Yesterday I went to this branch and it was a very bad experience. I needed help at the cashier because there was no price on the item. The employee was good, she called the assistant to help us but he was on his phone and she called a lot while he was beside us then he made a big sigh and went to another place. I went to get the item because I can not stand and see these ridiculous acts. Then the employee asked him to bring something else, so he went and sat in his place. He does not respond to her and does not look at us. Before you hire anyone, you must test his manners before his work experience. I noticed that the place was empty, perhaps because of the attitude of the staff. The employee's name was Hassan

I have been shopping here for 9 years. Over the last 2-3 years there quality of fresh veg and fruits has gradually deteriorated. If the quality of veggies on display is bad, can only imagine what rubbish they will send if I order online. Complained a number of times but no improvement. Waiting for service at the meat or cheese counters can sometimes take 20-30 minutes with no one in sight. Popular brands of packaged goods also keep disappearing regularly. Emails to their support page bounce back. Will not shop here again and will persuade others not to either.

Please do NOT shop here. Drive 200 meters and go to UNION. They do not properly store their produce here. By mistake I bought an ice-cream and got home to realize it had thawed and re-frozen. It was a Casatta (if you know what it is), so it was easy to make out as all the flavors had mixed up totally and were in one corner of the container without any shape. Unfortunately my daughter couldn't resist and still had it. Now she has a throat infection and fever - writing this comment right away after giving her Panadol. So 100% true. - NEGATIVE STARS (-*****)

I purchased seafood that was supposed to be fresh and in the pre-packed section with the prices on them already. All the produce had about or day or two until their expiry date which disgustingly wasn’t the case. Don’t shop here ! Disgraceful. Did my shopping went to pay girl said we have no change I find 5pm strange not having change in a large shop. I left my shopping went to Waitrose. Staff extremely pleasant no problem with change. Choithram could not be bothered. Waitrose far superior. Lots of stock in choithram shame about the staff. Need some customer service training.

I enjoy shopping here as parking is freely available and staff are always friendly and helpful,l especially in the vegetable and fruit, meat, seafood and pork sections. I like shopping after hours as it is not too busy and there is a good selection of products. There is free parking in front and to the side on the sand.

Easy Access from Al wasl. Enough parking, good place for quick shopping. Only downfall is that meat, and speccially fish is not allways fresh. I have trow prepacked salmon several times in garbage. Advice, dont buy prepackaged, Speccially on seafood section. Pick it on spot.

Cleanliness is not enough and the price is not cheap. The fish smells. Some employees were sitting on the floor. Specially I found tofu noodles and dried tomatoes that are not found in other supermarkets. But I will never visit there again.

Convenient and has everything you need. Especially the imported stuff you dont normally find in other supermarkets! I love how they offer seasonal things for almost every major holiday celebrated! The staff are very friendly and helpful

Some of the produce is going bad (berries) on the shelves. Make sure you double check before you buy! They have a small selection of ethnic food which is a big plus. Pork area also available inside the store.

Opens from 530am till midnight.. Have fresh meat ,bakery , fresh fruits , fresh cheese sections. PRICES are competitive and ample parking.. Staff are friendly. Also have a pharmacy within premises and an ATM.

Ok supermarket. Everything seems old and run down but there is decent selection. No need to ask thr staff any questions- they never seem to know anything about anything . Very average in every way. …

This supermarket is excellent! It's very calm, exceptionally organized, making the shopping experience enjoyable and comfortable. Having a pharmacy inside adds extra value. I highly recommend visiting.

Good SuperMarket in Wasl Road for quick shopping visits for the comunity who live near by. You can find pork section here as well. Try their fresh baked bread for nice sandwiches in the morning.

Not so busy and sells piek products... two good reasons to visit. As with most supermarkeys you need to pay attention that your 'special offers ' are rung up as such at the till

Placed an order for delivery! it shows delivered but did not received anything! No one is answering the call! umm suqeim branch and your call center support! worst experience!

Choithrams is always best hyper market brand among other. Quality product, best range and reasonable price. You can treat choithrams as inferior or low quality hyper market.

Rarely out of stock! Best supermarket in the area due to their wide parking spots and lack of long queues at the cashier counters. They also have a generous points program!

Rather not for everyday shopping, due to relatively high prices. You will buy pork products here and some other imported stuff difficult to find anywhere else.

The automatic door wasn't working. I got a taste of a civilization without technology. Can't say I cared too much for it. 10/10 would not visit again.

Was very cold in the shop. The meat section didn't look so fresh. Not a supermarket where I would go soon for groceries. Poor fruit and bread section

There is a pork station. Prices are ok for Dubai and the staff is polite. There is pretty much everything you could need regarding basic groceries.

All indian product are available good customer service now they charge for bags bakery is available inside have small section for fish and butchery

Today is 3rd Nov UAE flag day..I went into Choithrams to NOT find a single UAE flags accessories etc…but to find PLENTY of Christmas decor… shame

Nice convenient place to park you car and do your shopping even though slightly more expensive then other supermarkets but clean and organized

Two days before i bought some meat from here. It was very good also the service of the butcher was very good.i happy to purchase from here.

They charged me 3 dirhams for a bag...they should have min order limit ..that if we do grocery over that amount..that should be free ..

Nice abs practical small supermarket. The access is easy and there is lot of car parc. You will find almost everything there

This branch of Choithram could do with a lot of tlc. It just wreaks of neglect. Pricing on the shelf unclear, if it's there.

Although it’s comparably small shop, it has most items I was looking for, which put the the shop as a real convenient store

I am shopping here every day, and they have wide range of products. They also have products from Bosnia and Serbia.

Best product and services,it has an offer once a week but a little bit annoyed for parking area not like before.
