Justin Wolfson made our travel experience unforgettable from beginning to end. When we first contacted Justin, he took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for and our budget. He gave us many great options to chose from. Once we decided he handled everything every step of the way with constant and clear communication including, flights, hotel, passport verification, transportation, and anything else you can think of. We even got thrown a curveball as the negative covid test restriction went into place right before we were going to travel and he was on top of it. While on vacation he checked in on us at perfect times to ensure everything was going smoothly. I can't stress this next point enough...The day before our return flight a major snow storm was happening back home so I messaged Justin concerned about flight delays or cancellation, well he messaged me back and said he was already on top of it and monitoring our flight status for updates!! There was also a problem with our return shuttle to the airport and when I messaged him, the problem was solved in about 2 minutes and 15 seconds. I will never book another vacation without going through Justin as I know for a fact that he will absolutely make sure every aspect of the trip is monitored and in order so there is no stress from the second I leave my house to the second I return. The service our Chubit travel advisor , Justin Wolfson, provided for us was more than exceptional. My fiancé and I wanted to go to an adult only all-inclusive resort in Jamaica. We gave Justin a flexible budget to work with, and from there he worked his magic . He provided us with multiple options and from there we chose the one that best suited us. The resort was more beautiful in person than the pictures described it to be, the staff was very welcoming and friendly , and the food was decent with a wide variety of buffet options and restaurants to choose from. We had transportation provided to and from the airport and someone to help us with booking excursions throughout the week. Justin stayed in contact before, during , and after our week vacation just be sure we had everything we needed and to make sure we were pleased with our experience. Not to mention Justin gave us the best price available out of all the other travel agents we tried booking through. Although it was cancelled due to Covid-19, we booked our honeymoon to Greece through Chubit Travel with agent Vincent Wong. He first called and asked about our interests, past travel experience, budget, and logistics about our honeymoon. Then went over some suggestions he had to make the most of our time abroad in Greece. We mixed and changed our itinerary a few times, he had great hotel suggestions, however, was able to book additional hotels through other different connections this company has with travel websites. Vincent was knowledgable, easy to contact, and helped us to plan out 10-day trip in order to get the most of our time/money. He stayed in touch and updated us through pandemic and was able to get us a full refund on one hotel, and a credit through Delta for the deposit we made on the honeymoon. I look forward to booking next trip through Chubit since they simply help you plan your trip and have better knowledge of resorts than simply looking online yourself

We would like to say a big thank you to Justin Wolfson from independent travel advisor at Chubit Travel. He booked our trip to Punta Cana we had the most wonderful and relaxing time. This is our first all-inclusive resorts and by far Lopesan surpassed my expectations. Me and my husband stayed in the unique room had a blast. Customer service was excellent. Daniel Elias, our unique experience butler was spectacular. He was super responsive and goes above and beyond to ensure we're having the best time. The staff all over the resort was incredibly friendly, always upbeat and helpful, and really contributed to the whole island time 'let your worries slip away' vibe. The amenities (multiple pool options), the gorgeous beach, the view and activities 10/10. Would highly recommend! The food was great and most importantly it was very clean and well maintained. Everything you can think of in doing to have a good time and relax is inside the resort, will definitely come back!

He helps us make our decisions considering our preferences based on his knowledge of the area. He helped us organize a trip to Cancun, Mexico and it was one of our best trips yet. The beach was gorgeous, clean, and had wait service which was important because the beach was our main priority. I can’t rave about the food enough, the specialty restaurants were great but even the food at the buffet was amazing. The staff of RIU Porta Murejes was outstanding, their service and attention to detail will be hard to match. If you want the best vacation for your budget I can’t recommend Justin Wolfson enough!

I couldn't be any happier when someone recommend me to Chubit Travel. I've been dealing with them for the past 4 years and I've booked 6 cruises and 2 destination vacations with them. I had to cancel several times this past year due to the pandemic. I had a family vacation with 40 people last year and there were a lot of changes here and there but Chubit handled it so well with no attitudes what so ever. They were so professional with handling the matter with no headaches to me. Their price is awesome compare to the other online travel agencies. You vacationers out there should really give them a try and I can assure you that you will not go to any other travel agencies after your experience with them. Really! Justin was absolutely wonderful to work with. I am not a big traveler whatsoever & he made this process so easy from start to finish. He listened to my lists of non-negotiables for the resort & flight and he DELIVERED! Honestly the most stressful part was arriving in the Cancun Airport & being bombarded by taxi services and Ubers, but Justin booked our shuttle with a group that wore bright orange shirts, which was so easy to find in the sea of people. I've only used them once and it has been the worst travel experience I have ever had. To make things worse, I found out from other passengers that I paid I paid over twice as much more than others on the same cruise even though they booked after us. I asked for a refund before boarding the cruise because things were so bad and it only went downhill from there. Save yourself the trouble and use somebody else.

I had went through Justin Wolfson to book a trip for my girlfriend and I to hawaii. He booked us the trip of a lifetime for the deal of a lifetime. We both caught island fever and will 100% go back. We will definitely be booking through Justin for all our future get aways. If you are looking for the best vacation start to finish, you have just stumbled upon the guy who can deliver it.

Not much interaction with agent and felt could have provided a bit more assistance and intel on choosing better cost airlines; and providing more info on how to deal with the travel insurance after a hospital ER visit. We took the plan that was offered and felt more help was needed. Never received policy from insurance company. Trip planning and transfers were good otherwise.
