So they added a Chester's chicken in here. I gave a one star because of the chicken. I'll be very honest, the chicken is delicious and the service was phenomenal both from the Chester's staff and the store staff. The complaint I have is that I asked for an 8 piece chicken all dark. I stepped away after ordering to look for hot sauce. Came back to the counter with a few other items picked up the chicken box and paid for all my items. When I got back to my hotel I had white meat chicken mixed in. The lady was nice but didn't listen to my order. She even repeated my order to me when I ordered. I dont care how good the chicken is, and the chicken is good, im not going to go back if they are going to lie to my face. She deliberately ignored my order, and that's why the lost my business. Fair warning people, make sure you watch your order.

Says open 24 hrs, I've lived here 2 years right across the street I've never seen them open past 1am to about 4 am. They are notorious for ringing you up double for stuff, watch them! They also say your unpumped gas will go back on your debit card, it never does. It's safer than the Circle K across the street but at least they don't try and over charge you every time you walk in. Almost forgot, they have the most expensive gas in town AND the pump starts blowing air for about a dollar before gas actually starts coming out. See for yourself!

I've been filling up and buying car washes at this Chevron for 2 years now. A couple nights ago I used the car wash, and the dryers did not work, leaving my car all spotty. Today I went in and told the cashier, and asked if I could run it through again. It's the first time I've ever even gone inside. The cashier acted like I was trying to rip them off. Said she would do it this time, but she remembered me coming in before. Very unimpressed.

always happy when i enter, get snacks for work, clerk was cheerful but watchful, what you expect but not rude. I like the store, not the customers who WERE rude to me And the clerk. Watched for a few after i paid and some customers snapped at the clerk threateningly. they didnt like me watching-im old, but the eyes tell a different story. former Army Drill Sgt, 6'4" 250 lbs. They left without completing their threat to the clerk. 0522 hrs.

They don't seem to care about COVID 19 spread. The employees aren't wearing masks and no markers for social distancing. Also saw a guy touching all the tops of cans to face them forward and when i said something to the cashier she had an attitude and thought it was no big deal. I feel like they could be more socially responsible

Wouldn’t refill my propane tank at 11 am on Sunday, since “morning shift didn’t show up for work”. So they are willing to lose my business, because the manager couldn’t bother to refill the tank himself. The place was deserted, since their gas prices are so high. I will not bother to stop there for propane ever again.

Customer service is terrible, they say 24 hours but they ignore you at night and you can't get service because the doors are locked the night people are grumpy and hate their job. I live across the street and will now drive 4 miles out of my way to QT where everything is great

Stopped in last night on the way back to Flagstaff, filled up with E 85 flex fuel, we used the bathrooms, Bought some food, the female working check out was extremely polite. It’s too bad everybody else is having bad experiences? Ours was very positive!

I wish I could give a zero to the ladies that work as cashiers. You are the rudest people I ever met, and you slow as hell. Don't go to this place. You better off going across the street to circle k. I hope you go out of business.

After emailing Chevron Corp regarding this store and the employees not wearing I would have expected a difference.... WRONG! Shame to this store and Chevron Corp for allowing this behavior to continue. STILL NO MASK! Shame

I can’t speak (nor did I read) why the star rating is so low but I came here for the Flex Fuel E54 Ethanol fuel and everything seemed pleasant. Obviously I didn’t come during rush hour but I didn’t have any problems.

Another energy company reminding you that you should just shut up and keep giving them money because if you don't they won't be billionaires. You don't want them to winter and summer in the same place do you?!

Gas pumps force you to watch video ads at the pump, there is no way to mute them. I stopped going here it used to be the only gas station I went to but the ads are too much.

NOT 24 HOURS!!! Nice store with great selection, but they are not open 24 hours. Please update your store hours so people don't waste trips to your store!

I put in Google maps, CHEAP GAS, and Google suggested this chicken place that has CHEVRON GAS, for 5.00 a gallon, go to QT where gas is 3.90 per gallon.

Clean gas station. Bathrooms are available to public. Individual restrooms for men and women. This gas station has a car wash, propane, e85, and diesel

I don’t know if this is Chevron standard. They are pending my card 200 bucks for 50 bucks worth of gas... Now my card is tied up. Thank you Chevron!!

The manager is very rude and cusses at customers refuses to help you and then yells at you because you ask for something like cigarettes

the gas pumps are out of service due to some maintenance so if your driving to put gas dont waste your time coming to this location

You cannot get cash back with a gas purchase here!!!!! And they also charge 99 cents for cash back. What a joke!

Clean station. Lots of pumps. Trash cans emptied frequently. Window squeegies and paper towels at each pump.

It feels like everything is over priced. And staff friendliness is 50 /50
