Was made to feel like I was a criminal at this store. I had two hundred dollar notes one I didn’t realise had a small rip (less than a cm in the middle). I paid for my medications with the ripped one (unknowingly) only to see the staff doing all these whispers. I felt quite unwell as they could see from my purchase. After 5 minutes they explain oh there is a rip. They tell me they aren’t normally ripped and harass me, where did you get? Which ATM etc etc. The staff member very much was implying I had fake currency. I said I’ll pay with this one offering the un-ripped note. They looked shocked like oh you have another one. They quickly brush me off, not take the whole note and speak to yet another staff member. They come back after another ten minutes and being brushed to the side while others are served, only to say oh you have to pay with the unripped one. I said look fine, I just want my medication, I feel really horrible. I then get another lecture saying I should go to bank and get legal tender (which this note already was). I said I’ll just got to Woolies next door and their machine will take it. (Sure enough it did). Won’t be going there to be treated like a criminal again over a rip in an authentic note. Very rude and judgmental staff! For the staff in the store, I carry cash as I am emergency service worker. I am not always able to have my wallet at work and carrying notes allows me quick access to money if I need it.

I wish I could give them 0 star. I booked around the 1st week of July flu vaccine for my mum who is a visitor here. I specifically asked couple of times whether it is free or not and the girl who booked at the counter said yes it is free. Today when I went in with my 80 year old mum to have the injection the lady said you have to pay for it and when I told her I was told it was free, she said I don't know whom you speak to and I cannot help. Surely you can see from your computer who made the booking. Please have staff who are trained enough to give correct information to the customers rather than waste time of the customers. As my mother is 80 and does not have good mobility it is a tedious exercise to take her anywhere.

I have been coming to this pharmacy since it opened, and I regularly have my scripts filled out here. I have no idea why it has so many negative reviews. I always see the pharmacist ‘Jess’ who is absolutely amazing with answering any questions about medications and has been my go to pharmacist since 2017. She always speaks to you with respect and is welcoming to talk to. Rasitha, who is the other pharmacist, is amazing too! The sales staff and front staff are great too! Never had an issue with this pharmacy and I come in once a week. Great prices and great service. I seriously don’t know why it has such a low rating. I suspect fake reviews because of other pharmacies. Thank you Jess and Rasitha and sales staff.

went to exchange the prescribed medicines in which i was given generic version so preferred to exchange it for something else but the store members were inconsiderate and were adament and said returns cannot be done on weekends as store manager is not there on weekends. They even refused to give me the her number to speak to her for the return. the pharmacist also lied he doesnt work on the weekends only works 3 days on week days but clearly was working last weekend. The store people are rude and do not help vulnerable patients who need right medicines. one of the worst chemist stores i have been to. definately going someone else.

Seems to be the most useless pharmacy around Officer. When I was pregnant I needed antibiotics, they told me it would be 15 mins wait. 20 mins later they told me they don't have my prescription in and it'll take 2 days. Just went there again now for a prescription and they told me that it was cash only at the moment. To go to Safeway to get money out, as I only bought my credit card and I walked 20 mins here, I was then sent away with nothing but a sorry!!!! Cheers guys, will you ever have your act together. I mean this is just the two times I've had to come here in the last two months, hate to see what it's like on a daily basis

Their staff don’t have knowledge about the products they have. Even their opinions don’t match each other. I been there today to return a vaporiser which is under warranty, but they said we should contact to the manufacturer. They are unable to return it then one of them told they don’t have in the stock otherwise they will return it. Totally frustrating answers. I asked them to check their other stores if they have the stock then they said they don’t have access to check other stores. I won’t go to this store anymore in the future. Their prices are higher than other chemist shops too.

Moving to Officer South after nearly 50 years with my former chemist,l now shop at Chemist Discount Arena Shopping Centre. I have also worked in retail for 40 years and appreciate good customer service.I have found the staff to be efficient,well mannered and knowledgeable.The chemist on duty is always informative about medication and the medication is always well labelled.Please remember to be kind to retail staff in these trying times.A little bit of kindness and patience especially to new junior staff will come back to you many times over. I went to the store other day to buy OTC Nasonax spray for my 10 year old. The girl who helped me actually pointed me to the one which is suitable for kids above 12 years. My wife as she opened the box she realized it is meant to be for kids above 12 years. When I went to return this, the nice old lady said that they cant return it as the box is opened, doesn't matter if I was misguided by your own Staff. Also she said that it is Ok to give it to a 10year old kid. It is ok if you don't want to return it but just dont make facts up.

On the whole staff are mostly polite but some of the cashier staff could use some extra training in customer service as they appear bored and disinterested in serving their customers at times. Medications are overpriced and scripted medication is far cheaper at Chemist Warehouse. Apart from the convenience it is not worth paying the extra money for the exact same script. Such a big price discrepancy is a joke. I think l will stick to Chemist Warehouse thanks.

I have been coming here since it first opened and though I have had a run in or two with a pharmacist over one thing or another (My fault) I find the service to be exceptional, prices to be competitive and the staff to be overall, friendly. If I need help/information, they are there to help and provide me opinions when I need them and assistance when I ask. Thank you for the help when I have needed it.

Miserable and unfriendly service. Went to collect medication for a small holiday and was told that we were three days early to collect the script and the unfriendly pharmacist refused to dispense critical medication, she spoke in a very condescending tone. This is not a one off experience with just one staff member, this has also happened with other members of staff.

I can understand when a shop is busy that staff may not be able to help immediately. But I've been in there on a number of occasions (when it's not busy) and unless you ask for assistance you are basically ignored by the staff. I think it would be fair to say that from a service point of view this pharmacy leaves a lot to be desired.

Charging $1 per page for certification is not ethical.Rather you should ask, please make donation to this box. Such a bad service.No doubt others are giving 2.7 on google. I dont know whether it is legal to ask $1 per page. LEARN TO DO COMMUNITY WORK AND STOP FOCUSSING TOO MUCH ON PROFIT. WONT LAST LONG

Friendly Chemist who always offer good service with a smile. The pharmacist Regitha (spelt incorrectly I know) is awesome she goes out of her way for me if I forget something, she actually rang me last week to remind me to come in as she knows I'm going through a hard time. You can't beat that service!

Always had great experiences here, so can't understand the 1 star reviews. The staff are friendly and supportive and even bought medication out to my Taxi when I had broken my Ankle. They are easy to deal with and I will continue to use them as my prefered Chemist as long as I am living in the area

A lot of the 1 star reviews are for the stupidest reasons, so take them with a grain of salt. I have never had any issues here, the staff are always friendly, there's usually less of a wait than there would be at Chemist Warehouse in Pakenham, and the prices are normal / what you would expect.

Called the pharmacy to ask about possibility to have medication delivered given I canot leave the house - the perso I spoke to was anything else but helpfull - no empathy, no people skills just bluntly rude ....... Well, I honestly hope you find yourself in the same situation soon

I once had a bad experience. I left a review here. The management quickly took ownership of the issue, they responded quickly and apologised and also told me the that they fixed the issue on our end. Very happy with that service. I totally appreciate that. Thanks

Pharmacist ignores you for 10 minutes while you stand there only to find that they over charged on the medication $5 more than the price on their website? When pointed out it was quickly reduced. Eftpos terminal says Amex but won't accept it?

Can sometimes wait a bit but always had friendly service with this pharmacy. I’m more than happy to get my monthly prescriptions here! I’ve seen staff being spoken to rudely but they were always polite when responding which is great to see!

Filled a script for Crestor 5mg 30pk & was charged $15.49. The very same product costs $5.99 at chemist warehouse. That's my first & last visit to these rip-off merchants. I hope their grubby little business fails fast. …

I use to be a regular customer, today I withdrew all my prescriptions and never going back there again . Most pharmacist are rude . Long waiting time . They don't have stock of heaps of medications. Very bad service

How on earth can you justify $50 for a 5 pack of rapid tests in beyond me. People are already struggling out there as it is and live week to week. Absolutely taking advantage of people 0/10 don’t recommend.

Always find them friendly and helpful. I usually ring ahead to have my scripts filled, as they hold them for us at pharmacy. Sometimes have to wait to pick up then pay when busy. I would recommend them.

What's the point of having a chemist right near a doctor's that doesn't stay open as long as the doctors? They have ridiculous hours, shutting at 6pm? So many people not even home from work yet.

Wonderful service. One of the mature staff gave me the best care and attention when looking for cough medicine. Can truly say she helped me recover more quickly. Wonderful lady.

I had my Covid booter shot of Moderna here and it was super quick and easy. Plus the lovely lady doing my booster shot answered all of my questions really well

The wait times are ridiculous and there is a constant turnover of pharmacists. It's such a shame because it used to be a fabulous little pharmacy.
