Great service always from the doctors, who are very kind and considerate. Last visit to this surgery last Friday, super efficient, seen by a lovely nurse. The receptionist facilitated a change to an appointment and was most helpful. I have been with this surgery for years and can highly recommend.

Nobody responds to your email for 3 weeks, you call, get left on hold for 15 minutes. The lady tells you to ring the same doctor but next door because they have 2 receptions, she is incapable of emailing you the contact details because it’s outside her scope to be helpful.

I had my first experience with Dr Bernetr : just shocking ! Doesn’t listen to me ! I went to a private doctor who managed a scan for me and changed immediately the antibiotics. After the results of scan I have admitted in the hospital. Dr

Receptionist was rude, I told her I was on the train full of people yet she wanted me to disclose why I needed an emergency appointment and tell the train. I may aswell of announced it to the entire train with a large speaker.

Ring up and speak to reception if you would like to be made to feel like human garbage. I appreciate that there is a market for that sort of thing, but I wouldn’t expect it as standard through the NHS.

We can’t book an appointment at all. They always fully booked or ask me to call only 8 to 9am. Even for my baby daughter. Terrible service. Honestly, no service.

Dr. O'Connell was my Mum's GP for around two decades. I only have good things to say about the good Doctor - she was just brilliant! And Dr. Bennett too.
