I have read all the comments on this pharmacy and am completely confounded about some of the one star negative comments that have been written! If you complain that your toddler has removed the lid of the bottle don’t give medicine to your 2 year old - if you think that It’s more expensive than other chemists do not go here, there are plenty of cheaper super chemist warehouses to go to and they are not customer friendly in my experience, this is not rocket science! The staff and owner of this business are first class - after working in customer service all my life I know how unreasonable some people can be, Most of the problems start with the poor attitude of the customer to start with. I LOVE this chemist and it distresses me when I find myself in another chemist due to limited time and convenience I feel like a traitor! I just LOVE the staff they are kind, compassionate, considerate and supremely helpful. Thumbs up 100 per cent for this establishment who show the rest of the chemist industry how its done properly. I have been going to this chemist for the last 15 years so I feel I know what I’m talking about!

I bought my child's antibiotic prescription at Soul Patterson and on the way to the car, my son opened the lid and all the antibiotic liquid fell out onto the ground. My son is nearly two-years-old. Obviously Soul Patterson did not put the lid and close it tight enough if a toddler was able to open it with such ease. When returning straight away to Soul Patterson I was informed I would need to return to the doctor, get another prescription and pay once again for the medicine, despite the pharmicist not closing the lid correctly! I will NEVER buy my prescription from Soul Patterson ever again. They certainly are NOT aware of customer relations! Shame on them!

Lovely staff when in the store however disappointed in the fact I purchased a tin of pediasure on the 19th of October and it expired in October (I did not check but assumed in date). . I was not offered a replacement tin. Yes I had used it for just under two weeks but I had to throw half the tin out! Very dismissive and unapologetic just got told it should be fine. They really should be checking stock and if selling with a very short expiry, informing customers or reducing sale price. Didn’t feel comfortable giving a food item to my toddler that was expired so half the tin was wasted

Great chemist!!! Lots of OT stock and better hours than surrounding chemists. Special mention to Terri (surely short for “terrific”) for absolutely bending over backwards to help everyone specifically to their needs with such a cheery attitude despite it being past 6 on a school night! She really took the time to help me try on a number of wrist supports ensuring I had what best suited me all the while being just the most pleasant person you could wish to meet! Thanks Terri!!

I had an terrible experience, very rude and poor customer service, I asked for the cheapest brand for my medications they gave me the most expensive and they did not even bothered themselves to describe it to how to take the medications..... worst experience ever and I would not recommend this chemist to anyone also I would never go back ever again, very disappointing and unprofessional.

Worst customer experience ever. Avoid at all costs. I came in to purchase multiple items but a female staff member with dark hair spoke to me like absolute trash. I asked to see the manager and that staff member aggressively approached me and yelled "I'm sorry you feel that way!" In my face. That level of service is disgraceful and unacceptable.

Very friendly staff, always up for a friendly chat, they really take the time to listen to your needs, they are also remember customers faces witch make it a really nice experience also very fair they will help out were they can! Great job guys keep up the friendly community! I love it here

This Chemist has just charged $8.26 more than I have ever paid for a script.Usually $5.99. They charged $14.25 You only get one chance to rip me off.I always try and support local business particularly in these difficult times. But never again.

Need a pick me up of happiness and the most amazing service the absolutely gorgeous staff are an absolute delight. I tell my kids to go to the lovely ladies. I absolutely love watching the interaction between the staff and the customers.

Staff are always lovely and happy to help with anything you need. They are also quick with filling prescriptions. It is a bit expensive but because of the staff being so helpful i don't mind spending a bit more.

The best chemist I've ever been to hands down. The ladies are truly lovely, always want to help and will always make you feel welcome as soon as you leave and wish you a great day when you leave.
