Even though this Chase branch is short on staff, the staff they do have are very helpful and very respectful to everyone that comes in. There would always a staff member standing there to help you with your transactions (ATM) or direct you towards what you need. The only thing that I have an issue with is the hours they are open.

I had to get certified Check. I found that this location Is closest one to me. So i just went here. The transaction was nice and smooth. The teller know exactly what she's doing, and 2 minutes later I was able to go out from bank with certified check in my hands. Thank you for your professional service. I really appreciate it.

I had filling that workers no have a clue about banking and customer service. I wasted my time for nothing and went to different branch for same basic banking actions and guess what happened?
