I have always been a fan of Chowking but my experience in this branch is not good. Waited for 45minutes before my food is served. Funny coz they don't have much customers at the time. What happened was, after waiting for 30minutes, I approached the counter staff named Ernst and asked for update, he checked and everyone were in panic coz they did not prepare my food yet so waited for another almost 15minutes standing in the counter for my food to be prepared. Then had to go back again coz one item is missing. One more thing, while in the middle of eating our long-awaited dinner, they repeatedly rang the ringer and it is very very rude. Sorry but this is my worst Chowking experience.

Staff that can not speak or unxerstanf english and cancel orders without notifying customer because after 3 phone calls could still not understand what it means when explaining my location is next to Business Bay metro station, Al Wasl. Even their own nationality had a hard time understanding their so-called customer care. Never in thd UAE have I ecperienced such unproffesionalism.

The worst of the worst. You pay cheap and you get cheap foods and service! Worst customer service, the staff really don't care of the sales as long as they get paid every month. Whenever you go to the outlet mall and you pass by here, avoid this place at all cost! You are hungry and they will give you stress! Better to switch in the nearby chinese restaurant just beside them.

The service was very bad!!!!!! We waited for so long for the food and we requested for a tissue and the cashier named Thalia who is very very rude!!!!! Who doesn’t even want to assist and give a tissue. I suggest that employer should be very careful in choosing an employee like her as it gives bad impression with the business.

Been always getting my meals here, Ms Aireen is so consistent in providing exceptional customer service, jolly that she is so energetic anytime of the day. She even handed me chowdeal coupons that i shared to my family, chowking should have more staff like her. I can’t let my weekend pass without having chowking. …

I went for dinner and I took meal which cost 29dhs, I know it’s not much and it’s in food court but soup was so salty very very salty and chicken taste weird I think it was very old dry and not cooked properly even as compare to deira city center it was not good experience.

My wife loved the food and so did I . In a mall getting something a little less processed and hot is really nice . Good and economical as well . No complaints on the taste . It’s available on the level 1 in the food court and ample of place to sit …

Terrible experience if you're ordering online, you will need to wait for 2 or more hours before you can get your order. As much as I love Chowking, I think I won't order from them anymore. I'm just disappointed the way they handle their fulfillment.

I ordered my food 1:47pm but up to now 3:13pm my food is not yet delivered. My house is in dubailand and the chowking outlet is in Dubai Outlet Mall. Chowking online delivery time 2:28pm it’s not true

Drove for 40mins just for halo halo since my cousin and I are craving for it and it’s only 9:23pm. The staff said that is they don’t have the ice and it is not available.

Had 1 good meal, went back had cold frozen dumplings, the spring roll had been fried a few times and was dark and hard. Not going back very disapointed.

Their food and service is terrible. The chicken was raw inside and when we asked for a refund they refused despite they admitted it was raw.

Its says here they are open until 10 pm. But by 9:30 pm they don't accept order any more.

Bfast is up to 11am, however you cannot order bfast anymore even if its still 10.50am.
