I have never come across such a lousy company ever in my last one decade stay in UAE. They deliberately delivered a different marble table then what I selected. After approaching Sharjah authorities , they changed the table top and promised to change the table stand which was shaking but till now it’s not done as they have stopped receiving my calls despite they committed to change months ago…Extremely unprofessional staff which one can immediately make out once step in their showroom ..please don’t waste your money with them as no one will respond to you once they get your money.. save yourself by not falling in their trap..This is a company with zero business ethics for which I would not even like to give one star. Actually I considered the money I paid to them as charity coz they seems to be in desperate need of money for which they are doing all these unethical practices..

We purchased a marble dining table and six chairs. When they delivered some of the chairs were wobbly and damaged. The marble table is actually not marble but has a plastic top layer with a marble print to supposedly protect the table from any damages, however you cannot put anything on the table or it scratches and leaves marks. After complaining and trying for more than half a year to get them to attend to the problems reported, they still refuse to do anything to correct the issues. They have not even visited to look at the reported issues. It seems the owner responded that I only complained after 2 years. First of all, I complained immediately after delivery and many times thereafter. Secondly, after many promises they would come and resolve this, they never came. They even faked a flat tire of their truck when they said they would come. Customer service is non-existent.

Bought a marble dining table and 6 chairs from them in Aug2020. The chairs came 2 months late, are of terrible quality, and too low for the table. We asked Haitham to fix this, he said he would send someone but nobody showed up. After a year of light usage (during COVID we barely used 2 chairs maybe on a weekly basis) the nails from under the seats started poking through the material. When we asked for assistance he simply ignored us once again and has not bothered to send anyone. When we complained about the terrible after sales service he said "up to you, please don't talk to me that way". Please spend your money somewhere else. This company doesn't care about quality or customer satisfaction. You will complain for a year without any action.

Very very very bad quality. This shop cheat me. Look on the photo and video what they make to me for 6300 aed. very very unprofessional shop and workers. His workers was very rough with me in the shop and even in my home and say Im not understand nothing, was very cruel and not polite. His owner lie in my eyes and say everything will be good because he care about client but it is not true, he dont care, he think just about his wallet. Im not use this bed even one time. Even he have friends in government and they just close my case without inform me and on my question his government friend answer that it is me make all this damages and just block me. So I just loose my time and money and has a lot of stress. Better buy ready one in other shop.

Decent custom made furniture. Business manager is nice but the follow up service is quite poor. Nothing was delivered on time.. How can you supply furniture worth $6k and not check for customer feedback yet expect more business?

I also visit last month and buy 6 chairs. All are of good quality and good staff specially rajja sales girl . Her behaviour was very good and polite to customers.
