I recently had a very disappointing and frustrating experience at the Mernda Junction Chemist Warehouse. As a type 1 diabetic, I was prescribed Ozempic by my endocrinologist. While I understand that the medication is currently unavailable in Australia, all I asked for was to be placed on a waiting list for when it becomes available. However, the store manager refused my request because the medication wasn't listed on the Pharmaceutical Benefits Scheme (PBS). Throughout the process, the staff and management showed a lack of empathy and professionalism. I was treated with disregard, and my health and wellbeing were put at risk. The manager's policies and practices seemed to be inconsistent with those of other Chemist Warehouse locations, which raises concerns about the management skills at this particular store. In the end, I was able to secure a spot on a waiting list for Ozempic at another Chemist Warehouse location without any issue, further highlighting the discrepancies between stores. I strongly encourage those in need of pharmacy services to consider alternatives, as the experience I had at Mernda Junction Chemist Warehouse was far from satisfactory.

I’m delighted to commend Krista at Chemist Warehouse Mernda Junction SC, Tenancy 12/1435 Plenty Rd, Mernda VIC 3754, for her outstanding service this morning, November 25, 2023. Despite my usual purchase of Celtic salt in Prahran, which is too far for me, and unsuccessful attempts at Coles and Safeway, I went to get Blackmore Fish oil from Chemist Warehouse and, just out of curiosity, asked Krista if you sell Celtic salt. She was very polite and replied that they don’t stock it. She could have moved on, but to my surprise, she was keen to help me find it and searched on the register computer to see which shops sell it. I have never experienced such excellent customer service. Krista went above and beyond by helping me locate the salt in nearby shops. This exceptional customer service deserves recognition, and I want to ensure Krista’s commendable efforts don’t go unnoticed. I’ll share my positive experience with friends and family, encouraging them to choose Chemist Warehouse Mernda Junction.

Nice space and friendly workers but i only had one poor customer service experience and that was today. This pharmacist whose name tag I couldnt see because they somehow flipped it. They were giving me my script and all i needed to know was how it worked. This pharmacist breached my confidentiality and spoke aloud my causes and symptoms. Which was unnecessary since i already spoke to a professional in privacy made obvious by the script i gave them, given to me by a doctor. I felt so embarassed and disrespected.

I would give zero stars if I could. I had food poisoning and I couldn't get a doctors appointment so I asked my mum to get medical certificate from here as I couldn't leave my bed, they told her I need to be with her so.. we came and then they told us they can't give us a medical certificate after 5pm it was 5:05pm I was nearly vomiting and they gave zero sympathy. Unless! horrible service

I arrived 30 minutes early for my flu injection naturally expecting to have to wait until my alloted time but the chemist Ali put me through straight away. He was very friendly and we had a good conversion during the lead up to the injection. This is not my local area but I will gladly drive the extra distance in appreciation of the good service I received. Thank you Ali ... Paul

If you’re after a prescription medication you might be waiting hours. If you call ahead to get to prescription, they most likely will not answer the phone or hang up before speaking if you do actually manage to get through Didn’t bother to let me know that my medication would be out of stock for 3 months, they gave me warning when I picked up my previous medication.

Normally we don’t give any negative reviews but being forced this time . My wife bought a perfume and we went to return in 7 days . We showed them a bank transaction as we lost receipt and they blatantly refused as they said they can’t see sale of the item in their system . No service no business. Surely we will take our regular business somewhere else .

Disappointed with the pharmacist, chit chatting and talking about their own stuffs loudly, not dispensing the medications for customers waiting. This has happened twice now,!

Shocking service. I have now waited in a queue for the 2nd day and have not been served. When I asked for help I was snapped at by a wanna be pharmacist. I have walked out
