce. Piping hot. Decent crust. Their wings are okay; I've been in the mood for something, I don't know, a little more substantial when I've had them and despite my best efforts, I can't shake a small sense of disappointment. That's no big deal, and to be honest, I'll order wings from them 2-3x a year. Service is quick, accurate (they've never gotten an order wrong), and direct without smalltalk. I tried to engage in some friendly banter on my first couple of visits and learned this wasn't necessary so I desisted. They're quick to pick up the phone, and are excellent at giving a time for pick up and meeting that deadline. I'm interested in how this next generation of CiCi's staff is starting to get their internet presence kickstarted, but I love that they've kept their focus on the basics: slinging good pizza, quickly, for a great price. The minimal store design, the small web presence, the burgeoning social profile - none of these matter as much as helping Parkdale slide a hot greasy slice down our neck. Thanks CiCi's. Cici's is one of my favourite pizza spots in the city! The story behind Cici’s really captures what makes the food scene in our neighbourhood so special. While this pizzeria has been around since the early 1990s, no one really knows exactly who or when it started. The current owner, Diana Hyunh, says that Cici’s was opened by Vietnamese immigrants. “It was sold around the Vietnamese community until it landed on my parents in 2008,” Diana says. Minh and Kim ran the shop until 2016. “They’ve retired, but they love to work so they’re still around.” Many of the slices at Cici’s have great neighbourhood stories behind them. Gunnar’s, a pizza with a pesto base with chicken, mushrooms and garlic, was actually invented by a customer. “It’s actually named after a local guy that lives down the street,” Diana explains. Augustino’s, which has pepperoni, mushrooms, bacon crumbles, hot pepper, black olives and chilli flakes, is named after a man who used to run a bike shop down the road from Cici’s. “He has since passed away, but his pizza is delicious,” Diana says. Diana has always thought that Parkdale was an underrated neighbourhood. “There’s such a community here,” she says. “Everyone says hi and we all seem to know each other.”

What a fantastic hidden gem in Toronto. The pizza is absolutely top shelf. The crust and cheese have been perfect on every order from CiCi's. While I walk almost 4 km in each direction to get to CiCi's that doesn't stop my excitement from making a visit. Happy to walk by all the big chain pizza places along Queen West in order to get to my final destination - CiCi's. The staff are super friendly and always welcoming to see me (and all visitors) to their store. While my go to order is an x-large pepperoni pizza, I have yet to try additional toppings as the cheese is *so* good on its own. Do not hesitate to order from CiCi's... you won't be disappointed. The uncertainty of CiCi's location on Queen street is a concern. I understand (at the time of writing this review) that the building the CiCi's rents out is up for sale and their lease is coming to an end in July 2021. Hoping that if the lease is not re-newed that CiCi's is able to find another location in the Parkdale area. Please don't move further west ;) If you get a chance, get to know the story behind CiCi's. This place is run exactly how I’d like to imagine I’d run a pizza place. It’s not expensive, and there’s tax included in all their prices (!!!). If you live close and spend $15 or more, delivery is free - otherwise it’s only a couple bucks. There are combo deals and walk in deals available. My pizza came piping hot less than 20m after ordering during dinner rush. They have excellent potato wedges for $3. And I ordered a dipping sauce and got two - one with pizza, one with wedges. Plus they take credit card payments at the door, and were cheerful and easy to order from by phone - picked up first ring. And the pizza - they make the dough and sauce in house daily, not from a can or a freezer. It’s nothing fancy, but it’s exactly what you want in a neighbourhood pizza joint. Every other pizza place in the city should take lessons from CiCi’s on how to run their business. It’s no wonder this place is a neighbourhood fixture.

An absolute neighborhood favourite, hands down! Prices are awesome, and given the cost of living as is currently, a whole pie or a both priced at a fantastic level suiting my budget. Counter service never fails to be impressive. What more can be said! They're all very friendly despite a fast paced environment, with regular stream of calls coming in. I never feel rushed along when I go especially with my son who can be indecisive, being tired after !! Hats off to everyone working here. They moved to a new address and I think it's a step up.

Ordered 3 topping large pizza here today and it was so good! Love the little sweetness of the dough, the sauce that is not sour (like at the most pizza places), toppings taste great too! ❤️ Especially for this price! Honestly, I don't understand how the owner can keep prices so low and have such a great quality pizza! I didn't have any issues with staff's attitude, as it was mentioned in many negative reviews. I came in too early for my order and received a part of it (fries) right away and the rest (pizza and drinks) just a few minutes later. I will definitely order here again when in the neighborhood! Cici's Pizza is without a doubt my favorite pizza joint in Toronto. They often go far beyond the call of duty and often make me a special large 5x pepperoni pizza, (not on the menu), without judging me! The front desk/cash staff all have great sense of humor and I always have a good laugh when leaving with my order. Speaking of orders, the lemon-pepper wings are absolutely To-Die-For. They also have a homemade hot-honey sauce for the pizza, (be sure to order it), that is so good that, I'm often tempted to drink it straight from the little plastic container like a shot of tequila. You definitely won't be disappointed if you order from Cici's!

From all the things I’ve heard about CiCi’s, my first time was very underwhelming. The pizza was decent but getting thick crust was a very bad idea. Some of the crusts were almost half the pizza. I would probably recommend the thin or normal crust. I ordered the honey garlic wings on the side and those were just as you’d expect. Also avoid making the same mistake as me. I wanted garlic dip and inputted garlic on my pizza. Though it was my mistake, I wish they could’ve called me to confirm my order when I ordered online. Might do a walk in next time to try a slice in store but for now, I will not be ordering online for delivery. Also I was told Parkdale “M6K” would be free delivery but the website said $2.00. Not a big amount but good to know.

I can't recommend this humble, family owned and operated pizza and wing joint- the Crown Jewel of pizza in Parkdale- enough. I picked up a medium pepperoni pie with ten PERFECT chicken wings for $22 with tip and- GASP!- there was ABUNDANT, deliciously greasy cheeeese on my pizza (you listening, Pizza Pizza?) and the ingredients they use in general are high quality. My food was hot and perfect and fully cooked. Highly recommended! Edit September 07 2023: "Madonna, Mia! Whotta PIE!" The food was good, but the service was AMAZING! Nowadays it's hard to find places that they actually care. When my husband went to order, he asked for the fries earlier if possible because i was really HANGRY. The server said it might not be ready much earlier but if it does, he will let us know. But my husband left to come back and sit in the car. When the fries were ready, the server came out in the cold winter day, and searched in the street to find our car, just to bring us the fries since they knew I was super hungry Thank you and you made my day!

Ordered a large "Gunnar's Pizza" last night, and it was (and still is!) absolutely delicious. They were 100% accommodating when I requested it without chicken, and substituted a generous amount of sun-dried tomatoes. The crust is wonderful and colossal, and to prevent my backside from becoming less wonderful and more colossal, I removed the crust edges and will use them to make a breakfast egg strata. Highly recommended!

Looked for a quick bite on my way through Parkdale and stumbled upon this no frills pizza joint. Great prices for delicious fast food! My pizza and wings took exactly 10 min just as the employee said. The Cajun dry rub is great on the wings. Pizza has great crisp and softness.

I like that they have a table near the door so you don't really have to walk in. Easy to get a slice and go. Their prices are insane. $2 for a large slice and even whole pizzas are cheap. Their pizza is excellent. A warning about the double cheese, double pepperoni, it is super greasy. You better that that drip off, soak it into the paper plates or something because between all that cheese and meat there is a lot but it is delicious. Don't want all the grease just stuck with the plain pepperoni, still delicious. Cans of pop $1.50. Overall great pizza and great prices.

This post is a long time coming. The best. The best. Yup, said it twice. It was all i could think about today, the hot sauce for the wings. My usual, pep, black olive, extra cheese, combo 1. Wings, wedges, and a couple of cokes. 24 buck? Every day. Their hot sauce is soooooo good, i never order without wings. They are such a hard-working family, and the food is always an A+. Imma die from a food coma, so yall be careful. If you like pizza and wings Stawp. Get the "hot" wings. Maybe the best hotsauce ive had, at least for take out.

Love the quick stop I had to grab a pepperoni slice to go. The staff was very friendly and helped with small suggestions. As to the toppings and dipping sauce to pair with my pepperoni slice. Definitely recommend anyone looking for a good slice of pizza.

I LOVE PIZZA and if you do too you will come here. Once you take a bite of their Hawaiian Heat Pizza, you won't ever think about stepping foot inside a Pizza Pizza or Pizza Hut EVER again in your life. I would highly recommend this to any Pizza Lover. I've moved out of the downtown core into Oshawa and I still travel once a week just to get a taste of that Sweet and savory Hawaiian Heat Pizza. As a plus, the staff are AMAZING! Stop wasting your valuable time at the big chain pizza places and head to CiCis!!!

For years I've heard good things about CiCi's but didnt get around to actually ordering from them until the middle of the pandemic. What the heck was I waiting for? Easy online ordering, they do their own delivery which was fast and arrived hot . Main thing the pizza was delicious , certainly didnt skimp on toppings and was incredible value. Pretty much every pizza place its 20$ for a large pizza , well at CiCis i had to get the large pizza plus large garlic bread to get to the 20$ min deliver order.

Was in the area and decided to go try a slice. This is a strictly take out place with two chairs and very open concept so you can see everything being made. This Is your standard Toronto slice of pizza didn't blow my mind and didn't disappoint very happy with the slice, was very hot as it came out of the oven but once the temperature was resistible the slice was good. Not too bad for five bucks which included my Brio. Friendly staff very clean Pizzeria. Like I said your standard slice of pizza

Grabbed a slice to go a few days ago and it was very disappointing. Crust was super thin and burnt, hardly any cheese at all and only 2 pieces of pepperoni. Looked absolutely nothing like any of the photos everyone else has uploaded, so maybe they were just having an off-day? I'd be willing to update/change my review if the slices are better next time I go there.

Great service from the workers there, always such a comforting environment when the workers just stare at you from a distance for a minute when you're trying to order food and then walk away in the middle of taking my order. Guy with glasses has a serious staring problem (might need to get the checked out) and the girl seems to be grumpy for some reason (also need to get checked out). I wanted to support a small business but if this is what they offer, might as well go eat at 241 pizza.

I can't believe I've lived or hung out in Parkdale for over 15 years and never realized how great this place is! We walked in on a Saturday night, ordered a full pizza to go and had slices while we waited. The whole family was here and they all just seemed so happy. We were treated with kind attention and a sense of humour. The ingredients are honestly the freshest I've seen on a pizza, and the crust is exactly how I like it: thick and fluffy. Will definitely be back soon!

CiCi's Pizza and Wings is a gem of parkdale for sure. Providing fresh pizzas and wings to the community at a reasonable price. The texture of the crust is super solid for a takeout place, you won't be disappointed. Their wings are pretty tasty as well.

The pizza slice was great. Many places sell leftover (from canceled orders) or day old pieces. Cici's serves fresh slices that can take reheating. Lovely burnished crust with pillowy interior. Nice ratio of ingredients to sauce to base. Imaginative ingredients. Courteous service and no "bum's rush" to eat up and dash.

Man this place rules. I have appointments close to here and no matter how many times I tell myself I will not get a CiCi's pizza I always end up doing it. The staff is friendly, the pizza is great. They have all kinds of variety of toppings and cold drinks. The seating area is just a little bar type table by the window, but anyways the pizza and hospitality is very good. You should support this business and you will be rewarded

Wow! Parkdale people love this place so figured I’d give it a go, since I live close by now. So impressed!! So tasty, great crust (I am a thin crust fan), lotsa toppings, the right amount of spice:) Value is insane... so much for $20 (free delivery). Last week I tried a place on Queen West...the pizza tasted like cardboard and it was $40...barely any toppings and a definite lack of cheese. With I would’ve ordered Cici’s!

Every once in a while a pizza shop enters your life and changes it forever. This is Cici's Pizza in Parkdale. My girlfriend and I lust for Cici's daily. Their pizzas are delicous and addictive. I want to devour one right now, but unfortunately, they are closed. I'll seek out my sweet pizza craving tomorrow, knowing I'll be delightfully satisfied. If you like pizza, you must oblige. You must Cici's.

Great pizza at an amazing price! $10 got us 2 slices (1/2 of a large pizza), 2 pop and 2 dips. We had the pepperoni and cheese pizza slices and both were amazing. The staff were also super friendly and it seemed like this place was really a part of the community. So many people coming in and chatting with the staff like everyone knew each other. Really an awesome and wholesome experience!

Amazing!!! Came for the pizza, stayed for the service! Got the walk-in large pepperoni with a friend. Forgot to take pictures because it was to delicious, we ate the whole thing at the store. There were 2 stools and a counter with a nice view of Queen Street West. Value, flavour, and honest hard-working folks that make a really great pie. We will definitely be back here again soon.

The only reason I tried Cici's was because of the reviews. I had an order delivered. The woman on the phone was polite and friendly. My order arrived before the time that they estimated. The delivery person was excellent. My order was correct and so yummy. The prices were also fabulous. I will never order pizza from anywhere else. Thanks reviewers and Cici's.

Some of the best pizza in Toronto! I was thrilled when they added dairy free cheese to their menu. Now that my vegan partner can eat from here as well, it will be the only spot we get pizza from. Wonderful customer service, in house delivery, amazing prices, and the best crust ever. Seriously, if I had to eat just the crust, I think I would still be happy.

One of the things that puts a business in high esteem for me is how they make things right, and Cici's get that. Just had an issue with an order—understandable on a Friday—and I was given options (including full refund) to make things right. I love this spot. Value for cost can't be beat and the pizza is amazing too. Wings are also good but I go for the pizza. They even have pizza's named after some of the regulars that pop in all the time. I order pizza from here regularly totally recommend it. They have this new vegetarian pizza which is awesome. Really enjoying it.

Since moving into the area 3 years ago, this place has been my go to. Always fresh, always delicious and always with a smile. This is really the only place in the city I can walk into to grab a slice of pizza that tastes authentic to me. Reminds me of a New York slice in the best way! If you haven’t tried it, you’re missing out!

Hands down - my favourite pizza joint in Parkdale. Discovered them when I first moved to Toronto 5 years ago and order from them at least once a week! The pizza hits the spot every time and the owners are some of the sweetest people around. Hilarious social media account if you are looking for some entertainment.

Got the walk in deal (large 1 topping pizza for $11.85) and it was DELICIOUS. The dough was super fresh and yummy and overall was scrumdiddlyumptious - Not to mention it was HUGE. Workers were so queer friendly to me and my partner and the environment was super welcoming :)! Definitely will be eating here again.

I recently started coming here and so far I love it. The pizza is cooked properly and tastes really good. The staff here Is very polite and friendly. I definitely reccomend coming here. The prices are actually pretty good. A small pizza with 10 chicken wings a choice of fries or wedges and 2 drinks is about $23.

We enjoyed our pizza, wings, and potato wedges from Cici's! Everything was the very slightest bit soggy (wings could have been left in the fryer a touch longer, pizza was quite a soft crust, wedges might have been sitting out for a while before they were delivered) but still good. We will order again for sure.

Omg! I love this place. Its our go to pizza place. Make your own pizza or ask the chef for his recommendations. Quite busy but amazing speed. There are about 3 seats to munch away a slice but you should probably just get a whole pizza and eat it at home. 10/10 would go again and would recommend.

Freaking YUM! We used to live right around the corner from Cici's and Diana would wave every time I walked past. There's always pizza by the slice if you're in a super-hurry, otherwise they're quick to whip up a delicious pizza. Our fav is Gunnar's - pesto, garlic, chicken, etc.

Pizza is good when you walk in to get a slice but if you do a walk in order or delivery, the pizza is soggy and the dough is so thin, no rise to it. The pizza tastes good, no doubt but after the second slice it gets boring and dull. The pizza is wayyy too greasy as well.

For context, they left the pizza at the door. No knock or anything. Pizza was great, be it cold. Wings were overseaoned and salty AF but still good. Would order again but do pickup

Picked up a couple of pizzas on a busy night. They are a bit delayed and had to wait a bit. They set it right and took care of us. Good service, price is on point and pizza was mad tasty. Get you some.

Little mom & pop shop that has amazing pizza. It's simple so don't expect crazy different combos or different sauces like big chains will do. But they do pizza staples and they do them WELL. Definitely my favourite pizza place. It's also insanely cheap!

This place has been here forever and they never disappoint. The most local and humble pizza joint you will find in the area, their pizza is great and their pricing is even better! Such a great go-to cheap eats and they are so generous with portions!

My all-time favourite pizza place in Toronto! Cici's always slaps, their pizza is phenomenal and so well done. Nice and flavourful, always generous with the toppings and cheese, always cooked perfectly. I cannot recommend this place enough!!

Delicious pizza at an affordable price. Stumbled upon this family run shop randomly and was not disappointed! Soft crust, sausage on point and the cheese was yummy. Will definitely come back with friends again after some thrift shopping.

Ordered pizza at 536. Shows up at my building at 710. Guy has the nerve to ask for a tip. Pizza tasted stale. Fries were old and stale. Wanted to support local but honestly dominos and any other pizzeria is better than these guys.

I really don't get the hype going for this place. Granted, the staff was incredibly friendly, but the pizza was sub par. Maybe they were just having a bad night. For my money, I'll be visiting Junior's Pizzeria just up the street.

Cici's Pizza has been with me on my good days, my bad days, and many many days in between. The family who runs the shop is so lovely and the pizza is the best in the neighbourhood, hands down. Long live Cici's Pizza & Wings!

I found the crust to be amazing. Not that the pizza overall was regular but the crust was awesome. They do not cheap out on toppings either if you order extra toppings. Never a bad experince so far, 5+ years. Recommend!

Usually pretty decent pizza but I’ve received the wrong order twice. I will note that this error was quickly fixed when I reached out to CiCi’s. Skip the french fries - very soggy and greasy. Good value for your $$.

Amazing prices but you get what you pay for. It's def too salty and average taste and texture. Great service and the workers do their best Would not get again even at this value.

The wait time was more than reasonable and the food was delicious. So much so that I didn't take a picture of the large one topping pizza we ordered. If you are stopping by certainly grab a slice here!

This is our go to neighbourhood pizza delivery. They say 45 minutes for delivery but i's usually much faster. Ask for bacon strips instead of just bacon. Family owned and super nice folks

Incredible family owned Parkdale staple!! Though it takes a lot of self restraint my son always saves one slice for the next day's breakfast and says "best way to start my day" lol.
