!!I WOULD GIVE NO STARS IF I COULD!! Worst pharmacy I have ever used, horrible customer service, wouldn’t recommend them at all. I was on holidays from Sydney, and I forgot my medication and after driving for 12 hours and I was extremely tired this pharmacy was very unpleasant, even after explaining my situation. I had an email with my script attached from my regular pharmacy sent to my personal emails, and you could clearly see the pharmacy email which it was sent from, but the lady with black curly hair and red glasses wouldn’t accept the email from my phone and made me call my pharmacy to get them to send the script to their pharmacy email address. I then organised for my script to be emailed to this pharmacy from my regular pharmacy I normally use and the lady with black curly hair and red glasses (I didn't see a name tag) was so rude about it, like it was a total inconvenience to her and ‘told’ me to 'take a seat she has other customers’ which was fine, but she only had 1x customer. Meanwhile I overheard her conversation with that customer, and I was disgusted on how she was talking to him, she was very unhelpful and extremely rude with him also. After 20 mins of me waiting I asked the lady if they have received the email from my pharmacy yet, she replied ‘no take a seat’ and pointed to the seats. I then called my pharmacy and they said they sent it over 10 mins ago and the pharmacy I was at should have received it already. I then asked the lady for their fax number, thinking this would speed the process up as I needed my medication and I had driven 12 hours and was extremely tired. The lady gave me the fax number and said ‘there you go now take a seat’ and pointed again to the seats. After another 30 mins I got up to ask if she received the fax yet, she replied 'I can’t check I have customers now take a seat’ and pointed to the seats again, but she didn’t have any customers at the time, she was to busy talking with another staff member. After another 10 mins the other staff member finally filled my script but it took for me to ask once again how long it will be as I was tired from my 12-hour drive. Overall worst customer service, unfriendly and cold. I am adding to this review due to the response from management. If being rude and telling customers to ‘take a seat or the scripts will take longer’ is effective customer service, then we are all in shock on how customer service should be. There is nothing complex about filling a script, it wasn’t psychotropic medication which needs approval, it was a stand script. If filling a normal script is complexed than your business should have provided training to your staff that way, it wasn’t deemed as complexed. Thank you so much for looking into my file and deeming a standard script as ‘complexed’ just to get out of having poor customer service. Lucky for me I don’t live in the area to be stuck having to use your service again and get treated as poorly as I did. Just a tip – if you treat all your customers poorly then you will find, customers will find another business to go to, that has well trained staff to fill their medication needs.

I needed medication and can only take the original brand as the generic taste makes me feel sick. We live about a 25 min drive away and i called up before my husband left to make sure they have the original brand. The girl that answered me replied with " mam we have the original brand its one of our most sold type of medication". My husband drives all the way and after he got there they tell him that they dont have the orginal brand! When he tells them that i called to ask.. they think its believable to say that they just sold their last packet. What a coincidence? The same prescription medication with the exact same mgs was just sold after i called up. Sound very believable doent it? Then pharmacist rudely asks my husband .. soo do you want it or should i cancel? Very disappointed with the lack of information and respect to customers at this pharmacy. Also lets just say that they only actually had 1 pack of the exact same prescribed medication with the exact same amount and mg that i needed to purchase like the pharmasist said.. why did the lady tell me they have it for sure because its one of the most sold medication without even checking? lady could of simply advised me that there is 1 pack left that might sell by the time my husband gets there.. mind you this was at 11pm so you can imagine how big the chance that would happen. Or they could of just owned up to the misinformation and apologised for inconvenience. Will make sure we save ourselves time and money next time and stick to millpark superclinic which also opens until midnight!

Agree with Gurpreet. Dear management, I understand what you explained and it's not that customers who experience rude and unprofessional service are making their own stories. Even I went for certification the other day. Your pharmacist told me to come back at 8pm or 9pm.I had only one single document to get certified and I was happy to wait rather than coming back as I was with my little children but he replied rudely again that " can't help"and it wasn't busy as only couple of people were in the queue. I can totally understand if it was super busy then I would have never complained about it and let me tell you if once in a while, customers like me go there for certification which you are saying a free service, then on the other side,being regular customer, I pay few hundred dollars every month to you guys on medications. So you should not be obliging customers if you do provide free certification. I would rather prefer going to other paid services for certification where I can atleast receive professional and courteous service rather than feeling like a freeloader and being ignored by your pharmacists. Pharmacy select people in Stockland are so helpful that they ask even people for certification to be in the queue like other customers rather than asking them to wait or come later and do certification straight-faced.This is what I would define "service" So please stop overlooking customers concerns as everyone deserves respect and it's more about the service and not money.

Used to be a regular customer, but not anymore!! Last Friday my husband came in to pick up my prescription, HE HAS A MEDICAL CONDITION which he couldn't wear a mask and had his LEGAL APPROVED MEDICAL CERTIFICATE WITH HIM, but they wouldn't allow him into the pharmacy, said it's their rules, well if you are following the rule's of wearing masks, then you should follow the EXEMPTION RULE'S TOO that are stated in the DHHS website, that was absolutely appaling discriminating against people with medical conditions. Won't ever come back here as he went to CHEMIST WAREHOUSE in Craigieburn and he showed them the medical certificate and they welcomed him in beautifully. Not like this appalling behaviour from the pharmacist and retail assistants, show some compassion in times like this!! Remember 3 weeks ago masks were not mandatory and you had people come in your pharmacy without them, also your staff didn't wear them too. There comes a day they won't be mandatory too, but you are losing customer's. You can allow people to go in just like all the other stores opened for business, no one turns customer's away only this pharmacy!!!

I had diabetes and went to get needles and now on my card which I have spoken and have in writing from the NDSS it states they are free. So I went and grabbed some. The pharmacy manager said yep all free, so I had to grab 1 more item of vitamins which I did and went to just pay for the vitamins. When I got to the counter the lady there goes please pass the needles I need to scan them, I said oh no they are free due to my diabetes and NDSS card, she goes no there not you must pay, I said no the pharmacy manager checked and I don’t pay for them. She went and spoke to them came back and did sorry you need to pay that’s $50. I looked at her and I was in disbelief, and due to it being 8pm I needed to take my insulin asap and no where else was open so I had to buy them. The next day I went to chemist warehouse and spoke to the pharmacy manager and the store manager and they said no they should of been free we never charge, so now being 8moths pregnant I need to go through the NDSS to gett a refund and deal with this stress. NEVER EVER SHOP HERE they are dodgy and plain rude

I have been a loyal customer and patient of this pharmacy since it was first opened and trading as AMCAL. The staff at CDC Craigieburn are professional, friendly and very helpful. The pharmacists on duty are almost always swamped in work yet they manage to put on a professional front and assist their customers and patients to the best of their ability. They are a 24 hour pharmacy with a nurse onsite and a great variety of competitively priced products, which makes it extremely practical when you have an emergency or a little one to cater for. I recently had all my immunisations administered by the nurse who went out of her way to stay past her shift to complete them. The fact that they have a qualified Pharmacist with an Orthoptics background has proven to help me out on many occasions where I’ve had eye related emergencies (eg. dry eyes, eye infection, allergies, etc.). I was also very impressed to see that this same Pharmacist was able to help patients and customers from various backgrounds as he is multilingual. Keep up the great work!

I suffer from dizziness accompanied by nausea and have gotten my husband to go down and get me some Prochlorperazine also known as Stemetil and had the pharmacist not dispense the medication until my husband described to him what I needed the medication for. Excuse me? You’re the pharmacist and should be completely aware of the “indications” This is not a pop quiz while I vomit in my car on a Saturday night at 1230 at night. My husband said nausea and vomiting and the pharmacist said “no you have to say a specific indication” Luckily I a have a medical background and know the medical terminology which is VERTIGO. Not being able to get a medication dispensed over a technicality? You’re dealing with peoples health at their most vulnerable times. There’s also several different types of indications for this medication. Extremely disappointing and unnecessary.

I think it’s great that there is a 24 hour chemist in the area. Especially if you have children and you might need to go to the chemist to buy last minute nappies or so. But, there is a pharmacist in charge, I didn’t quite get his name who is rude. If you ask him a question he tends to scream the answer instead of coming over to the counter and speak. I do understand he might be very busy doing scripts but customer service comes with scripts. I’m a regular there. Sometimes I tell them no generic but they go process it them complain we should get generic. The thing the pharmacist doesn’t understand is we have to swallow the medicine. I had a bad reaction from generic. This pharmacist should be nicer to customers. Otherwise I will go to another chemist if this behaviour continues. Hope I get a response from management. Offensive signs about medicine shortages put up. Profits over people at this chemist. This pharmacy would prefer you to come in every 30 days to get their dispensing fees and hope you buy more in store. If you come in every 60 days pharmacies will lose money. They don’t care about medicine shortages. A quick google search will refute anything that is written in response by the owner to this review. The owner just wants his money. Please don't take his money from him. The Pharmacy guild is a bullying lobby group that gives money to political parties like Pauline Hansons One Nation and the LNP. I guess if you like supporting these guys and love giving you money to pharmacy owner that loves to suck up to the guild. Then keep coming here.

I walked in and I was in so much pain for my right shoulder and I didn’t know what to get so the pain can go away temporarily so I asked one of the staff members his name was HUSS I’m pretty sure and he straight away took me to the Voltaren osteo 12 hour relief gel and I bought it having so much trust in him I went home and my girlfriend out in on my shoulder and it took about 30 minutes before the pain started to fade away and I could finally sleep at night I tried going back to thank him so much but didn’t see him anyways I just wanted to thank him so much for the help and if anyone has any inquiries go to HUSS OR ULCAY as I have also has past good experiences with ULCAY so thank you so much ☺️☺️

The two times i’ve been there it has been horrible. First time i went was a day before my flight to get some phenergan to calm me down. (something my paediatrician recommended) The pharmacist told me he couldn’t give it to me because there was a red dot on my name in his system saying i’ve taken it too much?? This was the first time i’d ever been to this pharmacy and the last time i had gotten phenergan would have been months ago from Chemist Warehouse since one bottle can last me awhile. The second time i went here was last week to get some Restavit and the pharmacist did give it to me but told me next time i need a prescription. I’ve worked in pharmacy and know this is all complete nonsense.

This place is incredibly unpleasant, I am in strong disbelief that this place even calls themselves a pharmacy. the complete utterly disrespect i have experienced in the dispensary is disgusting. Where is respect nowadays? A pharmacist who has glasses and black hair seemed so unprofessional, treats poor customers as if they don’t have a mind of their own. We are people, not children. It’s disheartened to see that a woman force buyers into writing her reviews, when in reality she has horrible customer service. Certainly will not be visiting again, and hope that they will respect not only their colleagues. But themselves. Would give them 0, but unfortunately that isn’t an option. So 1 star.

This may be petty and whiny, but as customers I believe that we deserve to be treated with respect. Although I acknowledge that the pharmacists are busy, this doesn't mean that they can be unhelpful, which is exactly what they were. They should, at least outwardly, appear as though they care about your problem, but when we went to the counter, we were met with cold indifference and stoniness. When we approached them with our problem, the pharmacist simply said that he "can't help" and gave us no alternative solution. Had they known exactly what customer service was, I would have considered a higher star rating.

I bought pads for my wife last time and I talked to the guy on counter , just in case this is not right she wants , I would return and he said all good just keep receipt. So I bought 2. Today I went to return and they said No, and it’s their policy . I tried to talk to manager and there is no manager . So I spoke to someone who said , may be the guy on counter didn’t know the policy . How come your staff don’t know. I do understand because of virus things change . But if they told me at front I would have buy 1. Still this is less then $10. But it’s about customer service which is totally less then 0.

What a joke of a place, no pharmacies on site. sent script by email, clerk “coudnt find the email” that was confirmed to be sent. finally the pharmacist rocks up after having been for a joy ride in a Lamborghini out front. Suspect she could find the email because the pharmacist wasn’t there and she knew she couldn’t help me. only know all this because the pharmacist, the clerk, security and the front end where all talking loudly about the joy ride across the store, 0 to no professionalism. And a message to the security guard, stop calling everyone your “bro” when they walk in and out

Saddened that the convenience of a local 24 hour pharmacy is ruined by a dismissive policy - I was informed that the pharmacy is not willing to dispense a medication in staged supply. Seems to be a focus on KPI's and a disregard for the customer's best interest. Have been looking for an easy way to get 8 different medications dispensed conveniently, one of them requires a staged supply. Will have to look elsewhere in the meantime, this policy is just not good enough. I hope reviews like this can help motivate our local businesses to provide a better quality of service.

Came in last week with a prescription but unfortunately my doctor was unaware that the particular antibiotics was out of stock . A polite staff member Olcay referred me to a 24hr phone doctor free to residents in the local area (Cragieburn) needless to say she save the day and I was able to a substitute with a new script. This is my go to Chemist they offer a 24hrs service which is great for people like myself who are time poor ! Friendly staff and genuinely good service.. Thank you again Olcay for your help and your excellent service.

After an incident last night I was left frustrated and ready to end all dealings. I spoke with a manager today who was very happy to rectify the situation and ensure I get my medication, this has definitely provided me with a much better view Of the pharmacy and the mode of operation. I am so grateful that Turina was happy to go the extra mile to ensure I received the medical treatment I originally came to seek. turina is a real asset to customer service and relations, thank you for turning this around!!

Had a really wonderful experience at this pharmacy. My kids have a cold and been miserable all weekend and Monday morning was at my wits end. Pharmacist on duty saw that and was so attentive and cheerful with them, distracted them from their colds and made up their antibiotics and promised to make them up really yummy hehe. We walked out with smiles and it helped set the tone for a better day. Didn’t get his name but was tall hope he reads this an knows how thankful I am. The assistant was great too.

My partner needed to fill her prescription urgently but Chemist Discount Centre Craigieburn didn’t have her medication on hand. Haidar was brilliant, calling countless stores to find the medication, which he did find and I was happy to travel and pick up. As a bonus, Haidar has now made sure there is a bottle of the medication my partner needs in stock. My partner and I could not thank Haidar enough for all he has done, above and beyond any chemist I have been to!

My wife went to pick a cream because my daughter burned her hand she asked for help where the lady told her to wait…. 10 mins later my wife asked her again and waited in line for over 10 mins she told her to wait again she wasn’t serving anyone my wife had to look for the cream call and ask someone else if that cream was good for burns purchased it and walked out…customer service there is so poor and the people who work are so dry

My husband was just in to grab some medication and waited for assistance for awhile. When he asked for help he got a rude “just a sec.” Finally when he was looked after the worker who my husband described to be a short guy possibly in red, treated him poorly. 0 customer service. Short answers, pointing rudely to products to show my husband. How is this person an employee of yours? Super disappointed. Won’t be shopping here again.

My elderly friend had his first jab early September and the 2nd was for November 26. I rang this Chemist Shop twice on his behalf the first time to bring the date for the 2nd jab forward. It was today so the second time to ask about paperwork as he doesn't have a phone or the internet. My goodness what thoughtful caring helpful staff they have. I can't fault the level of customer service it was exemplary. Highly recommended.

Very unhelpful pharmacists.went for certification of documents and saw Isabelle as she was on duty.She was so rude and made such expressions as if I was obliging her. Other day when I went back again, saw another guy who was pharmacist and he too behaves vertical rudely and said"can't help".Will never go back. I have been a regular customer who they are loosing now. Pharmacy select in Stockland much better and welcoming.

Would've given higher rating except for the female staff member Shauna had horrible manners. Should keep her personal emotions/preference separate from the job especially when working with people. Citing incorrect information might initiate a complain to AHPRA as the person might be a health practitioner who may be well informed. Will visit again in the future and will notify VPA next time if things haven't improved.

I can not express my appreciation towards to the customer service and help I received from the pharmacist Mustafa (excuse my spelling if it’s wrong). I also appreciate other staff members who assisted me. Friendly , understanding , passionate staff ! Thank-you for the efforts , guidance and advice. Turned away from getting 2 pages certified because 8:30pm was their "busy time" and to come back after 11pm or go somewhere else. There were 9 people in the pharmacy and at least 4 of them worked there, including the security guard. Unfortunately civic duties are such an inconvenience that their barely legible sign justifies their position. Prices are also higher than chemist warehouse.

The worst chemist ever. Had to wait hour and half for scripts, even though everyone else after me received their scripts. I had to demand my scripts back before they would process scripts. Ridiculous will never go there again would rather wait for amcal to open tomorrow. Disgusting service. And I'm asked to forgive this bad service as a one time issue. WRONG THIS HAS HAPPENED BEFORE

Getting quality service and information at 10:30pm is just remarkable. I don't know the names of all these awesome guys working the night shift, but each one of them showed true dedication and care. From the security guard, to the pharmacists (Mustafa and Haider), to the polite cashier. A message to the management: please reward this team! They are the best ever.

Regular customer at this pharmacy until tonight where the lazy pharmacist wanted to charge $2 per paper to certify documents. I had 4 documents but 8 papers. I didn't mind paying but didn't have cash on me and he wouldn't let me pay by card. Thank you for ruining my night. (Please note that the pharmacy was quiet but I might have interrupted his chit-chat).

Excellent service and very understanding. Went in with a very embarrassing condition around my private part. The male pharmacist was very empathetic and did not make me feel uncomfortable when checking my problem. He immediately prescribed me with the right medication and just like magic within a few days I was clean and healthy. Will visit again!

Had an emergency at midnight and wasn’t able to find the medication I was after which had to be taken at a specific time. Finally went to this chemist and they had it, and their pharmacist Heidar even helped us to get in touch with a doctor to get the right proscription and he also did the injection for us. Thank you for the great service.

They have everything I need, they have all my medication, and the great thing about it is they are open until late night so if I can’t go in the morning to the pharmacy then I can just go at night and pick whatever I need up. I’ve never had any any issue with chemist, warehouse and all my experiences have been awesome like always.

We aren't from Melbourne and stopped here to get an opinion on my sons eye. The young male pharmacist was so lovely and helpful, gave me some great advice and also went out of his way to help me find something else unrelated on the shelf. Came in on a late Sunday night with some Cold and Flu symptoms. I asked one of the stuff for some recommendations on how I can quickly get rid of these symptoms. He recommended a few items and by the next morning I felt ten times better. Thank you Amir for all your help and recommendations.

Very good all around service throughout 24 by 7. Customer friendly staff helping customers all the time. All sorts of medicines available at this outlet. Easily accessible for all the travellers. Good access for wheelchair entrants. Good expertise as far as medicinal advice is concerned.

Haider is a really Lovely staff member he was very helpful as I am a first time mother and needed help with baby products and he was able to assist me in all areas I needed help with, he is a friendly and welcoming team member I recommend going to Haider for any advice in this store

Prescription sent to Discount chemist email and the girl working behind Prescription area in black dress found the email after 40 minutes of waiting. Returned empty handed as I couldn't spend 20 more minutes to collect the medication.

What I can say when you are already charging customers above the normal price and on top of that not following your own price tag charging more from customers. Not a great experience at all price wise.

Really bad service, I have to wait more than 20 mins to get my medicine and after I ask them for it then they realised they forget to give me because they were too busy talking and no customer service.

We visited the place for doing a quick Blood Pressure check. We waited for more than half an hour, because its a free check up should be done in every pharmacy. This shows its a money minded pharmacy.

I had my flu jab just recently, the pharmacist Mustafa if fantastic! So friendly and knowledgeable, made me feel very comfortable - all the other staff were also great! Exceptional customer service!

This chemist has promised to order the needles which were not available at the time. Even after my 3rd visit the order has't placed by the chemist and I was advised to try at another pharmacy.
