I came into this pharmacy to get some medicines and a young man wearing yellow glasses at the cash register on Thursday night was exceptionally polite and sweet. He saw we were a bit lost and was able to help me and my mum locate the medicine and showed us to where the pharmacists were so we could ask them some questions. The pharmacist, a woman (maybe middle eastern? but spoke perfect english) was able to answer all the questions I had immediately and without referring to the internet. You could tell they were very knowledgable. I have gone to pharmacies in the past where I could see the pharmacists googling my questions which is very worrying so seeing this set me and my mum at ease. I asked the boy if there was a bank nearby and if it was open. The pharmacy seemed busy and he seemed stretched thin but not only did he check to see if it was open for me, he also drew me a map on a piece of paper showing me the directions to the bank. He made conversation with my mum as well while he was scanning her medicine as there was a lot and the topic of work and school came up. He took the time to check that all her medication was correct and let us know that one of the medications was missing. This was as the pharmacy did not have it in stock but we would pay for it and come collect it when it was back in stock. The pharmacist had already told us this so we knew but it was great to see that he was good enough at his job to notice and cared enough for her health to not only check but let us know. My mum gave him some advice as she was a nurse and he seemed very excited for his student placements coming up. She asked him if he liked his job and he replied that he loved it. We could tell he meant it. I have never seen a cashier who has gone this far and beyond. My mum even commented to me afterwards that he was a gentleman. She came into the pharmacy a bit worried and left smiling. We will definitely be shopping here again in the future and would love to see both the boy and the female pharmacists again. They are to be commended for both their professionalism and their humanity despite how busy the pharmacy was. Would HIGHLY recommend this store.

I recently had a disappointing experience at the store I purchased an item that did end up not working for me , and when I tried to return it for a refund, I was told that the store’s policy didn’t allowed for refunds or store credit. To make matters worse, the store employee informed me that I had to use the value of $239 on the spot so I had to browse the store and find items to purchase that added up to the value of the item I was returning. This was frustrating and time-consuming, and I ended up buying things I didn’t really need to use up the credit. I understand the policies are in place for a reason, but I feel that in this case, the policy was inflexible and didn’t take in account the customer’s needs or circumstances. I would not recommend shopping at this store if you value good customer service and hassle-free return policy.

Mum had a cough, then it turned to a minor asthma attack, low and behold the Ventolin puffer was nowhere to be found at 10pm on a Monday night. If it wasnt for you guys being open the hospital was the only next best option. As I leave home I put a call in, Isaac answers and advised what I need, he asked for my name. It was ready at the counter, I swiftly pay and make my way back home to give her respite from her cough and struggling to rest and breath properly. It was almost drive thru, guys, thank you, I hope you get whatever funding it takes to keep you guys helping our community of Sydney around you, Sincerely. Pietro

I guess this place would be helpful for after hours.. But to my surprise this pharmacy’s customer service is inferior quality. I have been here a handful of times because it is local and every time I go to hand over my prescription I am not greeted or the staff is talking to the pharmacist about the previous customers script - without excusing or courtesy. I know everyone is hardworking especially through times like this during (Covid-19) but work with diligence composing a more warm stance. I walked in cheerful but left feeling dizzy and irritated! Energy vibration here is INDISPOSED.

I just had my first interaction with Chemistworks in Wetherill Park and it was nothing short of amazing. I had a few sick family members who needed prescription medication so I contact Chemistworks at 3am and Roger was more then happy to assist. He went above and beyond to ensure all my questions were answered and he confirmed they had the medications in stock. I was able to drive down and pick them up, all within an hour or making the first call. Can't stress how good the service was...highly recommend Roger and his team!

On a recent trip to the chemist, I lost my car keys, it was distressing because I had my twin 5 years olds with me, it was getting late and I didn’t have spare keys, I am so grateful of how kind and supportive the young man serving at the register was, he went out of his way to help me and he managed to track down my keys. I have seen him before in the chemist and I’ve thought, how warm and welcoming he is. Thank you Amer, you were a big help!

The staff here are always friendly and helpful. A BIG thank you to Lachlan & Ina who are always so welcoming, knowledgeable and helpful. Lachlan has always been so kind and supportive when my depression is bad. And Ina is a ray of sunshine. She is ALWAYS so happy and ALWAYS welcomes me with such enthusiasm and joy. I understand you guys have protocol / rules to follow but when a mother calls for help for her child and you are cold and dismissive towards her it does not feel good. You are in an industry where people need your help. If it is too much of a hassle and you have zero patience or understanding then maybe you should look for another profession. The lady I spoke to In dispensary could have been a little nicer! Shame on you!

Chemistworks has helped me tremendously. From someone who suffered from sleep apneia and having this negatively impact my life in all aspects, to having this issue under control with the help of the chemistworks team. My life has drastically improved and I am feeling happier and healthier. Would highly recommend the friendly and knowledgeable staff at Chemistworks to anyone in need of their services.

Had an amazing experience in Chemistworks. I was looking for some medication for my mum who was down with the flu and was helped by Sandra and pharmacists to pick out the products that would be right for her, even though they were very busy this morning. Store was also clean and well stocked with all the essentials. Great location, with entrances both inside the shopping centre and to the road.

A few days ago, I came to Chemistworks I had a really good experience, the staff and pharmacists are really helpful and lovely especially Maryam (the pharmacy student) who gave my mum her medications, and went through every detail and answered our questions. She is very intelligent and she will become a great pharmacist! I highly recommend Chemistworks and their staff.

Everywhere I called said the compound medicine I needed would take a few days but Ruqayya did it for me in 20 minutes. I can’t express how much relief I had being able to get this medicine so quickly for my baby who’s constantly in pain crying. She also assisted me with probiotics for myself. Very quick, efficient and great customer service.

The best customer service i have ever experienced! I came in around 8 with my son who had just injured himself playing soccer, i was welcomed in by a staff member named Will who was just the man i was looking for. Ronaldo made for an excellent shopping experience. I proceeded to the register to pay for my products after having to stop by Chemistworks to pick up some medication and immunity pills. It was all Ronaldo. As all shop colleagues need to have, he was kind, patient, and had a pleasant, inviting demeanour.
