Hit or miss... We ate here two weeks ago after not being able to get into Cafe Coco (hour's wait), and the experience was a positive one. The only snag was having to wait a few minutes to be seated-there was no greeter, and we were seated by a fellow who ended up being our server, Josh. He was very friendly, attentive and helpful, and unfortunately, he seemed to be very overworked as did just about everyone else in the restaurant. Hot, fresh chips arrived immediately, and once our dinner was delivered, Josh popped in to check on us frequently to make sure all was well. The food was excellent-I had the smokehouse sampler, and it was fantastic-I was impressed by the experience, and couldn't wait to come back the following Saturday. ....fast forward to 30th April.... We returned to be greeted by a half-hour's wait-luckily, this time, there was a greeter and more servers, so we waited the appropriate amount of time and were seated, unfortunately not in Josh's section. Our new server, Jay, seemed to be friendly and talkative, but he hardly checked on us during our dinner-no chips and salsa were delivered so I asked about them, and he said "they are available on request or if you're a rewards member." The other tables in our section received chips and salsa no questions asked, and one table who was seated after us was served before us. Not happy. The food arrived quickly, and everyone at the table said it wasn't nearly as good as last time. I had the ancho salmon, and although the salmon was tasty, the broccoli had no seasoning, no butter, no salt, and the rice was terrible-crunchy, dry, lukewarm and inedible. I was going to ask for some butter or something for my veggies, but our server bypassed our table several times to attend to other patrons. I can't help but think there was some discrimination at play here. Luckily, Josh happened to be working the section next to ours, so we snagged him for help-good thing, because he recognised us from the first visit and did all he could to rectify the situation. He refilled our drinks, brought our dessert, and was overall a ray of sunshine. So, it's hit or miss. Hopefully you'll go on a day when the "good cooks" are working, and you get a good server. TL;DR Ask for Josh, and hope you're there on a day with the "good cooks".

After visiting several Chili's over the past several months, it seems somebody at Chili's corporate office needs to know that it is not a good idea to have only a bartender and one wait person to serve the whole restaurant. You are setting them up for failure and you are going to have unhappy customers who may not return after several bad experiences. The manager at this particular restaurant also needs to know that the guy who brings the food to the tables absolutely does not care at all whether he takes the food to the correct table. He brought us part of someone else's order. Later he took our dessert to someone else's table. I do applaud our waiter who did the very best he could. He also had a young lady who was trying her best to help. I really feel for them. I had the sirloin, mashed potatoes and broccoli which had too much salt for my taste. Had there been less salt, I would have really enjoyed my food. We became more disappointed as we waited for someone to bring us our check. I finally flagged down the young lady and asked for the check. She said that we were to pay at the table. No one bothered to tell us..... We will think twice about dining at Chili's even though I usually enjoy their steak.

I never have a good experience here. I ordered a to go order the other day and I waited past my time for pickup and I realized after being 5 minutes after my pickup time they wasn't going to bring my food out so I walked in the to go door seen my food sitting on the counter getting very cold I grabbed my own bag walked straight back out the door nobody said anything at all I could have just took anybody's food. I also left a tip when ordering. I cant believe i left a tip for that but i couldn't take it back after paying online. This is the worse restaurant ever. Since they have opened I keep trying it thinking it will be better but it never has even going inside to eat food is usually never hot you get lucky if it's even warm when it comes out. Please don't waste your money or time if you plan on wanting good hot food and good service. They just run that place any way they want. I never leave bad reviews places but I couldn't let this just go unnoticed. It won't change anything but hopefully I can help the next person that thinks they will be getting good food and service for their money to change their mind and go somewhere else.

To start the menues and table were dirty. The server seemed like he would rather be anywhere but there. We were told that they were very low on chips but somehow all 8 tables seated after us were able to get them when we were told they had enough for maybe two baskets. Server or kitchen staff proved to either not listen or not care about requests regarding the food. When I request to have items left off I feel that is not hard to do. The food came out warm at best. If it was not for the fact that i had not eaten much that day and even raw fish would have been fine i would have considered the food close to inedible. We saw more of the kitchen staff then our own Server. And yet still had to tip our server. Mandatory tipping makes it no longer a tip and more of a direct payment for that person's wages. Tips are earned not given so that falls on the company as a whole. But overall I will never be dining at a chili's again.

The last time I was at a Chili's the vegetarian options were pitiful. I was talked into going again and while there is huge room for improvement still, I was pleasantly surprised that there are a few more options now on their menu. They still have a LONG way to go to be inclusive though. I had a "veggie fajita" which consists of a tiny bit of rice, a cup of beans, a bunch of sauces, a giant pile of cooked (not fajita style) onions, some cooked peppers(not fajita style), a large bed of cooked asparagus and topped with a... cut up black bean burger. Now, flavor wise it's pretty good. They give you 3 tortilla's to make tacos with. It's definitely not something I have seen anywhere else. It's an attempt at creativity which most chains lack. Is it something that will bring me back? Nope. I can say the people were friendly. The drinks were really good! The appetizers were on point. I'd definitely go for happy hour if the have it. As far as food though, I'll wait for another menu refresh.

UPDATE: In my previous review i was so upset about the food quality. I gave it a try again. I will let the pandemic take the blame for the food and service I received prior. The staff are great and the food was better than expected. I am not even the person to complain bc I know every one has off days. This is the 3rd time I've gotten subpar food from this Chili's location though. So it's more of an environment of suckiness at this Chili's. I don't even want to call or go back up there bc "2nd time shame on me" and it makes me feel like a Karen. It's ridiculous though.There is literally no chicken or beans in my chicken bacon ranch quesadilla and the chicken crispers were old. Both meals were cold. On the brightside my dogs loved it! Go inside and eat or stay away from here. Carbide is very disappointing.

I went there with my partner and few of our friends on a somewhat busy Saturday afternoon. We ordered off their $25 for 2 deal, and I must say their burgers were quite nice, and their queso was spot on. However, I was extremely frustrated with our server. Like most Chilis establishments in Nashville, this location was also heavily understaffed; the bartender was doubling as a server. Without surprise, our server was incompetent, since he put the wrong items in the check and forgot to serve our dessert. To make matter worse, I waited for 15-20 minutes and had no other choice but to interrupt the bartender talking to a person on the barstand so that I receive my correct check and get out of here. Absolute disaster service, and I truely hope nobody else goes through what I went through.

I know it's a new place and needs sometime to recover. So I will have some tolerance in my review. First of all kitchen is very slow. We had to wait over 45 minutes for the meal. We ordered a Fajitas plate which seems for two person. The picture on the menu had lots of meat and sides. The waiter also confirmed that it was for two person. But we have received nearly half of the portion as you can see in the picture. It fits for 1 person only. However, the staff and the manager were kind enough to fix this and they brought another plate for free. If they don't fix the conflict between the menu and the actual portion, you might have the same problem. Finally this place is too loud. It needs acoustic insulation. Overall, this place is not our favourite for now.

We absolutely loved our visit to chili's tonight. We had a little bit of a wait when we first got there, but it was dinner rush.. The entire staff handled it like a pro. Our hostess was so sweet. She talked to my little 2 year old as if she is just as important as everyone else.. Speaking of important.. the manager checked in on us several times to make sure we were well taken care of. Our server, Georgie, was very nice and she was happy to get us whatever we needed. They made sure to show us how important our business is to them and how much they care about their customers. The service was great. The food was very good as well. My compliments to the chef. Thank you for being the highlight of my night. We will be back. Great service is worth a little drive.

I NEED to shout out waitress Rory at this Chilis! She was so attentive without being overbearing. I’ve never had such a good experience… When we first got there, I ordered a mango unsweetened ice tea. She asked me ahead of time about my preference with sweetness, etc. and then when she wasn’t sure if she made it right, she brought me ANOTHER without me asking just to avoid any possibility of a bad experience. Then later I asked for some extra cheese for my corn, and she brought me more of ALL the seasonings being she noticed it wasn’t made great to begin with. Again, I didn’t even have to ask! It is receiving a 3 because I have had good food there, but this time was so awful, I had to leave a review This was easily the worst service I've ever had at Chili's. I'm a loyal customer. I ordered a well 10oz sirloin, and it is rare. I can't eat it because I'm pregnant. So I have to cook it. Ordered broccoli and received one medium head of broccoli that is cold. I ordered 6 grilled shrimp and only received 5. This costs me $30 and everything feels like it has been in the fridge. I sat in the curbside pick up 20+ minutes and checked in twice before giving up and going inside to get my food. This was AWFUL. I'm loyal but this has left a bad taste.

When the waitress finally said something she said I'm sorry and I will be right back. 20 minutes later she stopped and got our drink order. I ordered a house salad. When I arrived, Chili’s had included chicken on my salad. I brought this to their attention and the kitchen staff picked the chicken off the salad, added some cheese and sent it back out to me. I immediately requested a cancellation of order and refund. I then requested the GM’s contact information and Levi (manager) said that he is the GM. This meal was purchased on Sunday and via a gift card. By the following Thursday, the funds had not been returned to the gift card; thus I had to return to the store. People are just unsanitary and can’t perform simple tasks these days.

I've tried once a month since this location opened, I've given them the benefit of the doubt each time, but honestly, I will probably never come back here. (For starters they changed their menu and took off the amazing tableside guac) Everytime I come to this location the food is always barely room temperature, takes forever, and is illprepared all around. Don't get me wrong the overall store itself is nice, clean, and the staff are great. However the food coming from the kitchen is subpar. I attached pictures of my broccoli, and are fried pickles that were mostly crumbs. Sorry Chili's, you're not getting your baby back.

Ordered burger 2 times with pink and it's written on tray liner "pink" but yet no pink on my burger. Picture shows this. Horrible svc. Host helped out more than waitress did. Didn't get our 2 glasses of ice water til we got our app( onion petals) . waited 15 mins before being greeted at our table. Another 15 mins for our app. Spend over a hour for 2 waters, 2 burgers & fries, & chocolate chip cookie. After asking waitress for napkins 10 mins goes by and had to get the host to get napkins. I don't have many date nights with my wife and feel like diner was wasted with this horrible svc.

I gave it a 3 when it openned because its new. Fast forward to now. The service is always lacking. The menu is not even close to the normal Chili's menu. Just tonight we tries ordering online. The pickup time was 5:28 the food was ready at 6:00 It was not Curbside. My wife could not get a refund except for it to mail to her. Extra Honey Mustard = Ranch No Garlic Aoli or Bun in my wife burger. My son's drink was forgotten. There has never been a visit where the order has not been messed up. The service has been at best lazy. If you want Chili's drive to the one in Brentwood.

Ate here tonight while on a long, long road trip from LA to NC and back again. Lia helped us right away and was so warm, kind, and attentive — it really cheered us up after an exhausting day on the road. Manager Greg was also especially kind and helpful — he made us feel like old friends! Everywhere we turned we saw smiling, helpful people. What a wonderful staff! The food was yummy too, but it was the excellent service that made our night!

Discrimination, Discrimination i never felt it so real. It made me so angry the fact that the girl waiter made sure she took care of all of the "Caucasian" folks first! My children were leaning over the table to the point as the other guest that just came in got their food! As I look over she hands more plates of food to another group of guest. Sat on hold for 10 minutes at 9:15pm attempting to place a to go order. “Michael” answered the phone after holding to tell me that to go ends at 9:00pm. This place needs some new management. Ordered online, hit the notification on the app for curbside delivery, and the food didn't come out. Went in to retrieve it, and it took several attempts to get anyone's attention. Food wasn't ready. When I got it, my steak was the incorrect temperature. I ordered medium rare, but the steak was crispy well-done. The asparagus, mushrooms, and steak were extremely salty. There was no avocado when the order comes with avocado. Just terrible.

Usually no problem ordering from here, with the food being above average as expected. Last night the kitchen seems to have forgotten what “combo” means so I ended up paying roughly $30 for 16 wings and no fries. DoorDash gave me a half refund so I wasn’t too upset until I took a bite of the wings. Cold and undercooked. Truly pathetic experience.

The host was probably the slowest, least welcoming person I've ever met. Was laying his head on the host stand. When we walked in with my boyfriend's elderly grandparents he sat down with all his menus and didn't offer anyone a seat while we waited. Definitely disappointed in this young man's attitude.

Not happy at all went in for veterans day meal. Ordered and ordered an appetizers. Got my appetizer never got my food had to ask the host for a refill. Waited an hour. Asked for bill never got it put down the money for meal and left will not come here again. I've never had worse service in my life.

Food was great..fast service not the friendliest server but I'll give her the benefit of the doubt and say maybe she was off her game that day..

Shrimp quesadillas, chilli, double burger lunch with fries. All so good and fresh. Thank you chilis. First experience here is awesome.
