I took my mom to Dr. Do for an appointment recently, he was quick to make comparisons such as when my mom mentioned her back has been hurting a lot recently to which he replied, “my back has been hurting for 39 years.”, didn’t come to him to be compared. He adjusted some medications that a local Hospital had prescribed my mom, later that day my mom (who’s in her mid 70s by the way) was a bit confused to the changes so I called the office back on speaker with her so we could make a note of what she needs to take and when, his front desk staff said they’d have to ask the doctor and call me back. I said ok, that’s fine but I wanted them to call me before the days end as my mom had to take her medicine before bed like usual, to which they said they would. They didn’t call me back and it’s not Saturday, their office is closed until Monday. Lack of attentiveness and the doctor can be kind of hard to talk to sometimes. *EDIT* they’ve also had a full voicemail mailbox for a while which they don’t filter through so if you need to leave a message worst case scenario you can’t.

Dr Christopher Do is my primary care doctor since the early 90's. He is my doctor for almost 30 years. Dr Do and his staff are very professional. My patient number is 700's (only 3 digits). I moved to Sunnyvale in 2002 and I still go to his clinic because I love the care that he gave me. We don't only talk about my medical condition but we also talked about my family. He remembers what we talked about. He doesn't prescribe medications right away unless you really need it. He will advice you to do something first to get better. I also like his staff because they're very nice. I can understand the way they because I worked with a lot of Vietnamese people and I have some Vietnamese friends.

Dr. Do is my primary doctor for so many years. I came here to see Dr. Do for annual check up and other medical treatment. They offer to draw the blood test here so we don’t have to go to the lab. I am glad that Dr. Do accept Santa Clara healthy family and Anthem Bluecross now so my other family members can come here too. Dr. Do is a good doctor always patient and listen to what you say. If you have any questions or concerns about your health he will take his time to explain and prescribe the medication as need. I am highly recommend Dr.Do to be your family doctor.

This place sucks. i went for TV screening and they are considering it as a doctor's visit and billing insurance to take advantage. Staffs members are rude and does not communicate properly. My advice to this office is to hire person who can communicate with patience better. I was so surprised when i get a bill from them saying TV screening is considered as office visit. I called 3 times and they took a month to figure out why they send me bill. I will not go to this place again. Lack of professionalism especially Amy and Tina.

We have been going to Dr. Do for several years. He is very nice and easy to talk to. But the staff in the front office has been a disappointment for me. Every time we come in we can't see a welcoming and smiling face. When I needed to talk to the doctor they gave me a hard time even when I tell them it's an emergency. Dr. Do always told me I can call anytime if needed. I'm thinking of going to another doctor if his staff is like that.

I had been there as primary doc 20yrs, doctors were ok, new face receptionist (which I haven't seen before) to arrange patients in is worst. My case appointment 8/2022 waited for 20 mins, guys came after me go first, then the next one asked receptionist to push him next, I ended up to cancel and go back to work, that wasting my times and driving.

I've been with Dr Do for years and let me tell you, he is an amazing provider. He listens to your needs and helps find solutions to your medical problems. I highly recommend him. I moved out of san jose to the valley and I still go to him. Regardless of the distance, I will not change him for anyone else.

Yes I give Dr. Fivestars or more. He is an excellent doctor. I only have good comments about the doctor and his staff specially, Amy i excellent Staff he is one of the best doctors in San Jose

It is very hard to find a doctor who takes time to listen to the patient's needs. I am lucky to have Dr. Do as my primary doctor after my previous doctor retired.

He's an amazing doctor! He always explains everything, and answers all my questions. I feel very reassured with my check ups, and trust him a lot.
