Made me stress about a shortage of medication that I needed daily. Walked in, they scared me by saying there’s a nation wide shortage. Trying to make it seem like they weren’t the only ones who didn’t have a medication I’ve been coming to them for for years. Made a phone call to chemist warehouse and they’ve been supplying it to be during the said “shortage” There was no need for the fear mongering of “nobody has is it” specially for a medication that cannot be stopped abruptly, because your establishment was unorganized in preparing for said shortage. Plenty of places had it.Just not you. Will not be back. Get your ducks in a row

Quite easily the worst pharmacy in terms of customer service. Staff unwilling to even acknowledge people standing at the counter, let alone a simple “Will be with you shortly”. Having a script filled here seems to take an eternity longer than the two other pharmacies we use. Tonight my wife submitted a script, waited 45 minutes with very few other people waiting, only to be told, after waiting, that they don’t have any in stock. Surely this should be something you identify as the script is submitted. Would not recommend.

I had a lady who was incredibly helpful with advice for the right ointments on some nasty eczema I had on my hands for which I have suffered all my life. I have never managed it better, it is the best it’s ever been abs completely resolved, without needing cortisone. Thank you!

Fantastic service, after major surgery I couldn't leave home but they were going to deliver next day. They rang me to say its a public holiday tomorrow but we will deliver to you now. Within 10mins I received my order. Thank you, wonderful staff, wonderful service.

Just got overcharged for two prescriptions. One by 4 dollars and the other by 3 dollars. Only use Chemist Warehouse. Was over charged enough to by a whole other prescription on one of my items. Not very impressed.

I came to get 2 prescribed medicine from my doctor and I waited for like 30 mins... sure enough it could have been a little quicker. I have not experienced waiting like this long at a pharmacy before

Never had any issues with my chemist, always have had my tablets etc and had them ready for collection. And I travel to come to this chemist. Keep up the great work!
