Negative 5 stars ! My sister attended this store on Thursday evening. She had recently been in a work place accident. He face is lacerated and bruised. She has also diagnosed mild-concussion. Her mouth is split and she has dental injuries. She carries a medical letter giving her permission not to wear a mask despite current legislation. Upon arrival at approximately 7pm to fill her script for pain, the ‘security’ guard on the door refused her entry. Despite her saying she has a doctors letter for non-mask wearing he said he didn’t care and refused her entry. She asked if there was a reason why customers already in store were without a mast and wearing them under the chin. She stood out on the street in pain as the bully ‘guard’ continued to refuse her assistance and refused her script service. She had to beg to be allowed service. He demanded she wait outside blatantly discriminating against her and causing her considerable distress. Those letters are for a reason and it exempts people due to medical reasons. It is against the law both at federal and state level, to refuse someone any service based on disability or medical condition! The whole ordeal caused her to feel anxious and further distressed. The guard continued to intimidate her. Thinking the matter done, to her shock the store manager accessed her private contact details the following day and phoned her. He claimed she upset the staff, they felt threatened and she is no longer welcome in store. The manager who was not even there phoned her to tell her off. How on earth is it even legal for any shop assistant to access private health records and contact a customer to harass them further. Reading these reviews I’m not surprised. The unethical and discriminatory treatment together with the accessing of her private information will be reported to the pharmacy board. Disgraceful. What pharmacy ever in this world hires door thugs to intimidate customers who are very likely there because they are sick or injured. Avoid at all costs. Note : the fake positive reviews immediately following negative ones. Randomly supporting staff and praising positive service. If ‘kids’ are old enough to work, they are old enough to cop feedback about their service or lack thereof.
I have been doing reviews for many years now and i am very fair with my reviews. Its never nice writing a negative review for a company but this place has unfortunately earned it. Take this positively and learn from it and step up your game. The emphasis being that the Chemist part is almost non-existant and its turned into a warehouse where people can hardly move between the isles. The staff are very young and should maybe go on a course on time management as its very difficult to get assistance from some of these very young workers. Their mobile phones too should be put aside whilst they are working. The actual Pharmacy part is beyond slow and too much talking instead of getting on with the dispensing. Waiting times for prescription medication is totally unacceptable. Sometimes normal medication from the dispensary shelf to the front and being checked can take up to over an hour. This has happened to us on numerous occasions where we've waited for an hour and then when we ask where the medication is they say it still has to be checked which takes a further 15 minutes. This while we've been patiently waiting whilst watching these young people talking away. On two occasions we have ended up with other peoples scheduled medication and had to return to get it corrected. This is totally unacceptable. We have now requested to have our files moved over to the Hoppers Crossing branch which runs beautifully. We have been using The Point Cook Branch since 2010 but enough is enough now. To the people who have written 5 start reviews, it is bad that you mislead people and them waste their time waiting. It will take less time to drive to Hoppers Crossing and back than wait so long for service. Point Cook branch should do themselves a favour and go see how Hopers Crossing does it.
I went in today to grab quite a lot of toiletries for my family before we go on holiday next week. Aveeno seem to have expanded on their range and I absent mindedly opened a bottle to have a sniff of what it was like etc. Suddenly ‘Mark’ from the store comes out of nowhere and talks down to me like I was a piece of dirt, saying ‘ok, so can you stop opening the lids on moisturisers as once you do that bacteria goes in and it loses it’s blah blah.’ The reason I won’t continue is that I was too gobsmacked at the way he was talking to me, I didn’t even finish listening to what he had to say. He may have said it in a calm enough manner, but he had his palms up towards me, like he was telling a little child off to stop mucking around or they’ll be sent to bed with no dinner. I finally found my tongue and said ‘I’m sorry.. and I’ve only opened one’. He continued with his patronising tone, had the last word and walked off, like I was some sort of inconvenience to his life. I walked over and complained to the manager John (who apologised on Mark’s behalf) Lost a customer today, guys. Just like that.
I don't usually leave negative reviews for anyone but people should know what to expect when they visit here. I have shopped at this CW on a regular basis and have spent a lot of money here over the years. Today, I waited in the queue and once at the front of line I asked the pharamcist to sign a one page stat declaration for me in which I was willing to pay a fee and wait the 15mins like everybody else. However I was told that I would need to wait 40mins. He then blurted out that other customers would need to come first and I would be shoved to the back of the queue. I left this store and drove to a chemist down the road who were happy to sign my stat declaration and of course I willingly paid a small fee. Decent, good quality people behave this way. The Chemist Warehouse pharmacists of Point Cook are rude, short tempered and only interested in you if you can line their pockets. Their rudeness today has now cost them a once loyal and paying customer. Good manners cost nothing.
Worst customer service experience ever. Very rude and careless staff. My wife developed Gestational diabetes during pregnancy Hospital Nurse gave us National Diabetes services scheme form which we suppose to take it to the pharmacy to get strips and then pharmacy suppose to send that form to NDSS so we get the discounted card from NDSS. After few weeks when contacted NDSS about card they said they haven’t received any paper work from pharmacy when contacted pharmacy and asked if they can give me some details when and how the form was sent and if they can provide me copy of NDSS, staff rudely said you have to go to Hospital or GP again and we have nothing here I explained staff She only have few strips left and its very important as Hospital appointment is not till next month and we can’t afford to get strips on full price. They never send our form and didn’t have the copy either so we are basically stuck.
Until recently I was a regular customer of Chemist Warehouse Point Cook; unfortunately several incidents involving very poor customer service from a particular cashier over the past couple of months has caused me to take my business to Hoppers Crossing which is a shame as Point Cook is walking distance from my home. I was so appalled with the poor service that I kept on receiving from this young African woman that I kept forgetting to get her name and couldn’t wait to get out of there. I honestly wish I could have describe her without focusing on her race, as I have experienced racial discrimination myself, but I feel if the business is going to improve its customer service and possibly offer this young lady some better training they should be able to identify her. A more pleasant attitude and care in handling the products she is processing would make a world of difference.
Have been to this CW outlet many times. Lately, their customer service has deteriorated rapidly in the pharmacy section. They are always too busy to pay attention to customers. Pharmacists are rude and have no knowledge of Australian Medicare regulations. They don’t listen to what customers are saying as they have already made up their minds as to how they are going to serve you. I’m on the Medicare safety net and they tried to charge me for my medicines “because that’s what the computer says”. They have done this before and I let it go because it was a small charge. In the end I asked for my script back, which was nearly thrown back at me, and got my medicines somewhere else at no cost, which is the purpose of the safety net. NEVER GOING BACK TO THIS CW OUTLET. Do not sacrifice your sanity. Go somewhere else. These pharmacists are rude and confrontational.
I have been giving this chemist warehouse my business, getting my family's medications here for the past three and a half years, and I will NEVER give them my business again. Went to pick up my partner's medication and I was interrogated by the pharmacist on his meds. She asked what problems does he have that he needs this certaint medication, why isn't he seeing a specialist, I need to tell him what to do!!!!! Are you kidding me, I can't go to the store and pick up meds for my partner who works 13 hrs a day and is in terrible pain, working like a dog to support his family, without being scolded on why is he taking this med, he should be seeing someone else. Seriously!! Like when did they start hiring dr's? Since when is it ok to be interrogated about someone's condition? NEVER GIVING TAKING A MEDICATION OR PURCHASING FROM THIS CHEMIST WAREHOUSE AGAIN!!!!
I ordered travel injections for myself and my husband and when I attended to collect them they could not find my prescriptions. They kept stating they had never received the prescriptions despite they could see my son's dispensed only a week ago and I had personally seen the scripts in the pharmacists hand and checked the details when I attended for my son's. As they refused to call and had now been supposedly looking for the scripts for 45 minutes I called the doctors to have the scripts resent. However they then refused to dispense the scripts and told me to go to Tarneit when Hoppers Crossing which is nearer had the items. All this time they were rude as well as losing my scripts. This is on a background of previously splitting my ondansetron scripts to maximise their profits at inconvenience to me when they had the full amount in stock.
The security guard in store today demonstrated no form of human respect during this time or to my medical condition. I was forced to wear a mask even though I do not need to with a medical condition and when I could not put it over my nose due to my condition he was rude and harassed me my entire time in the store following me through the isles as I had to pull it away from my nose to breath. I was light headed and almost passed out. I asked him on 3 occasions to stop harassing me and following me and he did not. I felt very uncomfortable and target for having a medical condition. I walked out of the store and will never come back to your branch again. If this is how you allow your staff to disregard human rights and decency you don't deserve my business. I assure you this is not the conduct of your other branches.
Normally I would never leave a negative review until and unless the experience at a store is consistently bad. Unfortunately Chemist Warehouse on Tom Roberts Parade, Point Cook is one of the stores that has pushed me to leave this review. I bought an Aveeno Baby Daily lotion by mistake instead of Aveeno Baby Dermaxa. The purchase was made on 14th March and I have gone to exchange the product and have been told that we can’t do anything about it as you it’s over the 7 day return policy. This is absolutely ridiculous as this is not a change of mind. It’s a genuine mistake where in a person picked the wrong product as it looked similar to the one he wanted to buy. I doubt this will go any where, however, just leaving this to share another pathetic experience at this store :(
I come here out of convenience and definitely not for the customer service! The staff have no idea of the promotions going on in their own store & show no care for the customers they serve. I was supposed to get a free shaker with my 1kg of Proteinworld protein that I purchased & whilst the girl working was nice the two guys were incompetent & couldn't get the sale to go through the register, even after asking someone else. They then proceeded to offer me a free shaker that was half the size of the one advertised and not even the same brand! When I then went on to query this none of them could give me an answer why, I ended up leaving the shaker there & will not be coming back to this Chemist Warehouse!
Purchased Johnson & Johnson products inspite of friends and family advised against including midwife. After the very first use my baby boy got a rash so went back to request refund had to wait almost 30mins only to be told that i have deal with the manufacturer for the 2 used products out of 5. Also been forced to spend the refunded money in the store. I am not pissed of on the staff or their 7 day policy its just the tone and suttle changes to their attitude as soon as they relised that they have to refund and took their sweet time learning their POS infront of me to give my own money back. Need less to say will never go and make sure none of friends and family do the same.
No respect for customers. No coordination between staff members . Harassed a man for not having receipt on him even though he had just paid for the items at register and declined reciept. Another customer was stopped for reciept after just purchasing . Unecessary harassment. No help and straight up rude behaviour. Attendants behind the counter too casual about it all: borderline rude to customers. Very few people actually doing their job. Polite pharmacists. Health and safety hazard. Boxes fell to the floor due to bad storage ; nearly hit me and another customer ; stuff cluttered all over the floor. There is no excuse for this!!!
Called to ask about their raw Essentials loose leaf tea. The young man (20-30s?) was helpful and said the supplier has been out of stock for quite awhile (I was told the same by the highpoint staff) and he went to check if they had any left in store. I Appreciate the help (it may seem like nothing worth thanking, but I've called 5 seperate occasions and the Coles in pacific werribee never answer the phone! So I leave these reviews to encourage staff to continue good customer service, however simple) I can't remember your name but I think David, or Micheal? Sorry idk if you said David, but your voice reminded me of a David.
If I could give this place 0 stars I certainly would! I’ve had a mask exemption for the past year or so due to a medical condition. I carry my exemption letter with me everywhere I go. Today I was approached by the security guard of this store and I was told I can’t shop in this store because I didn’t have a mask; when I clearly had a medical condition/exemption. He refused to understand me. I’ve never been rejected and I believe that this is discrimination. How am I supposed to shop for my medical goods now? I’m never shopping here again! I wish I had read all the bad reviews before entering this store. So disappointed.
Not even worth one star! Worst customer service ever. I had misplaced my prescription, unsure if i left at there store previously, i couldn't get into my doctor after work. So I Went to chemist & was told no, This medication is a must to be taken nightly. I asked for one until I could see my doctor when open the next day. This was checked through 4 people & Told no. Appalling!!! On another occasion I collected a script for my son, after returning home they called me in a panic to return as the wrong strength was given...double the dose!! Never again no matter how convenient it is to our home will I return.
Terrible customer service DO NOT GO TO THIS CHEMIST WAREHOUSE! All the staff are mopey young kids who sit in groups talking to each other and do not help you even being in the store for 20 minutes! Always stock everywhere in the store also with boxes everywhere. 15 staff minimum and not even one aussie works there all imports who can't speak english, go to another chemist warehouse and save yourself the time and effort. Cannot believe this place hasn't been sued yet and shut down for all the stock and boxes over the floor in a CHEMIST/PHARMACY were older people can easily trip and break a hip bone!
worst I've been to. staff sitting on the floor unpacking boxes, boxes and ladders completely blocking the baby section, staff wouldn't get up out of the way. I'm in the process if reporting this to workplace health and safety as I could have tripped over numerous boxes with my baby in his carrier. The staff are rude and don't listen when you ask them something. Do yourself a favour and go to the Hoppers Crossing store. They know how to run a chemist. Point Cook chemist warehouse should be ashamed. Edit to add: answer phone and leave you on hold without coming back. Seriously the worst chemist.
Let's be real, this very particular chemist warehouse is a disgrace as the staff are extremely rude as if we own them. Just today a staff cried and blamed that we were being rude to her , since we were speaking a foreign language and other staff doesn't understand, she took advantage, cried for no reason and ask for our apology just because we wanted for her to double check the prescription with the pharmacist. I was furious, how can there be someone so good at acting? If I could I will never give any star rating, but need one for commenting. The owner has to do something about this rat hole.
I would give this place a 0 star if I can. Some of the pharmacy staff is super rude and slow & take over 30 mins to dispense pre-paid order that was made a couple days in advance and was advised that it is ready to be picked up. At pick up they have random questions like why do you need this quantity etc. The shelves at the store are empty some days and the staff does not entertain going in and finding the items you need for you. Which means another visit hoping the item you need will be on the shelves.I prefer the drive to the hoppers crossing store over the across the road PC store tbh.
Be prepared to wait for at least 55 minutes to an hour for a prescription. Sure, they’ll say 20 minutes, 30, then they’ll keep saying 5 minutes, but seriously you are better off driving further off to another pharmacy because you wouldn’t have to waste that precious hour then. Easily the WORST and slowest customer service I’ve ever seen in all of Australia. No apology, no accountability. I hope they shut it down or sell it someone who can do a better job at running it. Never going back! Also telling everyone to never step in here again. Abysmal.
The worst mychemist shopping experience ever!!!! Bought the Black Mores supplement yesterday but found it will be expired within a month (14th April) ?! When doing return, there was a guy with colored hair (Point Cook store Monday night shift) was so arrogant and saying if u not give autographic exactly like the credit card, we can call the police! Wow, I believe everyone have many autographic style and sometimes we prefer use the easy one, but call the police because you can? Come on ! Such a bad employee destroy a great brand image !
Pathetic service and casual staff. The person who calls himself the owner, shamelessly & unapologetically defends the misleading behavior of staff. He cannot run simple processes and protocols of customer service in place & let staff make their own assumptions and suggestions to the customers. Staff and the so called owner who also suggested to me not to buy my medicine and leave when he was potilety been advised the ethics of customer service need some serious lessons and deserve not to be representing such kind of critical venues.
Ive been buying from CW for 9 yrs and have continually overlooked the disrespectful behaviour from the staff on many occasions. One would think the staff are hanging out and not working because they stand around joking with one another and make customers who have genuine enquiries wait. Whilst in the store the other day the tall guy with the red hair walked past me holding a ladder and didn’t even say excuse me. I’ll be using the new Direct Chemist outlet from now on where I get friendly and efficient service.
I needed to make a price comparison, but I met this intern and he couldn't do it, so I asked him why he couldn't do it, and he told me that he couldn't do it. Then I told him that I also bought something when I was here last time, so I could make a price comparison. Then I asked if I could contact your manager. Then he did not match me, and he did not match me. Finally, he matched me with his manager at my strong request. Then, in the price match, I gave five stars to the manager and one star to the intern
I visited chemist warehouse today. Security guard was so rude…I have Medical Exemption for not wearing a mask due to Asthma and he didn’t let me enter the store. He made me wear a mask so I could enter the store. People are given medical certificates due to their health issues, but some people don’t care about their health. It was so suffocating for me walk around the store with a mask and he was even following me in the store. Management should be taking care of those kind of people.
A range of products, good pricing. 3 stars as it is A little bit messy for a pharmacy healthcare environment as many storage boxes are placed on floors and take up many spaces and this results in blocking customers pathway to navigate/view products and is an OHS issue especially for the elderly, kids ECT. I'm comparing this to other similar sized CWH where it's much organised, tidy. A better system would need to take place in particular for this health environment
DO NOT GO THERE I usually don't give negative comments to anyone. But the staff of this store force me to do this. Extremely unprofessional behaviour, not available to help. sitting out of the store and chatting with each other. Rude, disrespectful and lack of training. Waste my time for the asked prescription and after 20 minutes did not get anything due to expired prescription. They should let me know while leaving the prescription rather than wasting time.
Pharmacist Aliyaa Kalyut is very unprofessional and insensitive when filling scripts. Spoke very loudly in a crowded store regarding personal details and my medical condition. The next time I went in to have script filled, she made a big show of being judgemental about whether she would fill my script or not. Very rude and inconsiderate of patients privacy. Has no hesitation in publicly embarrassing patients.
I have an exemption for wearing a mask, I even wear a lanyard that says medical exemption so people don't feel weird when they see me without one or know I'm not being dodgy and breaking rules the security guard wouldn't let me in to buy products that I needed and made me wait outside and the staff had to shop for me. I was really embarrassed too because I needed personal items and they sent a man out
Worst experience always! Will never go again here. Takes 45 mins to get a prescription ready, even if it was ready we waited longer and finally went up to the counter to ask and the prescription was ready lying on the table. Absolute waste of time, and this is always the case even if the store doesn’t have many customers. Also rude staff who didn’t let me bring this up to their manager!
Shop has boxes everywhere which cause people to trip or bump arms and legs. Also not a very clean shop, unlike other chemists. Gave me incorrect medication once. On another occasion handed back someone else's script to me and lost my own script. On same occasion charged me twice for one medication, and each time a different price! In all, not the best of pharmacies. Very disappointing.
was isolated from the world when i got tested for covid, left with no hope no support i was in a bad state. i needed supplies and i thought i would call chesmist warehouse pointcook, once i called i heard the voice of an angel, her name was manisha, she was able to get my supplies and organize them to get sent to my house, she saved a life that day. great customer service
- They lost my paper perscription twice, had to get an escript and wait there until it processed and appeared on the app - I have a healthcare card which gives a discount on perscriptions. The first time I asked about it the pharmacist said my perscription's brand didn't have any discounts. I asked again a few months later and got more than 50% off the exact same product
I would like to commend Aleisha and Tony on their politeness and excellent care. Aleisha was extra friendly and helped me with all my questions with a beautiful smile and wealth of product knowledge. I cannot fault her attentiveness. Tony was working the register with a smile. Thank you both so much for a wonderful experience. Please pass on my best wishes, Cheri Thomson
Really bad service. All the employees walk around looking like they hate being there and treating customers like they’ve intruded on their lives. Or they just clump around talking to each other about their personal lives. Not to mention the store is a constant mess. Only one I’ve seen that has any sort of customer service skill is the guy at prescription counter.
Unfortunately some of the pharmacists need some training in customer service. Still they are cheap however I would use the Hoppers Crossing warehouse. The staff and pharmacists are friendly and helpful at the Hoppers store. Point Cook always has boxes and clutter everywhere, the Hoppers store has a better layout. Drive the extra 5 minutes for better service.
Disgraceful customer service. Called for product enquiry. Was told to come in tomorrow when they are not closing up for the day. Thing is, I called 1 hour before closing time to ask if they had item in stock. Will take my money and spend at different brand chemist. Chemist warehouse I think you need to invest in customer service training for your staff.
Absolutely amazing service by the pharmacy staff, a special shout out to Bonsa who really helped me with a script due to my doctor not sending through as promised. He helped me to no end and I’m truly thankful. He went out of his way to help, giving me all the information needed to get the script through correctly. Thanks again Bonsa, you’re amazing!
Isolated location, narrow corridors, rude employees especially the disgraceful skinny lady at check out... this pharmacy got everything that could turn customers back away. Now that you can't change the location and layout, the only chance to fix your business is to hire good staff. Unfortunately the owner missed it's only chance. What a shame.
Pharmacists lack customer service skills and don’t have the time to answer simple questions about medication. Management don’t value customer feedback and ask customers to leave the store if they are not happy with the service. Boxes/hazards in every isle. 25 minute wait to dispense common medication. Training clearly needs to be addressed.
Very bad experience with security guard. Bad manners, rude and disrespectful. He doesn't understand that some people are exempt from wearing a mask in line to exceptions according to the Victorian government website. Need to read Face masks - when to wear a face mask Information about when to wear a face mask in Victoria. Sad experience.
Small and crowded. Staff were disgraceful, rude and do not give a fat rats about customer service. Pathetic. Just because they stifle out the competition they think they can treat you poorly. More and more service is giving way to arrogance... a take it or leave it attitude. What do I matter to a billion dollar industry
Today ( 21.06.2021 ) I went to collect my son's medicine. The pharmacist called Aalia explained really well how to use it . Not only that she printed some valuable information also for me. She knows very well what she is talking about. Clear information. Well done . Keep up your good work Point Cook Chemist Warehouse.
The girl who is usually on registers on Thursdays is always polite and always has a smile on her face. She's great to talk to and always says "have a nice night". Her and a few others look like they enjoy their job. Even though the store is a little messy, there is always great costumer service! Would recommend
Shelves poorly stocked. The stock they do have seems to be not put on the shelves, and in boxes on the shop floor. Everything was poorly faced and not ticketed. Also the store layout is terrible. Get the merchandising team here ASAP and have a talk to whoever is managing the place. Absolutely terrible.
Want to love this place as it's nice and close and local but we drive to hoppers because the poor service and cramped space with boxes all over the place is a joke, they simply don't have enough space and wait times for scripts are too long also, hope they expand or fix and we'll start going back.
Typical Chemist Warehouse store..... 20 min wait for simple prescription. There are always more staff than customer in this store and still they are not efficient. Boxes are all over the place and so unorganized. One of the only places I have ever seen that customer time doesn’t have any value.
The Pharmacist would not sell me two tubes of tooth paste, with out a letter from my dentist, over kill, its tooth paste & its always out of stock. I travel a lot & have one tube for travel & one for home use. yet this was not good enough. yet I can walk into another pharmacy & buy one....
The Customer service doesn't exist in this store. Also, they are not cheap and couldn't match price from a different store. They said they need to check amcal store whether it is in stock even though online clearly shows it is in stock. I will be contacting ACCC for misleading consumers.
They won't let me buy a DANGEROUS amount of painkillers. This is a travesty, also the staff issues. Yeah that's a problem. But mostly the fact they won't let me buy an INSANE amount of painkillers and medicinal gummy bears. SMH -On a legitimate note, it is quite a bad Chemist Warehouse.
The service in this store is terrible and very slow. I have never had a pleasant experience when shopping here. The staff are SO rude and make you feel like you are imposing on their time when they have to serve you. I will be going down the road to the Hoppers Crossing store in future.
Won't ever use this store ever again. The security guard accosted my wife because her mask moved below her nose. He proceeded to follow her around the store telling her to put her mask on and was very intimidating. Terrible customer experience. You would be mad to shop here.
Please DO NOT GO THERE!!!! The manager here (short guy) was very aggressive and erratic not only towards myself and other customers but the staff members also. Does not have any management quality Rude, disrespectful and totally unprofessional staff including the management
One of the worst store I ever visited. I need to verify some documents. The staff was so rude denied. I m not sure where else we can go. I recommend people not to purchase any medication from these stores. Go for small pharmacy. They have good prices as well.
The chemist was rude and the customer service highly lacking. She was aggressive and then followed me up to the front counter abusing me for the second time!! I will NEVER spend money there again. It’s a shame I had to give 1 star- they deserve lower
There are always boxes everywhere cluttering the small walkways, you can’t get a pram down most isles. I was refused purchase of 3 boxes of Ibuprofen apparently “it’s a policy”, just not documented anywhere. Overall this store could be a lot better.
July 2020: Excellent service with click and collect service during the pandemic. The staff and manager were very understanding about presented concerns. They followed up efficiently. Special thanks to Nicks who went above and beyond to help us.
Staff are very friendly and helpful especially Zaid who helped ease my concerns about new medications me and my husband were starting. The store is a bit clustered with boxes everywhere but it is understandable given that it is a small store.
The manager here (short guy) was very agressive and erratic not only towards myself and other customers but the staff members also. He displays no manager qualities whatsoever. I refuse to shop here for as long as he works here. very rude guy
Busy or not expect a minimum 15 minute wait as staff too busy standing around chatting to each other. We started using the app and still wait as staff dont want to come to the pickup point or the app not sending message to fill a script
Pathetic pharmacy staff. Took more than 20 minutes to dispense a single pack of a common prescribed drug. This was at mid-day, there was more staff than customers. Staff didn't even bothered to say sorry, when informed about the delay.
Clear lack of integrity in both sales & employment. My 17yr old daughter works at a local take away. For some time, she wanted to enter the healthcare sector but was undecided on what area, so when a casual junior pharmacy assistant
Don't leave your prescriptions with them. I almost did not get my husbands maintenance meds because of their mistake. They cant find the scripts that they always dont give back to the customer unless the customer insist on having it.
As many of the numerous reviews suggest. This establishment is lacking the professionalism that you’d expect from a chemist. It’s very disappointing. This place is not a true chemist, it’s just a place where you pick up medicine.
Currently standing in a queue 30 people long at 1:15pm on a Sunday with only one person working at the counter. Too cheap to pay staff. The pharmacists here are drones too. Not allowed to use their training or judgement.
Thanks to Alisha for providing excellent service regarding return of an item. Her approach was providing service which is above and beyond. Most of the staffs are helpful when asking for help regarding any products.
The head pharmacist is particularly rude. The other staff are generally nice but, its a problem when you can't even ask are legitimate question about some medicine without being rebuked in a rather impolite manner.
Fantastic service, especially the tall curly haired lad at the pharmacist counter. Quick and efficient, and always serving with a smile. He was pleasant to deal with and made the process so much easier. Thanks.
Great staff, I have a walking frame and yes there is boxes everywhere. However, they are in. A small shop and do the best they can. The chemist is excellent they have never steered me wrong on any medication.
Delay in delivery. I really disappointed because i really need my medication. On website They show that my payment is pending but the money left from my PayPal account as soon as my purchase was made by me.
Dont use this chemist they have better things to do than serve you. Like eating cake and watch you standing there for over 20 min to pickup a pre ordered script and then tell you its not ready when it was.
If you are using their gift card, sorry to inform you, the credit disappearing it self from the gift card. Staff and management does not care at all, because they have lots of customers already. Thanks
It seems to me the last straw that I buy some things for my baby, and the security guard check my baby's diaper bag. I was living with my baby and to top it all they gave me the medicine that was not
Was served by a girl named Michelle.S and had issues with a script for my daughter. Without me asking she went out of her way & helped me get the creams for my daughter and i was on my way. Thank you
Dr gave my daughter a wrong dose. The Manager picked up on the mistake, called the dr, reassured me everything would be ok and sorted everything out for me. Best service I have got at any pharmacy.
I hate I have to even give one star absolutely appalled at the service and phone staff after placing a order that they wanna charge 57$ to deliver nails false nails really !!!! Do NOT SHOP HERE
Had a terrible experience. Was not informed of any return policy upon checkout, and went back to find there is only a 7 day policy. Never seen this anywhere else, wish I never shopped here
Was refused entry with a Medical Mask exemption. They showed no empathy and showed discrimination towards me. Manager did not care. Terrible company, just seem to care about their profits.
Understandably busy all the time. But what do you expect with the lowest pharmacy prices and an extensive range. The shop is clean and it is easy to find staff if you need any assistance.
The manger James was a rude person refused to return a Supliment product where as Hoppers Crossing branch took back the product without a fuss. He said that this is their shops policy.
Always had a great experience here. Just wanted to express my gratitude to the staff - very helpful and polite. Thanks for being kind in a difficult time. Wouldn't shop anywhere else.
I was waiting for more than 40 minutes to collect my medicine.I did not get any alert..When i checked, they forgot to serve my prescriptions..Simple sorry won't get my time back...
Very good customer service. Even if a product is not on the shelf, a staff member is quick to find one from the unopened boxes. A good warehouse for medicines and health products.
Zero rating for the poor customer service by pharmacist. Over 40 minutes wait and in the end denied medicine due to error in date on the script (dated tomorrow instead of today).
Definitely the cleanest and friendliness Chemist Warehouse I've been in. Staff were flat out in a busy store but able to offer a "Good Afternoon" and a smile. Fantastic sale too.
The staff are not very helpful, don't like being asked for help locating things. One of the worst run chemists around. I always prefer the chemist warehouse in Hoppers Crossing.
It's ok if you are driving past it and need to purchase something from the pharmacy but not great. Cramped, boxes everywhere, narrow aisles. Parking bit of a hassle too.
Disaster, boxes, vacuum cleaner on the way, rude staff and shelves are always empty. Better to drive a bit more and get the stuff you need from chemist hoppers crossing
Really poor service for proscription medicine, 20 min wait for 1 medication even when store is not busy. After 20 min they give expired medicine, just not acceptable
Very rude pharmacy staff. Not trained enough and no customer care at all. Keep you waiting and don't even think to apologise Messy store, boxes all around.
Never shopping at any chemist warehouse again after being refused entry and discriminated against for not having a mask even though I am medically exempt.
Used this warehouse a few time no problems,i find all can be slow but my med 1/3 the cost of the local Pharmasave store makes any wait worth it.
Amazing customer service! Special thanks to Lina for been so kind and helpful! This is will be my forever go to store now! Thanks to Lina! ☺️
Terrible pharmacy, not just rude staff but they have almost no product knowledge, extremely long wait times. Go literally anywhere but here.
Disgusting, rude service. The store manager was very unhelpful and dismissive. Based on the other reviews, I am not really surprised.
Waited over 40mins for prescription. Found out they made a mistake and didn’t even apologize. Worst chemist warehouse ever!
If you have a spare 40 minutes to an hour to collect a medicine you can go there. Or simply go somewhere else.
Customer service is pathetic at this store. Please hire people who have passion for customer service!
