Honestly there's a chicken chef down the street just go there. The guy was rude on the phone said my small order which was wrong by the way would take an hour and fifteen minutes to get to my house and I only live a 15 minute walk away from the nairn chicken delight. I got two pieces of chicken, which were cold when they got here. The bun was crusty and stale and full of grease because they packed it in with the chicken. My salad was wrong and the guy never even asked me which salad I would like on the phone . After I waited over an hour and fifteen I called back to check on my food. The guy then said yeah yeah you called earlier I said it would be an hour and a half. So he lied to me and then I waited another 10 minutes for my food. When the delivery guy came into my house he gave me the wrong order. He then came back with the right one. I also ordered a pouting from them which was just fries and gravy. TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE SERVICE. They honestly don't deserve even one star. I hope this was chicken delight on a bad day because it was the worst food service I've ever received and I've been on this planet for 17 years.

I picked up a skip order from the restaurant last night and I confirmed with the employee if he gave me the whole order before I left because I have been working for skip from several years and I know things get left behind. So I picked up whatever he gave me and reached to the customer but when I handed the order over to the customer they got mad at me because things were missing from their order. So I asked the customer to call the restaurant in front of me and ask them why they didn’t give me the whole order. The employees started telling the customer that the skip driver usually steal food and blame it on the customers afterwards but I didn’t even do anything wrong and when I talked to the employee over the phone he started telling me how I was irresponsible and didn’t take everything. I literally have proof on my dashcam which shows all the items I picked up and put in my bag and the customer is also aware of what they did to me. So please don’t blame skip drivers or the customers for the mistakes restaurant makes and be more responsible about the actions you guys take.

Their chicken is decent, but I find their pizza is always either burnt or under cooked. I called in once to complain after having a pizza delivered because it was so burnt it was black on the bottom. The managers response was "Bring it in and we'll replace it." never had to walk to a pizza place to have my 'delivered pizza' replaced before. *edit* New Years Eve we phoned to have pizza delivered. They informed us that they weren't delivering pizza tonight. I called back later and asked if they could make for pickup, they said yes but it will be at 7:30 (2 hours from now) I said that's fine we can pickup at 7:30, they then immediately said they aren't making pizza at all again. I asked to speak to the manager who also said they could make a pizza order for pick up at 7:30 I said okay, asked for my order, and he informed me again they aren't making pizza. Downgraded my review from a 3* to a 1* I'd give a 0 if possible.

I was a bit nervous to try this location because the reviews are pretty mixed, however it turned out I had no reason to be. We had a delicious meal. Chicken was cooked thoroughly but not burnt, fries were a golden brown and not dried out. Gravy was great and the buns were fresh. Very patient cashier, as we stood there trying to decide what to order, never tried to rush us and answered all our questions. Over all a wonderful experience. The only reason It's getting 4 stars instead of 5 is because we ordered the Lucky 13 special and it was supposed to come with 13 pieces of chicken but we only recieved 12.

I am utterly disappointed and frustrated with my recent purchase of chicken from your restaurant, which amounted to a substantial $60. It was a complete waste of money. The chicken tasted absolutely awful, likely due to the oil used, which seemed to be old and neglected. The strong smell of spoiled chicken and the poor quality of the food served were unacceptable. The experience was far from satisfactory, leaving me with a lasting negative impression. I urge you to take immediate action to address these issues, as customers should not have to endure such subpar quality and tastelessness after investing their hard-earned money.

This Nairn location will NOT remain in business long. Spent $50 chicken only. It all ended up in the landfill. The oil they used must have been months old and the chicken tasted awful. Their interact keypad was so filthy that it was difficult to read the numbers. I contacted the head office with little satisfaction. Never again. Save your $ and buy at Mary Browns or Popeyes. This place could use a visit from the health inspectors.

Ordered a meal deal via the drive-through. Paid with card with no apparent issues. A minute or two later they said it was declined and we had to pay cash or come inside to pay? Odd but whatever, easily remedied. Food itself was decent, one of the larger pieces of chicken's skin was quite "soggy" but the rest were fine. Don't expect extra-crispy. Normally not our first choice but they were open and on route, would order it again given the circumstances.

Extremely unprofessional! I guess we are making our own hours now with these franchises. Went to place an order at 1030 pm ( store hours are advertised to be closing at 11pm ) and the open sign is off and the individuals inside are giving hand signal of them being closed. Couldn't not even come to the door and talk properly. Having said that the food is good and fresh. But the costumer service is horrible which only turns costumers away.

Food was delivered. At first thought they forgot the buns. Found the buns in sealed bucket with chicken. Buns were covered in mold hence the reason why they packaged them the way they did. Old dry buns seem fresh to the touch when in a bucket of steaming greasy chicken. They should have picked the mold of first. Called to advise and no one really cared. I advised they should check the rest of the buns. Phone hung up. Seriously??

I've ordered from this location several times and have been disappointed each time. Pizza has been burnt, chicken and fries are never fresh but soggy and oily. I've given this location several chances hoping it would just be an odd occurrence but it doesn't seem so. I will never order from this location again and I wouldn't recommend to anyone else. Avoid this place and Go to chicken chef down the street!

Since the new management has taken over in 2016, the quality of food and customer service has improved drastically. I would highly recommend it trying this location of Chicken Delight. They also have halal chicken, if someone is looking for halal dine-in or take out. Unlike, many other deep fried chicken outlets I have tried, this location serves chicken freshly made!! I would give them a 5 star rating.

In all the times I've been to this location, the chicken has never appeared to have been cooked using fresh oil which would result in a nice tasting, light golden brown slightly dry on the outside and juicy on the inside chicken. Instead, I've always been served dark brown oil-soaked chicken with a slight rancid oil taste, with the fries not being much better.

I just ordered some, chicken, fries and gravey meal, it arrived and everything was cold, was very disappointed, I just moved to this area and used to order from the Isabel location, as I lived downtown, the food was alway hot when delivered, won't be ordering from Nairn anymore,

Haven’t ordered for a long time, used to love the pizza. When the chicken is good it’s great when it’s not it’s horrible. Order the chicken pizza combo special. Paid extra for all thighs and a larger pizza. Chicken was not great and there appeared to be no sauce on the pizza making it very dry. Disappointing for the price, had expected better quality.

Best chicken delight in the area. Good enough to come back to. Sometimes the fires are not well done when I ask for it and sometimes they say they will let me know when my food is ready when I am waiting outside and they don't but overall the food is constantly good and I would recommend if you like chicken delight.

If I could give no stars they get minus 5. Food took 20 min for a 4 piece meal that tasted like it was fried in putrid engine oil slaw was the worst ever. My mom used to work at toulon lo nation and food there was consistently five stars and not cuz it was my mommy cooking. For real do not eat here....ever...ever.

We ordered from Chicken Delight on Nairn Ave and everything was great from start to finish. The staff were very friendly and efficient, the delivery was fast, the driver was courteous, and the chicken was cooked perfectly. I would highly recommend this location!

Showed up to the drive thru menu, waited for 10min no answer... Drive up to the window that has a sign on it reading please knock... So I did, then got the dirtiest look from the young broad that was probably just sitting there doing nothing.. Needless to say that I won't be going back

My all time favorite pizza but I'm gonna have to take a break for a while. Ordered through door dash again tonight and they left out an entire pizza AGAIN. Not the first or even second time this has happened but now I'm done. Employees should learn how to read orders correctly.

First time at this location. The people were friendly . Ordered take out. Chicken and pizza. Get home. Given 3 wings as pcs of chicken. I could see one maybe two but three. Not too sure I will ever go back to this location. The pizza is tasty an so is the chicken and gravy.

I waited an extra 50 minutes to get my order, so It took them about an hour and a half to make it. They need to learn how to properly staff and prepare the food before rushes. Also turn the heat on in the restaurant. People shouldn't have to wear their winter coats to eat.

This place does NOT have the original chicken delight tasting wings or gravy! Seriously need to call corporate on these people mixing different ingredients. BRING BACK THE ORIGINAL CHICKEN DELIGHT TASTE!

Friendly service, however on my last trip the register wasn't working and the server calculated the price in their head. I am sure they were correct. it does still make me want take a star off for them not, at least for my sake, using a calculator.

Food came out fresh. Lunch specials are of good value. Dining room was quiet (no customers) and really cold as if the heat was out. All of the napkin dispensers were empty. Television in dining area not working. The service was good.

Well bathroom was horrible as looked like someone vomited and floors were sticky. Tables were sticky and unwired and the meal consisted of all the smallest pieces of chicken I have ever seen. Fries over cooked and gravy was cold.

Ordered a 13 piece last night for dinner. 3 pieces white meat, the rest dark. Unacceptable. This is the second time I have been extremely disappointed. Last time it was mouldy buns. Will not order from here again.

They gave me halal chicken instead of regular because it was close to closing time and they didn't want to put down more chicken. I would of been fine with it but the issue was they denied it afterwards.
