I've seen bank robbers give better customer service. The machine to scan my card and let me into the bank at night to use the ATM does not work. The bank is only open when everyone is at work lol. Avoid the bank and stay home and start a family, do yoga, or anything else. Not worth the trouble coming here.

Unreal! Over a 20 minute wait, just to obtain an account verification. Branch Manager was aware and did not assist. With all the fees attached to having an account....this task should be easily completed.
