I really don’t like to leave negative reviews but I was so disappointed with this Chemist. I have an exemption from wearing a mask and have had both of my Astra Zeneca needles. I was told I still couldn’t enter the store. Im not sick and all I wanted to do was lodge something for parcel point. I should not be forced to wear a mask to gain entry. I also understand that each establishment can decide who enters theirs stores. I find it baffling that they claim to offer a service then choose who they actually want to provide this too. Me waiting at the front counter is still being in the shop without a mask so I don’t understand their logic. I will say that the young lady was polite and said she lodged my return parcel. When I asked for proof of lodgment she said they don’t do that. I certainly questioned that as I now had no proof and was told to get it. How can you offer a service but only do half of what’s required? I won’t return here for anything. I also note how you reply to customers reviews using caps and dismissing their concerns opposed to addressing them. So rude

If I could give this place a big fat zero I would. The way you treat people is absolutely disgusting... came in to pick up my parcel from parcel Point. The young lady called aby claimed that they did not have my parcel there even though aus post said it was. Went to the post office where they clearly told me yes they received it and was signed for. Took my proof of paper to show miss aby but yet she said I was lying and that my parcel was there.. told her very angrily to go and look for it when I presented my paperwork to still be told no we don't have it but was signed the day before by a worker that wasn't even there proceed to the lady at the front to ask for Tony the owners number to then get called back by aby to what I see has my parcel yet she still wouldn't hand it over.. telling her boss lies that It was not through parcel Point yet showed her proof it was.. called Tony to only be called a man ever 5 seconds and to him not listening to my side of the story to being insulted on the phone by him.. I will take this further

Owner (tony) very rude with me today . I asked him nicely something but he yell at me . Keep in mind we give u business otherwise alot of other chemist shops in melton .u take the advantage of people who r on programs like addiction Tony think they don't have respect and they will come back coz of addiction .Tony give respect and take respect. U r not giving anything for free everybody pay money .so plz show some respect to ur customers even some people on addiction programs atleast they pay u money then why u yell at me and I saw u b4 too u were rude man

If I could give them a zero star I would. Unfriendly and incompetent, specially in regards to cpap matters. What happened: Got the wrong mask. Then got the wrong size. Then was invoiced over my carer? Legally: A pharmacist is not allowed to refuse service and furthermore not allowed to change payment conditions, as I never owed them a cent. I have referred this to authorities to investigate. I think it would be appropriate to look at your reviews. Please send me the contact details of your headquarters

Terrible with Amazon drop offs, never processed my return, i waited 10 days and theres still nothing on the amazon system so clearly is hasnt been logged, i had to chase it up thru Amazon and wait another 3 days. Not good enough as i know this isnt the first time! ETA You guys dont scan in the parcels right away, you obviously leave them sitting there for days or wks...

Been here a few times and each time served by Karen, she's just lovely. 5 stars just for Karen. ❤️ Haven't had much experience with the dispensary, but each time I try, they are out of what I need (mainly checking for medication that is out of stock at my local pharmacy due to shortages, so not really their fault for being out of it).

Fantastic Personal Pharmacy staff take time to assist and if in a hurry can just drop off script even at the front counter if busy at the back. The pharmacy is popular and you are treated special not like the big pharmacy chains where u are a number.

Get your act together with parcels, log them in when they arrive not when you feel like it,my parcel was sitting there for a week not logged in, if you don't want to be a hubbed location then give it to someone who does,poor service.

Totally unreasonable staff. I came in to pick up an Ebay package but didnt have photo ID. I had numerous other forms of ID, the claim number text on my phone, but they were rigid and uncompromising. I'll never use this place again

Absolutely disgraceful behaviour from the owner. Making assumptions that your child is a carrier of Covid-19 and tries to force a face mask for your toddler to wear. Not recommended and will never shop there again.

Lovely pharmacy with friendly service. Making it convenient for everyone to receive their Astrazeneca vaccines and assist in fighting Covid19. Lovely staff and Pharmacist
