I take 3 medications regularly each month. However as much as I have tried and asked the pharmacists I can not get them in sync and have to pick them up at 3 different times each month. Then when I get to the checkout the price comes up for at least 1 of the other ones as well and they have to ring the pharmacist.... it is never a smooth transition or simple process. However today’s experience was an absolute joke!! I went to my doctor this afternoon and received a script for 2 of my medications. I went to the “in” counter and explained that although 1 of my scripts wasn’t quite due, my doctor had written a new one so as I could get them in sync. He said that was fine. When I went to pick them up James told me that I couldn’t get one as it wasn’t due yet. I explained the situation and also told him that I was going away. He asked if he could ring my doctor. I said yes but if he looked at the script he would see that it was dated today as I had just come from the doctors. After almost 15 mins I said I couldn’t wait any longer.... James was still standing behind the counter with the phone to his ear. I was so frustrated and asked for his name so I could write a review. He said it was not his decision, it was Marisse’s. Surely if my doctor has written me a script today I am entitled to get it filled.... it’s not like I was asking for medication to be advanced. Needless to say I’ve taken my scripts off file and will eliminate the frustration of visits to Chemist Warehouse Mornington 3 tines per week. Also, I went to my local Chemist who dispensed the script and said there is no way CW should’ve reneged on filling it when my doctor obviously wrote the script today. It’s worth paying a little extra to get good service. I must say the staff at the register at Chemist Warehouse Mornington seem to have some common sense and compassion and an idea of how to provide customer service which is appreciated...

I had a lovely staff member I believe Jess was her name approach me as I was in the baby aisle. I was desperate for a tin of allergy for formula for my baby which was in shortage. Jess (from Saftey beach chemist warehouse normally) hunted around and called other chemist warehouse stores and tracked some down for me. I am so grateful she went above and beyond. It is very stressful when your baby is allergic to everything and then the one thing she can have is out of stock. I just cried when she to told me she tracked some down. I am now on a waiting list which calls you when stock comes in which is so helpful.

I recently lost my wallet outside when my son was having a tantrum. Got home and panicked and called up. The girl on the phone was so kind and looked up the cctv and saw someone take my wallet. She also said “I wouldn’t stress they look like lovely people, perhaps check the police”. I did and it was handed in. It was her kindness and compassion that really helped me calm down and I wish I remembered her name so you could give this feedback to her as she deserves it. However your whole chemist is always kind and everyone there should get a big pat on the back. Thank you x

Can highly recommend dealing with Monica at chemist warehouse Mornington. There was a simple error made in a click and collect order and Monica went way beyond my expectations to not only rectify this but send this to me with a gift voucher and no extra charge. It was an error that could've easily been made and I was happy to go in and swap the order but she exceeded my expectations and I am very grateful for such. Can't recommend her enough.

Very poor service again this morning. Had to wait 45 minutes and rang in the morning before going. After saying they had dispensed my mum's tablets and they did not have them. Surprise they found they did have them. They need to lift their game elderly people and people with serious health issues need their medication and some customers need to go to the toilet and can not wait this length of time. Give the community what they need service

Tried to buy an over the counter cream. I went to che.ist warehouse as they had the lowest price. Every other chemist said it didn't need a script. Chemist warehouse said it needed a script. I could order it online or click and collect without script( needed it and couldn't wait) Ended up going elsewhere but paying more....

Good prices and large store with a wide range of products, and friendly service. The biggest plus is this chemist is open long hours, 8am-9pm most days. The biggest drawback is parking. When it gets busy here, it can be hard to find a park. Overall, I keep going there because the good outweighs the bad.

The pharmacist informed me about the free accu-chek glucose meter offered by the company. The other pharmacists did not inform me about the offer. I forget the name of the pharmacist who helped me out but he deserves a medal for outstanding customer service. Thanks for everything.

If you are changing your hours, as a customer it would be greatly appreciated if you also change your hours on google. Your cruddy note on the window is useless as people still need to drive all they way to your store to find out you're not open. Your incompetence is infuriating!

Had a last minute meeting with a surgeon on a Sunday night for a repeat script for post surgery medication. Que a 40min wait for medication we needed to take every 30min, complete with the pharmacist disapproving and being upset with what the surgeon has prescribed. Thanks mate.

Staff is friendly, nice and helpful. Would go and help you out when you ask. At the time i went to, it wasn't busy at all, amd wait time for my prescription was surprisingly short. Parking is very convenient at the fron with ample spaces. Would highly recommend this place.

This chemist warehouse is one of the smaller ones, longer waiting time and very busy when we were there. Finding it difficult to locate some items, had to wait for available staff to help us locate the items. Quite narrow shopping lanes. It's okay.

This chemist has the things other chemists don't. Their service is fast and is always cheaper. They really care about their customers as I was asked whether I wanted cheaper alternatives etc. Very good chemist

Reasonably fast script filled. I wasn't approached to see if i needed help whilst wandering the aisles while awaiting my medication. Prompt friendly service when paying at the counter.

Large variety of stuff for a good price. However, sometimes it's hard to figure out which label belongs to what, and some items may be mis-priced at checkout.

Always friendly knowledgeable staff with a living statue near the entrance which they call a guard. Pharmacists are quite skilled and helpful. Enjoy guys.

Staffs are very friendly and approachable but not very knowledgeable. A lot of things I had to end up figuring out by myself. Overall good service.
